Was misinformed by receptionist that my insurance would cover a day before it was activated. Got billed months later and couldnt file a claim since my insurance didnt accept them after a period of time. Lady in billing just said youre in the military be honorable and pay it off no discount or anything left with a 280 bill for a covid test. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone

I live 3 hours away in Iowa, here on vacay, and because I live out of state and have Iowa medicaid they would not see me for what I believe is a fractured ankle without me paying over $350 up front. This is a urgent care medical center. Very disappointing. And obviously lacks care for people

Went in 10 minutes before they closed for stitches. They did an excellent job and didnt make us feel rushed. Definitely would go back here.

The staff are so kind and respectful! Looking at some of the comments I feel the need to defend the clinic. This is an urgent care, not the ER, so they cant do miracles and sometimes have to refer you to other places. This is my go-to place, Ive been given great treatment for UTIs, ear infections, and stomach flu. Compared to other urgent cares, the wait time is fair. The doc really listen to you!

I was disappointed that a medical facility would not enforce a mask requirement. Masks are only required if you have respiratory symptoms. Our wait time was excessive, 80 minutes before we first saw a doctor. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot when we entered.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone - not even for a hangnail. A member of my family had severe intestinal cramping, vomiting, diarrhea - and visited this place three times before finally visiting a local MD. They kept telling him to not eat too much and it would basically go away. Wrong! After three weeks it only got worse. Long story short, after an x-ray and a CT scan they have discovered many abscess in his intestinal tract and rushed him to the hospital last night for fear they may have to do emergency surgery! This is his second day in the hospital and they think possibly he has a perforated appendix! They dont want to do surgery yet because of possible severe infection from all the abscess areas which could cause lots of infection. Hell never go back here again.

They have great hours. being open until seven and also on Sundays is very helpful. They seem to have a friendly caring staff. Ive had good experiences every time Ive needed to go here after hours or on a weekend. Being able to obtain physicals, prescriptions for medications as well as X-RAYS on sight are also very helpful.

These guys are top notch! They even call a few days later to check up on us, just to see how we are doing or if we are healing alright!! The staff from start to finish have always been kind, courteous, and really great. If youre looking for immunizations though, they dont carry them. Only downside Ive seen.

Ive been sick for like a month and I had the day off so I decided to finally see a doctor. I just moved here so I dont have a family doctor yet. I came in and the nurse was really sweet. I really liked her. Then the doctor came in, checked everything out and told me that he thought everything was in my head but he would give me an antibiotic for the slight ear infection that I had. It was annoying. I wouldnt come in for no reason. Three stars for the nurse because she was awesome but I dont think I will be coming back.

Over 40 minute wait in the waiting room, then 20 minute wait on office just for Brenda to push me off to somewhere else. She could see I was in pain when I was sitting in the chair but continued to push and squeeze and tell me that nerve pain is not something they can help with.

Waited for over 40 minutes to get in to see the nurse and then another 5-10 for the Dr. I brought blood work in from a company health day just to discuss the results and see if they felt there was more testing or anything I should do. I dont really have a regular Dr so I thought if they found something that would need more testing, id go see an actual Dr. I didnt expect them to prescribe anything or test me more for anything, basically just give me information on what i brought in. I even told her this, albeit as she was going on and on and on about getting a primary care physician to look this over.I cant recall the female Dr i saw, i think it was Brenda. The reason i cant recall her name is because she walked in and immediately started telling me they had no blood work on me and wondered why i was there, no introduction and no handshake. I explained to her i gave it to the nurse. When she came back in she spent the next 10 minutes lecturing me on how i needed to get a primary care physician and thats who would need to go over this with me. Even with me explaining i just wanted answers as to why a couple of my numbers where higher than they should be. She told me not to worry as they were only a couple points higher than the reference number, work out and eat better. I tried to go over previous years numbers as they indicate the numbers have been high for a while and she tells me it was probably because i was dehydrated, i explained i drank at least 3-4 cups of water prior to getting the blood drawn and she stumbled a bit and said yes, like i said probably dehydrated. She was focused on my cholesterol numbers and i kept trying to point out that my hematocrit was high along with a couple others. Was very unprofessional and I learned nothing. I called back and asked if i would be charged since all she did was referred me to another Dr. and they claimed she felt like she did what was required and would still charge me. So now i have to pay for a visit i learned nothing about and wasnt even allowed to really ask the questions i had on this as i felt anything i asked, shed keep referring me to another Dr., and i have to go see another Dr. that can give me real answers.I wouldnt trust this place to deliver a batch of stray kittens!

I don’t even know the name of my doctor... I think Brenda. But that’s the first thing honestly she didn’t even take time to introduce herself. She rushed through my exam and was kind of rude and was moving me around and pushing me into different positions. I already feel like crud and her personality and patient interaction was the worst I’ve ever had. She tested me for strep even though I have hardly any strep symptoms and it obviously came back negative. She then told me I need to try Mucinex and Flonase which I have been for a couple days. When I told her I already have been taking that she kept talking over me and basically said I wasn’t taking it right then (I am, I know how to read a label). I then asked her if I could just get some antibiotics since I’ve felt so sick for 5 days and she told me no. I went to my car and cried after that and will definitely not see her again solely for the way she made me feel.No doctor should make you cry after your visit.

We’ve been going to First Care for years but doubt we will ever be returning. My daughter had been extremely sick with what they kept wanting to tell me was a “virus”. After six days of First Care unwilling to do anything for her we took her to the ER and found out she had a VERY serious and scary pneumonia. She was hospitalized for four days. A month later she was sick again, same symptoms as before. We took her back to First Care because no other clinic was open and again the doctor she saw said it was viral, nothing to worry about and was going to just send her home but my husband demanded he do an x-ray and sure enough found she had pneumonia again. The doctor prescribed a zpak which was the WRONG antibiotic for her pneumonia. Luckily we took her to her regular doctor at a different clinic the next day and was able to get her the help she needed. Now, three months later, the same thing happened to a close friend of ours. First Care kept telling her that her daughter just had a virus, it could be weeks before she’s better. My friend took her to a different doctor and found out she has pneumonia.First Care does a horrible job listening to patient’s concerns. They just want to say everything is viral and push you out the door. I don’t trust them to provide appropriate care for my family. I pray things improve there before a person loses their life due to their negligence.

Driving through from out of town. Came in with what I assumed was a broken/sprained wrist. Filled out a short form. Waited no more than 5 mins. X Ray, talking to the doctor and nurses took no more than 25 minutes for the whole ordeal. Highly recommended, nice and friendly staff!!! 5 STARS
