Dr. Hoffman is the sweetest man. While discussing my son’s treatment I asked if he could please try to work on my son without the tooth/mouth pillow. I explained he had a very bad experience at another office in Keller, he felt he was chocking on it and he freaked out. We are new to Texas and this was never used in California, it was unfamiliar and it frighten him. The dentist didn’t want to continue the treatment unless my son was completed sedated (asleep) and I was not ok with this. Dr. Hoffman promised he would try his best to not use it as long as my son was cooperative by keeping his mouth open.Comes the day of the treatment: My son chose his own movie to watch and while getting ready for his treatment Hannah (Dental assistant) was explaining step by step and tool by tool of what it would be used for to him. Once he was aware, he felt more relaxed. Dr. Hoffman did try to work on him without the tooth/mouth pillow but he kept closing his mouth and at this point they had to use it and my son was just fine throughout the whole treatment. Totally different experience from the previous office. I was so happy and relieved I almost cried. Dr. Hoffman and Hannah were both gentle and comforting.I have to add, the whole office team is super nice, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office. A big thank you to Oliver also 🐶💗

My son had an abscessed tooth that needed to be pulled. He has a history of anxiety. They kept him calm as a cucumber. With headphones listening and watching his favorite movie, nitrous for nerves, and a therapy pup to top it off. The therapy dog would be worth a very long drive out of your way in itself. The staff is amazing and friendly. The dentist was open to shifting the treatment plan to my liking, which I really appreciated. Some medical professionals can make you feel lesser than when you question their plan, but this was NOT the case here. He let me ask my possibly silly questions and gave me a lot of comfort in changing things a bit. He listened, explained, and took as much time as I needed to get my questions out and weigh risks/benefits.I would suggest this dentist to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

When you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Someone is right there to help you and no delays. The kids pick a movie that they can watch while they are getting there teeth worked on. The dentist and Assistants are very friendly. They’re very helpful. I wouldn’t want my grandson to go anywhere else. I’m so happy with they’re service.

What a great experience! My son was so excited to go to the dentist to meet Olive the dog! He also played video games while in the waiting room and watched his favorite movie during his appointment. He is asking how long until his next appointment, he had so much fun! I was very impressed with the entire staff’s ability to interact with kids and the quality of care! Highly recommend!!

It was a pleasant experience. The dentist and supporting staff were very friendly and courteous. They gave clear explanations what and why they were doing the procedures they were conducting; no surprises. They help put a smile on a persons face because of their attentiveness.

We love Just for kids Dentistry . Mine went there since she started need to see the dentist. Very clean , well maintained and comfortable environment. They let the kids watch a movie and are all ways super nice and at the end the kids can take a prize it’s great for my kid and she loves going there.

Came here for a second opinion and I loved this office. Especially the X-ray process much easier because the machine is updated. Everyone was so nice and professional and you can tell they are like family because everyone looked like they loved their jobs definitely will start taking my kids here. Having the therapy dog there was awesome we didn’t need her but such a great options for those that need her.

Highly recommend! Scheduling was very quick and easy and front office staff is extremely nice. My daughter suffers from severe anxiety so we were able to have Olive (the office dog :)) sit in her lap during her cleaning and exam. Everyone in the office was so kind and kept telling her how great she was doing (since they knew she was nervous) and the doctor was amazing as well! Can’t say enough great things about this place!

My three year old needed some cavities taken care of, and possibly some more extensive work, too, as prescribed by another pediatric dental office. As a concerned parent, I wanted a second opinion from a dentist that my friends like and trust. Dr. Hoffman, his staff, and therapy dog, Olive, were exactly what my son needed! They were kind, patient, and took the more conservative approach to treating him. They also made my son feel excited and relaxed about his visit. His fees were reasonable, too. I will certainly be transferring my other 3 boys to his office, too. Its worth the drive (45 min each way) for the exceptional level of care and treatment they provide. I highly recommend them!

We look forward to our dentist appointments with Dr. Hoffman. Ms. Jeanne does the cleaning and she efficient and thorough. The whole staff are friendly and we are always seen on time.

