Dr. Magsino and her staff are awesome. I have been going to her for the past 7 years. She genuinely cares about her patients and her office is very welcoming. If you are looking for an OBGYN, I would definitely recommend her office.

This doctor is always late. Her staff is regularly confused. She is apparently the only one in the office who can see patients because everyone is always waiting for her. She also orders unnecessary tests are insists upon check ups every 3-6 months. Very disappointing. I won’t be back and would discourage anyone else from trusting her.

Dr. Magsino and her entire staff is awesome! They are super friendly, caring and knowledgeable! Currently pregnant with baby #3 wishing I had her for my first 2 babies as well, but I’m thankful I found glad her for my last. I’m due in 3 weeks!

I don’t understand where the negative reviews come from. Some people just like to complain, I guess. The first impression is always the office staff, who were friendly and helpful. The nurse introduced herself and she was very charming. The doctor was professional and competent. Wait wasn’t too bad, I expect it to be about an hour, but in this office it was nothing like that. You can see that they care about patients, not only money, which is what the negative comments unanimously said. That kind of consistent negative feedback seems fishy. I wish I had known about this doctor years ago.

From the moment I entered I felt very welcomed. Staff is very attentive and respectful. The nurse was really sweet and Dr. Magsino was very nice and answered all my questions, making me feel very comfortable to speak to her. Also, the quest lab at her office was very quick with lab work needed. Overall, I can’t complain, I am very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Magsino and her team were wonderful to work with, and her working with Katy Memorial Hospital was a huge bonus. They all made me feel comfortable and welcomed. My pregnancy was tough in the end, being in my mid 30s, having placenta previa, gestational diabetes, and later having high blood pressure, I also , because of Bible principles, preferred a bloodless surgery, Dr Nancy Magsino and the hospital handled each complication wonderfully. She did ask a specialist for a second opinion, which I respect her for, and it also gave me extra comfort. I did not need surgery thankfully, but if I did, they had preparations to make sure it would be bloodless. I had a emergency CSection, and my scar is nowhere to be seen. I gave birth to a beautiful 34 week, 3pound preemie daughter, who is now a healthy and thriving girl. I am forever grateful to Dr Magsino and her staff, and Katy Memorial hospital and the NICU department!

They never respect your time!!! You going to stay there more than two hours, I’m very sad with the office and staff. Why they don’t call the patients to let us know if had any emergency or if you appointment gone to be late??? You go on time to stay on waiting room for more than hour??? Don’t make any sense!!!! I’m very sad and for sure I will see other doctor. When the doctor Nancy comes to see you she is always tired and hurried.

We like Dr. Magsino herself but her office staff always seem rude and uncaring. Felt like we were treated like cattle!Also I understand first responders and how they choose to protect themselves from COVID, but seriously; still having the door locked, front desk glass closed, etc. Really just seems like office staff taking advantage of not having to be polite or helpful to patients they obviously don’t feel like dealing with!

The care I received from the doctor was five stars. Took away one star only because of the front desk people and the way that my situation was handled. Four calls back to back regarding a problem with no message.

I’ve been with Dr Nagsino over 8 years and excellence is not enough to say about her customer service and ambiance. She is dedicated, patient abs very knowledgeable on women and their needs. Dr Magsino was the best doctor I could have to help me through pregnancy and postpartum.I had complications when delivering, and she was quick to make a decision on having a c section.She is an amazing doctor and I’m so glad I visited her office. Dr. Magsino and her nurse are superb! I really appreciate the time they took to answer all of my questions for my first pregnancy appointment and their willingness to understand and respect my needs and ease my concerns. They left me well-informed about the state of my health and what to do to keep it up as the weeks progress towards delivery. Their office is also very good about informing me of the payments Id be making for each visit early enough so that Im not caught off-guard by any treatments/procedures I didnt consent to or ask for. COVID measures these days have made hospital/doctors visits a little intimidating for me, but the environment at Dr. Magsinos office was very uplifting, and I felt very good about my visit. Overall, I am impressed by this practice, and I could not recommend a better OB!

