If I could give you zero stars I would, their is no structure as well as decent management, the amount of employees being late and not doing their job and no consequences for those actions is unbelievable, short handed on staff is no excuse as to why you can’t fire someone or let them go, if your short handed then you probably not doing your job right, but instead this company insist on having employees that do whatever whenever,it’s really sad tbh you know these type of establishments are not easy you really have to have a heart for people not just the paycheck.because I can’t call and complain this is where I’m doing it, but keep it up management you will be losing a great asset to your team. My family is very happy I am here because I have turned back to my old self. Having activities, trips and fellowship of others has improved my overall happiness and glad to be back to my old self. Overall a great place to live and feels like home. Our activity director is amazing and keeps us motivated, also our weekend cook is wonderful.

My daughter picked Brookdale River Road because it was smaller and I have been happy since I moved in 4 years ago. I am diabetic and my condition has improved because I am getting 3 balanced meals a day. It is so nice to have the med techs take over my medications and insulin injections. I am thankful to Brookdale keeping us all covid free, I feel safe here. We have a wonderful activity director, she has figured out ways to keep us busy, happy and active.

The first time I walked into to brookdale river road a good feeling came over me, it was warm and inviting. People were visiting happily in the dining room and I thought I’d like to be sitting at one of the tables. My son was with me and also liked the cheerfulness. It was Christmas and nicely decorated and the tree was lovely. I knew then this was where I wanted to be.

I love Brookdale River Road. It is small and has a very homey atmosphere. It is cozy. It is beautifully decorated and smells nice. Brookdale has a culture of putting residents rights and needs first. It is a must see in your search for senior living.

Lovely neighbors I have here. I like the staff and doing the activities.

Used to work there but got fired for helping my family through the Corona pandemic and in a text message instead of in person. The staff there cause nothing but drama between each other. The supervisors are no better and have no idea how to run that facility. You could set a fire in one of their rooms and not get fired. Ask any resident. They use to tell me how much they hated it there and some wished they would die just to escape it. Dont go anywhere near this place especially if youre looking for a good home for your senior family members.

They are a great company ! I decided to give them another try . And I work for them now they are really great with the residents and great with their staff ! I love working for them and the company.

Did work for them a year ago and still have not been paid. May be great for those living there but stay far far away if you ever want to be paid for your service.
