People working there were all pretty decent except the older lady in the eye glass department. She was very rude and didnt handle herself very well. She has been this way twice with us. Service was slow, i waited in the room for 30 minutes just to see the actual doctor for 5! Wouldnt recommend going there and I wont go back.

Dr. B****** had stitched into the muscles in my eye, & a couple months after my cataract surgery, I was seeing double. The surgery had to be redone with a risk that it could make the condition worse. I have been a patient of Dr. Turks at Walmart in the past. She was great! Today, January 20th, I was supposed to have an appointment with her at Walmart. An appointment I made the beginning of October. I called to verify my appointment time to be told that everything was transferred to Lind and that is where my appointment would be. I was never notified of this change prior to me calling the day of my appointment. That was the first red flag.Next I call Lind. They informed me that they don’t have me on the schedule at all and that I can wait another 2 months if I want my eyes checked. If I had known it would be almost 6 months before I could get an appointment I NEVER would have went with them. Their inability to keep appointments straight is inexcusable.

I have Macular Degeneration and Dr. Lind was very good about questions, referring me to a specialist ASAP and keeping up with my condition. Her staff is very courteous and kind. Just need to make your appointments very early - usually a year in advance, best to make next appointment before you leave. I have every confidence in her and her staff. The optical department in the same building has a great selection of frames. The staff is very helpful when looking for different frames and very accommodating. when needing adjustments etc. Try Lind Eyecare - youll like it!

Dr. Lind is the most amazing person that I have ever met in my life. She is very knowledgeable in her field and in addition, she is a wonderful human being. I am beyond impressed with the care that my family and I receives from her. My son has a bad eye problem. She accepted to see him right away between her other patients. She gave us the diagnosis, encouraged us to seek second opinion, made appointment with a specialist for us, she herself talked to specialist and reported the result to us. During that time, I talked to a few specialist and the Mayo clinic, none of them gave us any new information that Dr. Lind has not told us already.When I switched from another eye doctor to her, the other eye doctor charged me for sending my files to her. Dr. Lind felt so bad and instead to pay for those charges! Another time, she had to do a procedure that was not covered by my insurance, she did it and never charged me for it. I am completely blown away with Dr. Lind helpfulness, knowledge and attitudes. Bottom line - I did not receive a product I paid for at Lind Optical and they would not refund my money.I purchased transition lenses at an add on cost for $120, which was $105 out of pocket. After receiving the lenses, they did not have transition. I requested my money back and they indicated that they could not provide a refund of my money due to the $15 dollars paid by insurance. They offered to send the lenses back to have the transitions implemented.I initially wanted the transition lenses for hunting, however, the new bifocals lenses are not at all conducive for hunting (at least for me). Thus, I requested my money back (for only the transition portion cost) and just keep the existing lenses for office work as I didn’t have another pair of glasses and I am unable to go without.My offer was to come in and purchase another set of frames and lenses without bifocals and have the transition placed on those, at no cost for me (or at whatever the $105 differences turned out to be). Lind Optical indicated that they could not accommodate that option either.I am disappointing that something was unable to be worked out.Bottom line – I did not receive a product I paid for at Lind Optical and they would not refund my money.

No matter who we see we are more than pleased with our care.Several years ago my husband developed a serious issue with his eyes and was promptly seen at the eye specialist out of town he needed .i had a surgery performed in her sugical suite and was very impressed with it.Several years ago we moved 3 hours from Kearney and have not changed doctors for closer to home care.From reception, techs, purchase of eyeglasses and billing , the whole business is well oiled, friendly and kind.
