This is a very great environment. The staff and coaches are attentive, welcoming, and encouraging.

Great workout! Very motivational trainers and friendly staff. Great to be back after a year plus off due to Coronavirus. Fits with exactly what I am looking for with respect to a full body workout. Thank you Orangetheory Fitness!!

I love working out an Orange theory they always push you to the Max love it . I loved the trainer. They are always professional and motivating.

Great workout but unfortunately there are so many inconsistencies with the team at the staff at the desk. I have been a member of other orange theory locations in the past and can say the work out and staff are wonderful however not the same can be said for the dadeland location. One day the grace period for being late is 10 min the next they give your spot in the class away because grace period is 5 min. If you show up for class without signing up, its an issue and the front desk will reprimand you for not signing up before (signing up prior to class is not a requirement of this gym) In order to cancel a class and get your money back you need to do so 8 hours before class. If you cancel 7.5 hours before, you will be charged the cancellation fee and again you will be reprimanded when you try to get your money back. But, they can always give your spot away for a class if they decide the grace period that day is 5, 10, or 15 minutes. There is always an if and or but with this staff. As a client, there is absolutely no consistency as far as the rules go in this gym, the front desk bends them to their benefit. They require all of the above but their rower machines are always broken and that seems to be ok for the consumer to endure. Again, great workout and great coaches but those at the staff leave much to be desired, they prefer for the consumer to accommodate them vs them accommodate the consumer (though this membership is $169 a month.) My membership expires in 1 week and after that I will not be updating it in this location.

Love my OTF! They truly care about the customer, I feel very safe attending the studio, they truly know how to comply with the COVID-19 guidelines.

I recently moved from West Kendall to Downtown Dadeland and I switched studios. From day one OT team in Dadeland was very helpful.Today, I got a wow customer experience.Victoria (team member) noticed that my heart monitor didnt work at the beginning of the workout and that I was getting annoyed by that.She approached me with the studios loaner so I can enjoy workout. Thank you for being so proactive Victoria!

Looking for that extra push it fighting a limitation this is the place to go. They have great coaches that truly motivate you and know how to help you past your limitations .Also their heart rate monitor system gives us with a competitive edge a little extra push or those who need to monitor it and not exceed certain limits having your heart rate right in front of you on the screen at all times is a great help.Great cardio workout guaranteed to burn high calories .

Came for my “free trial” session at 5am, over 10 min before the class started and was told by Coach, Gabe, that I had to come back even earlier and could not participate. Terrible experience. Learn to show your potential clients with better respect. Won’t be coming back

They have a very unfair canceling membership policy.i tried doing it over the phone and was told I had to personally go and cancel. I soon as got back in town I went to cancel and they said that I have to pay all of mar h also since I was one week in this month cycle.

I love working out at OTF in Dadeland! The facilities are well-kept, the people at the front desk are very attentive and nice. Ive been in classes with 4 different coaches and they have all been great! The classes are TOUGH but the coaching helps motivate you to push harder without hurting yourself.

Why do people think other people should change in order to accommodate their needs?This is a complaint based on an incident that occurred to me earlier today in this gym, MIKE SINGER, at the end of my class at 6am with Jen, He called me and asked me if I use some lotion or cream with a vanilla scent, I said yes, it’s a mist that I’ve been using for more than 9 months specially in the morning for my class at Orange Theory. In three locations, Coral Gables, Dadeland, and Pinecrest. So, he told me that there were complaints from a few people that the vanilla scent was bothering them and that I must either change my perfume or stop using it completely. However, I know exactly who these “few” people are, and unfortunately, since I was running late for work, I did not have the time to properly respond.1. $160 are debited from my account monthly, so I don’t understand why there are restrictions placed on myself, when I am a CLIENT, NOT an EMPLOYEE.2.If your friends or whoever else are bothered by my splash. We have enough machines and plenty of space at the gym to get away from me. There’s no need for you to come to me and complain about how I smell.3. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SMELL GOOD EVER because it MIGHT upset someone. If you have a such a problem with it, find a new place to work out, outdoors, work out at home, or SHOCKER tell that specific person in the moment and stop acting like a child.So, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SMELL GOOD?????? (That’s ridiculous) I don’t know what kind of relationship the trainer has with them and so don’t really care. But I won’t stop smelling good and if they don’t want to be around me, it’s fine. But, don’t turn the environment into uncomfortable because the sensitive friend of the trainer is getting bother with the splash ... don’t be around me but stop complaining. Don’t you think ?

Great location, coaches and very spacious.

Extremely dissatisfied with the staff of orange theory. I hadn’t been to a class since decemeber and have been trying to cancel my membership, but the lady on the phone refused to let me cancel until I can I came in physically, which I couldn’t bc I was out of town. When I finally came in, she said because I was in the middle of a billing cycle and hadn’t paid in janurary, they made me pay for another THREE months! And refused to let me cancel until I gave my credit card. Very upset, especially because I saw no results going to orange theory, now I had to pay an extra three months. Horrible system!!!

This is regarding Orange Therory in dadeland area. Ive never been here before and I HAD to pay for my free trial because my address isnt considered in their area. I work in the Dadeland area and a friend recommended me to go. I wanted to go somewhere close by work. I did not want to go to my locations Orange Theory. I was charged $28 for my first session. Front desk could care less and seemed bothered I had to register. Things already started off wrong so NO. I did not enjoy my session. Terrible experience. Front desk did not even care to ask how it went. Nothing. They werent even busy. What a memorable experience!

Great job by the OTF staff. I have used 2 other OTF facilities and due to change in work location I went for first time to Downtown Dadeland. Staff at this location was great with regards to making a seamless transition to new location. Keep up the good work!

Very hard to accommodate or try to help you. I am a busy person and when i need to freeze the account they make you go over there. Other opportunities they have being very inflexible. I pay much more than i use the gym

Whenever I come because a few days to Miami, I buy a package of 10 classes and I do them according to my itinerary.Super dynamic class, never get bored. Good music, good teachers, clean equipment. Recommended!
