We love to come here for our grocery essentials and more. The store is very clean and well organized with well stocked shelves. Produce are fresh and great quality. Employees are cheerful and helpful. On top of everything, prices are very competitive!

The most beautiful place to shop for groceries and gifts! Best produce around. Pricey, sure, but worth it for the quality. Lovely florist section and impressive liquor selection. Lots of delicious deli items and a fresh fish counter that will truly impress! Beautiful cakes for special occasions. Friendly staff too...

This had become a weekly shopping place for me. The store is not over whelming with products and have the best selections of organic items. I dont have to watch the signs bc everything is Organic. The produce is fresh and doesnt spoil before I use it in my weekly meal plans. The Naan bread is the perfect size for pizzas. The prices are comparable to the grocery store. The health section is quite extensive. I have to ask for help sometimes. Lol. And the staff are great and ready to help.

My wife usually shops here, but I swing by for these chips, as the are grain free and shes supposed to stay away from corn. Who know they had all these cool options? I should stay away from this store, soo much cool yummy stuff I wanted to buy to try.

Not impressed. Sprouts has a much better selection of products and more of them. They also give you bags at checkout. I wont be returning because its just not worth my time.

This is the cleanest, friendliest grocery store in DFW. I recently left Whole Foods after many bad customer service and even worse product experiences. I decided to try Natural Grocers and what a pleasant surprise. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The store is incredibly clean and you can tell that the employees care about the customers as soon as you walk in. The produce is incredible, its fresh as can be. Im hooked and will be making this my go to store over Whole Foods. Finally, I found everything I normally buy at that other place for much less. I highly recommend this store over anything else in the area.

All their produce is organic and reasonably priced, and their organic pasture raised eggs are cheaper than any where else. The pasture raised filets are amazing on the grill. They have great covid protocols, friendly team members, and the store isnt crowded. Highly recommend!

The vitamin manager was great and I believe the dairy manager stopped what she was doing and jumped on a register to keep me from having to wait in line. Great store

Like store very much. All organic produce and most other products!Great variety in the pharmacyarea. Personnel very nice and will call you if they are out of something you want and they have to order it! Clean and peaceful!

A nice little place to go to shop as an alternative to the other national chains. Im surprised that there arent more people in the store or cars in the parking lot. They have excellent values on breakfast staples like waffles, eggs and bacon. And once in a while - and you have to pay close attention to the dates - they have excellent deals on things like coconut water, chicken, chocolate. Yes, the list is pretty eccentric, but the point is that theres something there for everybody. If you havent been there, Id recommend at least one visit.

Healthy, small so it’s easy to get in and out. Not the crazy crowds and long lines like central market. Both are great but this place is close/easy parking and it’s just quicker. Great place all around!

I shop for organic, gluten, and grain free. A little higher sometimes, but its worth it.

Great place for organic and healthy foods.

I love Natural grocer’s. This location is the best of them all. Ashton in produce runs a tight ship and is very insightful with all of my questions regarding her vegetables! Cashier’s are very slow but at least everyone is nice.

So I read a lot of positive reviews so I decided to come here with a friend who moved nearby and we needed to stock her house with food. They are clearly trying to compete with Sprouts and Central Market but I do not see them faring well at all due to their high prices and poor customer service. We bought some meat and other stuff and after a day we took the meat out of the fridge to cook and it smelled so bad just taking it out of the packaging. There is no way were gonna fix food with this meat. So we took it back and told the manager of the situation and he would not give us a refund all because we didnt have a receipt. He clearly saw us the day before buying groceries. Its not like its a complicated fabricated story. He would not smell the meat. The meat was obviously taken out of refrigeration and left out for who knows how many hours before it was put back in. Unbelievable. Will not return to this store. I will stick to Sprouts and Central Market.

Exciting to see this chain spread through the DFW area, expanding from their Colorado roots. Went to this location on opening day and had a very nice conversation with one of the managers. He explained their commitment to high quality products, and their rigorous evaluation process before allowing something on the shelves.The store in general is laid out in a very organized and clean manner, and is small enough to easily find what you need. Prices are very fair.This should be an excellent addition to the community, I think that residents of Keller and the surrounding areas will be very receptive.

Love to shop here! Best prices on organic produce compared to all other stores in the vicinity. Am always surprised by the products they carry, as I spend more time discovering all the aisles.

Clean the employees are for the most part nice, but its very expensive. You will easily pay double there than you would at sprouts or trader joes. They do although have unique items that you cant find at either of the other two stores listed.

Natural grocers has clean organic produce

NOT a natural grocers fan. The rewards program is just a way to get you to spend more money without saving any. Vitamins never has what I’m looking for. Easier to just to go amazon

Did a pick list pick up, everything was there and fruits and veggies all very fresh.

Healthy stuff there. The kombucha was tasty and it had so much vitamins and healthy stuff.

I checked out this location just after it was built. Its in a new area with decent access to the roadway. It Id adjacent to another shopping area and has a traffic light to get back on the roadway.

Went here for the first time today and will definitely be returning! They were all so kind and helpful even special ordering a product I use that they didnt have so that it can now be my one stop shop!

For those that appreciate environmentally sustainable food free of chemical nonsense.

Youll be punished for not bringing your own bag. $1.99 each for a simple paper shopping bag which is free at Sprouts, Central Market, Kroger and every other store around. Selection is intermittent and produce seems to be on the later end of its life. The Buddhist section is always well stocked though and theres an entire aisle of cat food. Tried it a few times-probably wont go back. Someone mentioned it is busy, but Ive never seen more than two people in there and the parking lot is usually empty when I go by. It will be interesting to see if it is around long.
