I saw Lane for severe neck pain after receiving a shot from the Health Sept. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. He provided different options and let me decide on how I would like to proceed. I appreciate his concern, knowledge and kindness. I recommend Lane he was great!

I saw Lane after an ATV accident. He was so kind, caring and thorough. His explanations were clear and easy to comprehend. I felt confident that the plan of care we settled on was appropriate and helpful. Being met with compassion and competence after an injury is so comforting.

I eventually wizened up and moved to a new doctor, but I should have left and immediately gotten a second opinion when he was taking instructions over the phone on what x-ray views to get for my ankle. Told me Id be fully healed in four weeks, which always seemed like a farce. I just passed the one year mark since my injury and still not able to run, ride my bike, or go backpacking - partially because of bad advice I received at first, as some of their instructions have now been refuted by multiple clinics. Would not recommend using this clinic for any injuries.

Lane was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to explain concussions in a way I was able to understand. His bedside manner was awesome! I recommend Lane to everyone suffering with head injuries. You wont be disappointed!

Unbelievable this guy still has a license. As a licensed healthcare professional, I sent my 21 yo daughter in to urgent care to be checked while I was out out of town. She had severe headache and other symptoms mimicking possible meningitis. The first visit he wrote rhinitis. Second follow up visit that I insisted on the next day torule out varicella, my daughter informed me he blurted out, right after walking in, before doing a thorough assessment “it’s not chicken pox!” He nonchalantly mentioned the clinic has recently seen other patients with similar symptoms. He did not order a varicella test as he should have. He did not give her a work release to be excused for her food service job. Varicella is an airborne disease. The next day she had red spots everywhere. I told her to go back to urgent care for a work release. He did not give one to her, and insisted her condition was not an airborne communicable illness. The next day after work I took her to an MD at IHC urgent care he confirmed chicken pox and he gave her a work release. I was so upset by this negligence for the public that I reported this NP to DOPL! He needs his licensed revoked! We also tried calling the administration department manager multiple times and never received contact from Ogden Clinic’s management team. He needs to be fired!

I felt very silly going to the urgent care because I had a very inflamed, pulled muscle in my back. He made me feel very comfortable and he was so nice and knowledgeable and made me feel like even though it was just a pulled muscle, it was still important that he get it fixed. His personal attention made me feel very cared for. A million stars for this doc!

I have seen Lane multiple times for various reasons, and he has always gone out of his way to help me. He takes the time to listen and is always professional. I will continue to go to him with my healthcare needs, and I would be willing to recommend him to my loved ones because I know that he will take good care of them! If you are looking for a new provider, and you want someone who cares and will go the extra mile, then Lane is the right provider for you!

I wish I could give zero stars! I don’t even believe this man went to school! Didn’t even examine my two kids we brought in (didn’t look in their ears, throats, it so any physical exam. He said “I honestly have no idea what that could be” four times in the appointment. He denied a general blood test for my son who he was doing a mono test (same type of blood draw) for even after I requested it because we have cancer in the family AND the phlebotomist went to ask him personally if she could do it. Didn’t offer us any kind of explanation or tell us to see another doctor. He even went as far as to tell us my son doesn’t have any swollen lymph nodes without even touching his neck where there are dozens that are swollen! After I asked for another doctor he felt again and said “oh wow there are quite a few”. 😡 Worst experience ever.

Mis prescribed medication for an ear ache. Gave me a topical drop, even though I asked for an oral antibiotic because deep in the sinus. (I have not had an antibiotic in years- no over use). When I arrived at Smiths pharmacy, the pharmacist tells me the medication is $280 dollars for a small vile and that doctors when prescribing this med usually give patient coupon to bring down cost. Smiths had to call and waited on office forever for a response only to find they changed it to an drop for eyes. After finally getting home, I use drop throughout day with absolutely no affect on ear. Called office 4 times in a 8 hr period with no response whatsoever. Receptionist very apologetic about Doctor, but could not answer why no call. Been in severe pain all night. If you cant do you job, simply delegate and let others take care of your patients. Will not go back to this clinic. His bed side manner was a walk out as well. He literally said he would be back in exam and then never came back! Simply need a round of antibiotics, this makes me wonder what happens to more severe cases than mine!!! Unavailable.

I WILL NEVER GO TO LANE CHRISTENSEN AGAIN. He is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. I was in SO MUCH PAIN and he didn’t do ANYTHING. He let me leave the same way I came in. I avoid Ogden Clinics as much as I can because of him. I never have problems with other doctors giving me medicine in the past because I get UTIS quite frequently and it’s in my history, but he decided to wait 3 DAYS until the “results came back” even though I’ve had utis so much in the past and anyone who has had them knows time is of the essence and he wouldn’t help me at all. I will never go back to him ever again.

Respectful, noncondescending, practitioner, listened to concerns and addressed them. Had a good bedside manner, cracked jokes to ease any tention/anxiety. He even gave me his personal contact information for if i had any further questions or concerns for what i saw him for. He is an overall great practitioner in my book.