This office doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The doctor is completely disrespectful along with her staff. I was made to pay for an ultrasound that wasn’t needed, and ended up not getting. Her medical assistant, had the audacity to ask me why I was seeing a high risk specialist when my history was already presented to her. Then, the doctor refused to take over my progesterone injections that I needed to help ensure my baby isn’t born prematurely. To make matters worse, I called back 1 week after the appointment to ask for my money back on the ultrasound that wasn’t performed. I was told that they would get started on it, and reimbursement payments are sent at the first of the month-so that would be next month. Well, next month is now here, and no one has done anything to return my money, and I’m now being told I have to wait another month to get it back now. So, now I have to wait almost 3 MONTHS to get my money back. Stay away from these people that do not care about your unborn child, and take your money, don’t perform a service, and then try to keep your money!!!Sadly, I am reading other reviews for the office, and I am mad at myself for not reading them before seeing this doctor. Read down on the comments, others speak about their rudeness and how the doctor is only out to make money-her office is a money pit. I’m completely disgusted by this place, and can only assume good reviews are due to a lack of understanding of acceptable care and standards.

The whole experience with Dr. Magsino and the staff there was great. I had a great time there, that’s why I left a very good review with them at first. However, they are EXTREMELY slow on calling back to give the urine and STD result back. I visited Dr. Magsino on 1/6, 5 days later I felt discomfort while urinating. I suspected it was probably UTI, but I wasn’t sure so I decided to wait for few more days. However, my condition was’t getting any better, so I called them on 1/16 and 1/18, and I left voice messages with them. But they never returned the call. Today, 1/22, I called them again, telling them that I am having pain when urinating and noticed blood tinged urine. But they told me that the dr is not available today, which I understood, but the fact they didn’t ask me for my DOB and name to even confirm and check if the test results were back really annoyed me. Furthermore, few mins later they called me back with my urine result, which is UTI positive!!! They told me that they received results on 1/19, but they were too busy to call me back for a positive UTI result. So I suffered 3 more days while urinating and urinated blood tinged urine only because they were too busy😳. In addition, I found out about me urinating blood tinged urine in the middle of my big exam, this is ridiculous.

I love Dr Magsino, I used to get so stressed out seeing my old gyno she always had so many negative things to say about my issues that we were just “keeping an eye on” and how having a family looked really slim for me and my husband. I’d always leave upset and stressedDr Magsino saw me made a planI had a robotic surgery for her to clean out my baby making machine and for less painful periods and we’re working towards family planning. She makes me feel super comfortable and explains everything. My cycles are not painful anymore. I’m so happy to have her as my new gyno.

Dr Nancy Magsino has been my Obgyn for almost 10 years now since I 1st moved out here to Houston in 2012 after graduating college. She has been super helpful . I have had medical complications during my pregnancy with 1st born and she treated it quickly! She also is super concerned about her patients! I had a issue with a prescription during my 1st pregnancy 3 years ago that pharmacist talked me out of getting medication that was prescribed by Dr Magsino. Well Dr Magsino wasnt having it! Lol She immediately called the pharmacist and later called me back and told me to go get the prescription. The pharmacist didnt know my history and I let her talk me out of a prescription that was super important to take. I wasnt thinking ( smh) but the pharmacist was not supposed to talk me out of a prescription that prescribed for a important reason not knowing my history and later Dr Nancy Magsino explained why it was important to take it when I saw her at my Dr appointment. Although she moved from her Sugarland, Tx office to Katy,Tx my husband and I decided its best to follow her because she is such a great doctor! ❤

Dr. Magsino is amazing! I delivered two of my babies with her assisting me throughout my pregnancy until delivery. Her team members are very kind and direct to the point. I honestly dont know why theres a lot of negative reviews when you honestly need to be more understanding because things can get busy, especially now during this pandemic. I have to agree with all of the other post! The front desk staff and their lack of respect for others time is crazy! They called me at 8:30 asking if I wanted to come in earlier. I get in and still waiting 15-20 mins after my appointment time. I ask, what’s going on. They THEN informed me that the doctor had to go deliver a baby and left an hour ago! I asked why didn’t you inform me of this when I checked in!This is will be my second visit with the doctor. She same In the room and rush. Did my annual exam in less than 5 mins. And was ready to walk out the door. After letting her know I didn’t want to be rushed she stopped to answer my questions.As a female Dr I would think she would understand, we don’t like be rushed.That will be my last visit!

