Very professional clinic. I have been a patient since this clinic opened, having followed my Doc from the old Kearney Clinic. Staff, nurses and Doctors that I have seen have all been professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have never had an issue getting in for an appointment within a reasonable timeframe.

Very good i’ve had no problems at all still waiting on the lab results but that takes time i’ll always believe you be nice they be nice back And and I also believe do good things and good things happen do you bad thing they come back to haunt you But platte Valley medical is a five star to me And they are very nice people Just need to be Be patient and I’m willing to do that

Dr. Goldfish has done nothing but help me! His nurses are just as helpful! If it wasnt for him I wouldnt have found out how bad my a1c was. He is a great Dr!

After Dr. Dobesh retired, who I really liked, I started with Dr. Mike Lawson. Never felt a connection with him. When Dr. Dawn Murray transferred to this clinic I chose her and am very glad I did. She takes the time to listen and answer any questions thoroughly. Very caring doctor.

I had waited for the appointment for 8 days when I finally have the date of my appointment the Doctor talked to me in 2 minutes and send me for a test. I did some follow up on their end to give me some results and I have never heard anything from them. And so I went back to the hospital to get my test results and gave it to a different doctor. They have Poor of service. I dont usually give a bad feedback but this one is really something

My dr. Wilsons is a great doc

I’ve seen the same dr in town for 25+ years and apparently does not have time for his office patients anymore. I’m so thankful for Dr. Dennis Sughroue, She took the time to listen to ALL my concerns and put a positive picture and recovery program back together for me.i just had back surgery 3 wks ago and my previous dr would not communicate in a timely fashion as he was supposed to help with pain management program. He basically said I don’t know what you want, well I’m not the doctor so therefore it was time to make that change. So thankful 🙏🏻 Ps. The staff and nurses were very kind helpful and did not hurry any of the process in order to see the Dr. as a new patient, very painless.

My doctor is great. Everyone else treats me like dirt and Id rather go somewhere else

I see 3 specialists at this group, all of whom are very knowledgeable, I always feel like I am truly being cared for. Dr Stade for example literally saved my life, and 2 years later remembered my name when seeing me in an ER. Shes great at explaining what is happening and why, and actually answers the patients questions, which shows that she is truly paying attention to the patient. This truly makes a huge difference at putting one at ease before and after a procedure. Shes the best surgeon I have ever had (out of 14 in NE and TX).My only complaint is that a few of nursing staff seem to forget that they CHOSE a career in Patient Care, and that means actually taking care of the PATIENTS. They seem to be there for the paycheck only, and can get very rude and forget that the patient is probably overwhelmed and scared about the situation, especially if they dont understand the language or process.

A caring and professional group that I would not hesitate to take care of my needs any time. They did a great job with my angiogram. Thank you Dr. Hoos Thompson and Julie.

Did not help me after knee replacement. Fell because the cna didnt strap me to hold on to me to use the bathroom so i fell and hurt my mcl. Told them, put me in a brace. Try to tell them I am still in pain. Didnt care. then dr. went on vac for 2 weeks so i was sol. no xray, mri, , nothing after fall. just said will be wearing this brace quit a while. Had to go somewhere to find out what was wrong since everyone there just blew me off and left for 2 weeks. Plus, very rude, and slow when pushing the call button for help. Will not be back. Very rude....No care about pain, when everyone or their situation is different.

I tried to call a few times between 4:40-5:00 pm to set up an appointment but got no answer.

Our review went down after always waiting an hour plus at times to be seen past scheduled appointments, have back issues and got no help. Took over 2 days to get a response from leaving messages. Havent found a local LGBTQ plus friendly doctor so have started driving over an hour out of town for one.

Tried to call the clinic to speak with nurse and was put on hold forever...finally was told to leave a message. Have not received a call back yet.

Had 3 tests done and they never called me back with results. I had to call them and then all they will tell me is I need more tests???
