I really appreciate the courteous and prompt support of Don Suklis and his Staff! They helped me navigate a first time claim over the phone during Covid-19 even helping me through the State Farm phone system to put me in touch with the claims person there... his name was Zach and he was very helpful, polite and patient! I know if I have any further questions they are ready to assist in an outstanding way! I very much recommend them to as many people as possible. Thank you for being so very kind, patient and supportive as well as informative as I go through this !

Don is the VERY best! He walks my family through all the little details, presents the available options and ensures we have the best coverage to meet our needs. Most importantly, we trust Don! He has high integrity and his office is extremely responsive. At the end of the day, it’s nice to know we’re being taken care of and in great hands so we don’t have to worry.

I know all of the State Farm agents in the Salem-Keizer area pretty well. I specifically chose Don Suklis and his team to take care of our significant number of policies. They know what they are talking about, and while they are professional, they are also very friendly and empathetic. They go the extra mile and make you feel like family. Their agency can also offer every product that State Farm has to offer. If I could give them 6 stars, I would do so!

Don and his staff went to great lengths to know every detail of our situation so that we would never be under insured or not have the right coverage. Not only am I saving a huge amount of money from the last company I was using, this insurance office is so easy to work with and so pleasant! I recently have had 2 claims on my vehicle and both were handled so smoothly, quickly and with little effort on my part. Don is Amazing! this guy is so helpful it is ridiculous. :) He was very helpful and polite. We went there at first for just car insurance. But now he has our car and home covered.Oh and he told me about road side assistance, :) I had never had that before. its like 3 dollars a month for free towing if you break down. I had to use that the other day. I a was so sad when I thought back to all the times Ive been towed in my life and how much money I would have saved, if had just met Don a little earlier in life. :) Thanks again Don.