So I booked my appointment through Zocdoc because no one there answers the phone and they called me the day before my appointment at 6:20pm to tell me that unfortunately shes booked for the next 3 weeks. I already had requested the time at my job and planned for this appointment two weeks in advance. This is totally unprofessional setting, glad I get to find a better office to attend.

I’m honestly surprised at these reviews because my experience has been completely different. The nurses have always been professional with me, return my calls, take time to explain things to me. Dr Magsino delivered my first child and she was great. Unfortunately she moved to Katy and I moved out of Sugarland so I had another OB which didn’t give me the personal attention Dr Magsino did to me. I wish she could have delivered my second. I ended up going back after my second recently due to post Partum depression and anxiety. After the other OB told me I needed to give it more time and maybe see a therapist first, I know I need to just see Dr. Magsino. I made an appointment and came out to Katy. She listened to me and could tell I was dealing with bad PPD. After prescribing me sertraline, I feel so much better and am slowly dozing off it. I’m grateful she took the time to listen to me and understand how I was feeling instead of shrugging it off like the other OB. I recommend her to everyone!!

I showed up for my new patient appointment 15 minutes before my scheduled time only to find out my appointment had been cancelled. The receptionist was not welcoming and rude! She stated my appointment was cancelled and I would have to reschedule due to my insurance not being on file. I explained that I provided my insurance when I scheduled the appointment. She proceeded to enter my insurance in the system and offered me another appointment appt date 2 weeks later. I will not go back to this office! Not the impression you want to make to a new patient who was going in with an urgent matter. Beware!!

I saw this doctor a while ago and I remember when I had called to make an appointment the lady who answered the phone was unprofessional and angry for no reason!!! I never mentioned it to anyone but even the doctor was rude and rushed to see me I was in and out & didn’t even get. To ask any of my question pertaining to my girly parts I’m not surprised she has so many bad reviews it’s a shame they should start evaluating doctors just because you are a doctor does not mean you are a good one!

Shows she doesnt even care enough to check chart before visiting with patient. She is out to make money only, could not care less about the patient!

I love Dr. Magsino. I switched to her after I didnt have the greatest experience with another OB during my pregnancy. She picked up all the screenings my other OB missed. Her bedside manners are wonderful - she is so sweet and caring. She always answers our several questions thoroughly. Our first child was born and it was an amazing experience. Any forms or paperwork I needed her office was punctual to provide.

As the primary insurance provider taking care if the expenses for my 21 yr old daughter, with little life experiences, I am beyond upset with the lack of service and care. Over the phone at 8 monthes pregnant, my daughter was told if she wasnt happy she could go find another doctor. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Along with a slew of other misconducts, I highly DO NOT recommend this office! Admin part of this office is beyond unprofessional! I continue to be charged for fees even after being told I have been paid in full. This is a crooked, uncaring, money pinching office!

I cant begin to say how disgusted I am with this office. They are a money pit and dont care about verifying information for their patients. They order all theses labs and you trust that its in your best interest. Thats why you have to sign all these consent forms because they dont verify anything and dont explain the nature of the doctors order. The billing office is useless and they will not assist if there is a discrepancy with the insurance billing. I will be getting another doctor and suggest no one waste their time, money or energy on this office.

She started out great. Im a college student and finally found a birth control that I really liked with her. Unfortunately, I dont live in Houston anymore (Im out of town for school) and I just found out through Walgreens that Im getting denied birth control from now on until I schedule a doctors appointment. I received no email/call of this and its a PAIN IN THE ASS to be on and off of birth control. Its Monday and Ive been calling consistently since 2:30 (its not 4:30) to talk to the doctor. I havent gotten through yet, and their answering mailbox is full. What in the hell.

Just like many of the previous and most recent comments, I would highly recommend you finding a different doctors office. The office ladies are horribly unhelpful and rude. Do NOT waste your time.

I will never suggest this doctors office to anyone! The person at the front window is always RUDE when you attempt to ask her any questions, she is always quick to cut you off while you’re talking before you can completely get your sentence out. This was the worse experience and I’m glad the procedure I had to have done is over! If the staff was more knowledgeable and knew how to talk to people maybe the experience would’ve been much better.