Had a great experience with staff and dentist. My daughters first experience being in a dentist office and they took the time to talk to her and explain what they were doing. She is only 2 but understands everything; so, their explanations made her feel right at ease. Cleaning/ sanitation and social distancing protocols were well followed and much appreciated. I have been taking my daughter here since she was 2 and have had nothing but excellent service and communication from all of the office staff including Dr. Hoffman. Everything is geared towards kids and they make it fun and show the kids everything every step of the way. My son also goes here starting this year. My daughter (6 years old) Olivia was terrified of going to the dentist, but it really helped that she really loved the little therapy dog named Olive that lays on her lap to help keep her calm. Olivia held Olive’s right paw the entire time while also watching her Frozen II Movie in her headphones while the Dr. was fixing up her cavity!! She did super great and most importantly the staff was absolutely AMAZING!! She hasn’t complained about her tooth or the dentist office since she left!! 💕 I highly recommend this office and I will continue to use them for all 3 of my children!!

My daughter and I love this place! Dr. Jeff is so kind and all of the staff is just excellent!! My 5 year old had some work done and even still absolutely loves going to the dentist! I had such a traumatic experience growing up going to the dentist so I love that they have given her such a positive experience that she cant wait to go again!!

I saw Dr Hoffman (aka Dr Jeff) from the time i was 3 until i was an adult and no longer fit in the chair. Now the time has come for Dr Hoffman to see my baby. I took my 15 month there today for her first visit. I have always loved the dentist and it’s clearly bc i have always had the best experience with Just For Kids Dentistry. From the friendly faces of the front office to the Hygienists in the back, they all welcome you with smiles and friendly hellos. They are extremely gentle and truly make everything kid friendly! I’m so thankful that Ottie gets to grow up with Dr. Hoffman now and share the same love for the dentist that i have. For those that are curious, at 15 months you have a lap appointment. Ottie sat in my lap and we leaned her back into Dr Jeff’s lap while he looked at her teeth and gave them a quick clean. They explained that we will continue to do the lap exams until she is comfortable in the big chair. This gives you comfort as parent as you can help be apart of the exam. It was quick and easy and we will be back in 6 months!

They have the kindest and best staff that always goes out of their way to make your child feel comfortable. They also take the time to explain any concerns with you.

Always kind, professional and attentive to each child, individually! My kids always feel calm and peaceful at every visit...and that is a gift to any parent!

From the moment you enter until you walk out the doors, Dr. Jeff and his team are FANTASTIC! They tell my son everything that is going on before to decrease his anxiety! Today, he got the hygienist to pinky promise they wouldn’t pull his loose tooth, instead they set a goal to get it out by October or he has to come back for help getting it out! Dr. Jeff was my dentist and now he sees my kiddo! Love all of them!

The way this dentist is run is geared towards making the children who visit as patient leave as family. My visit was enjoyable... A dentist visit enjoyable!! The staff are kind, caring and accommodating. If you have a child who is fearful of going to the dentist bring them here and those fears will be alleviated. Also ask for Olive the comfort dog. 😉

I have been taking both of my little girls here since we moved to Texas. My oldest was 5 and youngest was 1 and a half. Both of them have had nothing but great experiences with Just For Kids Dentistry. The staff is so patient with my youngest while she is slowly getting into check up routines. Dr Hoffman and his entire staff at Just For Kids exceeded every expectation. From the first phone call to checking out after his appointment was easy and pleasant. They were knowledgeable about my insurance plan, assisted me in making necessary changes, and followed up to confirm that everything was ready to go that same day! I received text messages regularly to remind me of appointment time. The office is inviting, comfortable, and fun for the kids without being overstimulating. Once it was appointment time the process was organized and simple for the kids. My child has autism and gets overwhelmed easily. This was never a problem for him. Each person explained to him in very simple terms what was next. He was able to participate as they allowed him space to ask questions and make requests. The X-ray portion was quick and easy(which I was worried about). They were very experienced with Special Needs kiddos and we never felt out of place or a burden. They provided movies with headphones for the kids to watch, weighted blankets, and a calming/therapy dog if needed. The dental hygienist, Jeanne, was phenomenal and sensitive to his ability to tolerate just enough, but not too much. Dr Hoffman was so kind, gentle, and responsive as well. He gave me multiple options and all the necessary information to decide how to proceed with the plan of care. There was never any pressure put on my son or me. Each child gets to choose a small toy and sticker on their way out which my son loved! We felt so welcomed and cared for that my son is so excited to return for his next appointment! OMG! If only I could give a billion stars!! This place is incredible! My son was terrified of going to dentist until we found Dr.Hoffman....but they have always been so patient and kind to him that now he is actually beginning to look forward to check ups...most of the time!!😂From the ❤️That Dr.Hoffman has for his little patients, the joy of sitting with Olive or Monroe (therapy dogs) to the smiles and compassion of the entire staff...it is probably the best dental office I have ever seen...now if only Dr.Hoffman took adult patients!

