You guys do not put up sign in your window that you are closed for lunch from 1-2pm, so we thought you were closed!!! and no one was answering the phone!DONT have your PO BOX listed ANYWHERE on your website, so sent check to physical address listed, and it NEVER got to you!!!YOU NEED TO PUT UP SIGNS IN YOUR OFFICE AND LIST ACCURATE mailing information on your website!

I got my braces off my freshman year of high-school and was never given any sort of retainer even after I was asked if I was given one. My teeth are worse then before I had the braces put on, it would have been better if my parents literally burned money.
