Definitely check this place out for stress relief, sports recovery, and alleviating aches and pains. After a month of floating my body feels way better and I feel more relaxed and tuned in the world around me. The float experience is something I always wanted to try and also dreaded. Between the movies and the feeling of being in a small space in the dark I was not sure how I would like it. My initial feelings of trepidation went away almost as soon as I was in the water and the lights went out. After several float I was able to completely relax and fall asleep in the water. It is safe to do this because of the Epsom salts in the water that make it so you cant sink. It feels like being in the Dead Sea which also has tons of salts and makes your skin feel a little oily. Highly recommended for physical and mental health.

The facility was immaculate, the owner was very professional, it was such an amazing experience. I will definitely be back for more visits.

Fyi they keep your card on file and will charge you if anything goes wrong with their machine, even if they dont know what happened and regardless of whether you sign anything stating they can! They charged me $200 extra after my first visit there because their machine supposedly malfunctioned and it is corporate policy to do the extra charge. I would NOT recommend going here. If you do, use cash.
