1st- website does not work to make appointments for Covid-19 even tho they offer this.2nd- I called and was transferred to the pharmacy where the lady said: let me help you with that and hanged up the phone.3rd- Ive been calling back and they dont pick up the phone (+1hr waiting the same pre-recorded message)4th- after a hour of waiting the lady picks up the phone says hello and hangs up AGAIN!

The pharmacist here runs her team like a clown college. Our doctor verified this CVS’s address with us. It was called in in our presence. We called the CVS and they said it would be ready in one hour. We show up, they have no trail of the prescription and ‘think it might be at Walgreens.’ It is a CLOWN COLLEGE.

Worst Pharmacy in miami. No matter when you call its 30 minutes for someone to pick up. If possible use a different pharmacy!!

Terrible customer service, the staff always seem to spend more time complaining about their schedules and personal issues than taking care of the people. Some of the cashiers are clue less and they barely speak English. Don’t waist your time go to CVS in Town and Country.
