I arrived at 4:15 pm for my 4:30 pm MRI appointment; I filled the usual bunch of forms and awaited for my turn. After 45 minutes, one of the nurses notified me that there was an additional two-hour wait. I canceled the appointment and walked out. There are other establishments available in Miami for a MRI; I went to a Baptist facility closed by home and got the MRI that my Doctor requested. Their service was efficient, professional and on time. We (the patients) should not tolerate careless and below professional standard service; they earned the 1 start because 0 was not an option.

Very friendly staff, punctual and professional. Only problem was that headphones could not be worn to listen to music. They did have little earplugs that did NOT help soften the loud thumping noise which was deafening. If you are looking for state of the art accommodations, this is not it. If people are more important, then by all means, go here.

I have had many MRIs but still do not like them as I have a difficult time being in tight spaces. Although I did not say anything, the technician Danny must have noticed and went out of his way to help me feel better about the procedure. At all times he kept in communication with me, informed me and even helped calm me down. The entire process was actually as good as it can get (considering it is something I dont look forward to). I called on a Monday and by Wednesday they had acquired a copy of my Rx, received approval through my Insurance and scheduled me for an appointment for that day. Thanks again, Ill recommend your business and Ill return (hopefully I wont ever need to).

Great service! I tried booking an MRI near our house in Miami Beach but booking an appointment alone was a nightmare. So I continued to search and found this place. I immediately received a response and was able to book an appointment quickly. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Amazing service! I play a lot of contact sports and have had many MRI’s done in south Florida and Dadeland MRI & CT was definitely top notch. It was super easy to schedule my appointment and there wasn’t a ridiculous wait time like most other centers. As a bonus, the imaging technicians were all super nice and the equipment was all new and very clean. If I ever need more tests/scans in the future, I definitely won’t be going anywhere other than here.

Terrible experience. They forced me to reschedule my appointment on the same day at an earlier time and at their convenience because earlier patients cancelled on them, and they did not want to wait only for me. I made the effort to come earlier to the appointment, just to find out, after filling out all paperwork and waiting, that they didnt have the equipment to do what my prescription required. So they didnt even took the time to read the prescription before scheduling the appointment. Terrible customer service

Brisell was extremely professional. I was running late and she offered to reschedule for last appt. My Dr highly recommended their reports. Plus, they are open on Saturday.

Dadeland MRI has always been good to me. Friendly staff, quick service, and quick results. I recommend all my friends and family go to Dadeland MRI and I receive nothing but praise for the recommendations. A+ office.

Horrible and dangerous experience! Had a CT Scan performed in another place ant it showed I have a Primary carcinoma in the right kidney. Doctor ordered a MRI to confirm the CT Scan results and it was performed in this place. Radiologist stated it was a benign process. Since Urologist-Oncologist Doctor couldnt read the images because they were so dark and bad, he decided to perform a kidney surgery to me. Biopsy was done and the results were POSITIVE for cancer. What would have happened if my Doctor wouldnt have done anything based on the MRI results from this place? My advice is to be very careful with the results you get from radiologists of this place.

Been here on several different occasions for different MRIs over the years. I really wish they had their own website for hours and such! They have evening and weekend appointments available that can run pretty late (I think Ive had a 9 pm MRI done before which was good because I really needed that scan done). They schedule pretty well and the technologists (the people who actually operate the machine) are nice.I would love to complain about it being cold, but the machines must be kept cold and they give you blankets or even let you bring your own. They give you ear plugs and put headphones on you (although why they play music is beyond me, you cant hear anything once the machine starts), they pad you with pillows. Im a curvy (fat) lady and dont love the tight fit, but I do not get any sort of claustrophobia (Im lucky, I know).Their radiologists (the doctors who actually read the MRI films and make reports for your doctor) are thorough, and thats great. No shortcuts in the reports and my doctors can figure out whats wrong and treat me appropriately. Ive had cervical spine, lumbar spine and shoulder MRIs done here and a CT scan of my foot. I dont have hassles and the staff is pleasant.TL;DR: 5/5 - Would scan here again.

The overall experience was deeply comforting, they explained each step of the procedure before it was done. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend my friends and family. :)

I had an MRI here and although Im not an anxious person, I found myself on the verge of a panic attack in the first minutes of my test. The MRI tech, Miguel and the students he was with quickly attended to my needs and were very comforting and reassuring, checking on me periodically to make sure I was ok. I was able to get through both my MRIs with no problem. Word to the wise: dont have coffee before an MRI and close your eyes as youre going in.

The front desk lady was helpful, pleasant and friendly in booking my appointment and getting the documents from my doctor she needs to complete the process.What kills it is the rude, unpleasant and unprofessional technician which he told me to hold on so he can finish his personal conversation on his personal phone while standing with my robe on for about 5 minutes. Apparently since his conversation was cut short, he did not instructed me correctly what am I suppose to do and what to expect. I was frustrated and ready to leave. Unfortunately, this is my first time visiting and my last one.

I was so nervous about getting an MRI done/getting a needle in for the contrast and everyone did their best to make me less anxious. I highly recommend!

The most apathetic and incompetent group of individuals i have ever met. They cancelled appointment after appointment because they failed to contact my insurance company for authorization despite having all of the necessary prescriptions and documents. Was a patient here for multiple years but will not return. The technicians were great but the office staff is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

I must say I had a very nice visit and experience due to the fact I never had an MRI.I was nervous and anxious at the time.The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

The technicians were very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to make and appointment, parking was easy, and there was no wait.

After a phone call, fax, follow up call, they did get back to me and apologize for the delay and say they will do better, went through the process, no surprises, everything was ok.