Went here for the first time today and it was amazing. The staff are so amazing and they went beyond any of my expectations. The office does its best to manage small children with videos, gaming systems, even a therapy dog! I usually feel embarrased when my little one runs around but the staff here even helped keep him occupied. When it came time to talk dental, the doctor was clear in his descriptions and didnt seem rushed at all. I absolutely reccomend this place.

Loved the dental hygienists. So friendly. When the dentist came in, he did not introduce himself. He just sat down, looked at my sons teeth, and walked away. The hygienist came over and tried to explain the X-ray. I was very surprised considering the good reviews. You would think a dentist in practice for 35 years would explain in detail the reason my son needs $300 worth of cavity repair to baby teeth (?) that would cost me up to $600-900 in sedation costs. I will never go back. I don’t typically send a review, but I’ve been a pediatric nurse for 15 yrs and he didn’t act like a provider who works with children. And looking back at my experience, I don’t even think he said hello to my child either.

Dr. Hoffman and all of his staff are amazing! Really great with kids!! Can’t forget Olive the calming therapy doggie! Dr Hoffman is very conservative in his approach!

Everyone in the office is wonderful! They always get the kids on time for their appointments, and cleaning appointments are quick. We have never had any issues when we have to change appointments or when I need to bring my other children to sit and wait for their brother or sister’s appointment.

My daughter got a crown. 7 months later it came off. No hard sticky candy. Nothing! When I had it put back on they told me I owed a recement fee! I told him I didn’t think that was fair and his response was if you don’t like our policy I can transfer your records. Within seconds! If the fee didn’t seal the deal to leave his attitude about me being a client did. Staff rude. He’s rude.

I have been bringing all 5 of my children to this office since we moved to Keller last year. The ladies in the front office have gone out of their way since my first phone call to make everything run smooth for me and have always been exceptionally nice! The staff in the back as well as Dr. Hoffman are always super friendly and eager to help. My kiddos always feel comfortable and even look forward to going to the dentist...actually I have a couple that get sad when their turns up :) Our appointments have always been right on time and we get going with the rest of our day! It is so pain free! Love this office! I need to find a pediatricians office thats run and handled in this same manor now!

Was very nervous to take my son to a new dentist he is developmentally disabled and on the autism spectrum we have been to 4 dentist in 3 weeks and he loses his mind bites they were great from the minute we walked through the door being fun with him and he played in the chair on his own did not need any coaching to get him to lay still and chill he opened for cleaning and exam and even stood for trays. The staff was wonderful they explained everything to me before they did it. They even got him to stand and cooperate with trays. Amazing place my children will all be using this dentist from now on.

I was a patient of Jeffrey Hoffmans from the age of 6 to 19. I have taken my daughter to him for the last twelve years. We love it there! The whole staff is amazing. I feel I was set up for the best oral health from an early age. I wouldnt trust my childs teeth with anyone else.

I’ve never posted a negative review before, but today Ive been driven to take the time to write one for Just For Kids Dentistry in Keller. First, let me say that Dr. Hoffman has been our family’s exclusive dentist for 10 years. Yes, 10 years. Today I was shocked and blown away by the rudeness and audacity of their front office staff. We arrived 8 minutes late for my 3 kids’ appointments and were greeted with unfriendly faces, threats of not being seen and hostile attitudes. At first we were told they were only going to see 1 of my children. Then they reluctantly saw 2. The third one we were told would try to be worked in. After waiting 40 minutes in the lobby, they finally came for my 3rd child. REALLY? I told them NO THANKS. It felt like they were punishing us by making us wait, just to prove a point and enforce their policy. Frankly we weren’t even a full 10 minutes late so I don’t know why they were being so hateful. I’m curious, if we had arrived 3 minutes earlier, would we have somehow been treated drastically better? I think something has definitely changed with this office. Hopefully Dr. Hoffman is looped in on how his front office is acting. If he knows and supports it, then that’s just a shame and his ego may be a little too big now. Hey Mommas out there….with so many other dental offices who cater to families with kids, this may NOT be the best place to go for the positive dental experience you want for your little ones. They see and hear everything, especially how the office staff is greeting and treating you. Lesson of the day for my kids… “Life is too short to let people intimidate, threaten and not appreciate or value you, especially when you are PAYING them!

We have been patients of Dr. Hoffmans since 2000. My son is now 22 years old and still enjoys coming to the dentist. I love that the same smiling faces greet us every visit. The staff ,front and back, are amazing. We love the new addition of Olive the comfort dog! Dr. Jeff is so caring and really takes time to get to know his patients.
