This is the best nail salon I have ever been to, after so many years of me and my mom skipping around to different spots we always book our nails with Channie. She is the best to talk to and does the best nails EVER

Ive never had such a bad manicure and pedicure in my life. Somehow had a shellac manicure and regular pedicure in 55 minutes while the owner did my friends - which took almost 2 hours - and looked really good. No massage chair. No lotion or massage of legs. Very rough during filing and cutting of nails. Had to come home and use a pumice stone on my own feet. Manicure was the worst. Never put my hands in water, almost cried while she filed them. Never buffed them. Slapped the shellac on hap-hazardously and barely kept them under the UV light. Started texting twice during my manicure. Once again no lotion or massage. Had to come home and file my nails as they were rough and sharp. Asked the owner when she could leave, and grabbed her stuff at left at 5 pm before I even paid or tipped. Had to sit there and watch my friend get a better service done. For $60 Im furious and Ill never be back.

They were able to get me in last minute for a full set of French tips and they did a fantastic job! Very friendly and my nails look amazing! Could not recommend enough!

I’ve been here twice now and unfortunately, both times was disappointed with the quality of work and service. There was a huge gap between my cuticle and where the polish started on my nail, so I asked them to fill in the gap. By the time she was done, there was so much extra polish on my nails, they dried really uneven and with a ton of air bubbles and creases/wrinkles. I ended up taking everything off as soon as I got home. I think there is a wide range in skill level between the nail techs that work there. The person’s nails next to me looks great, so I think it depends who you get.

I have been going to Pro Nails for the last couple of years when we are here for the season. The salon is clean, friendly, a pleasant atmosphere to get my mani pedi and waxing done. They are always on time and do a great job.

The work this place does is phenomenal. The new owner Sue did an incredible ombré dip on my nails and I couldn’t be more pleased. She did not rush, she listened to my requests, and made suggestions that turned out great. I wish every nail place was like this. This business is under new ownership so a lot of the reviews on here are from the previous owners and do not accurately reflect the quality of work. I 10/10 recommended.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I have always been trying to find a salon who knows what they actually are doing, and I just now found the perfect salon who does know. So many times have I been to other salons and they either would mess up my french tips or they didn’t even know what it was. They are the sweetest people and so nice. This place is the best!!

Professional clean wonderful experience

I could not have asked for better service today. Probably the best service I’ve ever received, and she made absolute sure that I was okay with the finished product. I (without a doubt) found my new go-to place. And the bonus was that it was absolutely a reasonable price.

Ask for Lucy if you want your brows threaded, Channie for waxing (she’s really good! (Didn’t even hurt and I am used to major pain). Lina did my nails and they look great! Highly recommend!

I can never find a good nail salon but i finally found one here and i was so impressed with them! the staff was so kind and welcoming and the nails came out gorgeous! I love the variety of color and design options, I live about an hour away but i’ll travel the hour to get my nails done here.

I love coming here, they have so much to offer compared to other salons in the area. On more than one occasion Ive seen them fix bad manicures done at other locations, so that says a lot.

Good prices compared to others in the area. My gel nails stayed on longer than at any other nail spa...more than 3 weeks! They seem to want cash though which can be an issue for someone who uses her debit card most of the time.

Such a horrible experience. Customer service and basic human kindness was completely lacking. I called and asked for myself and a friend to receive dip. I told the woman on the phone that I would need a soak off before applying. She said they were too busy. I then began looking for another location when she called me back saying she had time if we came right away. Within 2 minutes of the phone call we were there and ready. She had us pick out colors and proceeded to do my friends nails. It was nearing the end of my friends treatment and I became anxious asking if mine should be soaking...it was at that moment she informed me that she didn’t have time to do mine as well and claimed she never told me that she could do both. I was upset but left with my friend after her treatment was finished. There is no professionalism in this establishment and this proves it. Two days after my friend received her nail care every single nail was lifting. She went back for a refund and a removal. The same woman who did her nails immediately used her current customers around her as her stage and put herself in the victim seat. Lacking any kind of responsibility for her poor job she proceeded to tell my friend that she lifted her own nails on purpose because she was upset that I never received the nail care I was promised. She said “take your money and go” my friend stayed calm and said ok but asked how to remove the dip powder as she never had that treatment before. The woman humiliated her in front of everyone and shook her own nails in her face and said “just dip them in acetone.”What a horrible experience. My true rating would be -10 stars.

Went in for a pedicure. Waited 20minutes, which is fine, but while there were 3 people working and two of them were playing on their phones and cutting their toenails. So I waited for the other lady that was finishing up her client. Thought that was annoying.I didnt want my nails cut and she cut and filed them with an electric file. The message was less than mediocre and the paint job was the name. I doubt Id go back!

Very frustrating. They basically ignore their client and talk and laugh amongst themselves in their own language.Prices were good. I got the shellacked nails for $28. But the started peeling in 3 days.

My pedicure was hardly a pedicure it was completely rushed through their daughter was screaming bloody murder when I was having my mani which made getting nails done after work miserable..my toes and fingers look terrible...never ever going back ! I understand that children get upset and cranky with no rest from being at work with mom and dad all day but come on there were 2 other people there playing on their phones you cant take the poor chikd away and distract her while i try to salvage the last few minutes of my 60$ rudhed through nail appointment...😡😡Then she proceeded to ask me for a tip, not happy will never go back again!
