This place is amazing!!! From the moment I walked in the staff was so friendly. They were so caring and professional. The doctor took his time with me and explained everything in detail. I did not feel rushed so he could move on to the next patient. I would recommend this Doctors office to anyone!!! Very Happy Patient!!!

Dr Zock is an awesome doctor! He does not rush during consultations; takes his time to fully understand your concerns and always provides the best care/treatment possible related to your situation. He is the finest doctor I have come across especially when it comes to diagnosis. Most doctors do not take the time to listen to patients and in the process misdiagnose them or just ignore major red flags. The first visit is great, they made me fill out the Zocdoc review from the start. But the rest of the appointment are awful. I had to call the office multiple times for my prescription, becuase they just seems to be to busy for it but not busy for my payment. To say I had to wait a week for my pre authorization form from the Doctor. Then to see if the medication worked they FAILED to call me for my virtual visit. I do not understand. The office manager called me to confirm the day before and then just did not bother? And when I called to see what was going on the doctor was not even there for the week? So I’m suppose to get at the same amour to see a niece aid instead of the doctor?? Today to reschedule my appointment the lady was rude. Blaming me for not answering the phone? Like what? What call? I never got one. Then just asked me if I was gonna see the dr or not. Just RUDEEEEE RUDE RUDE

My mother has many complicated medical issues. The holistic approach used by Beatrice Nkwelle aka Dr. B has worked wonders. She has the best bedside manner and always takes time to answer any questions we have about my mothers health and safety.

Iv been going to see doctor zock for almost 6 months iv never had a problem with him or his staff they are all so kind and helping, the location is very clean and nice . The service is easy going and doctor zock actually takes his time with his patients !

Lots of good reviews on here. And I had thought they are good too. But heres my experience with them...Ive been their patient for about 3 or 4 years. First with Dr Beatrice and then with Dr Zockazock. At first I loved them. Clinic is always clean. Doctors and staff all seemed very nice. I felt welcome. There were just some minor problems like calling me the day before an appointment that I was never told about. Ran out of equipment that they originally said they had. And having me take off work and show up for blood work, ultrasound, and x ray, just to tell me when Im there that I apparently didnt have an appointment and almost turned me away. They ended up sending me somewhere else for bloodwork and made me wait for hours before getting ultrasound/x ray.Then when they found out that I had a gallstone that turned out to be 1.7 cm big. Dr Zockazock tried at first with a med to disintegrate the stone that my specialist later told me that it was never going to work for a stone as big as mine. Which, hes not a specialist so I dont blame him. But then, it took at least weeks for them to send referral for my surgeon. I had to sign a waiver for my first appointment with the surgeon because ihealth said they would send it on time but didnt. And it only lasted a couple days and wouldnt have covered my pre op appointment and surgery. The surgeons office ladies tried to help and actually wrote on my file describing her experience with ihealth staff. Hold on phone for 40 minutes and hung up on multiple times. She was told that she was being sarcastic and unprofessional or something when all she was trying to do is explain to them that I need the referral ASAP. I ended up going into ihealth office in person again just to speak with the manager Christina and broke down in tears literally begging for her to help. All she said was she tried twice it didnt work so nothing else she could do. No apologies. No more attempts to help me figure it out. I finally saw the two attempts she submitted and read the description then figured out on my own that they had me sign up for the wrong PCP on my insurance network and thats why it wasnt going through. After years of seeing them, no one caught that. I asked her how. She said she just started working there and doesnt know. Still no apologies or even a Ill ask. She just simply dismissed me and tried making me leave. So I changed the PCP listed with my insurance and they finally sent a referral through. But then it only lasted a few days which only covered first appointment and not for pre op or surgery. So we had to tell the clinic to send again and revise timeline. The surgeon office said that they usually get 6 months to a year when they get referrals. When I told manager Christina that she told me they were lying to me and refused point blank... So then I had to call Dr Zockazock himself and broke down on the phone again. Before they finally found Dr Beatrice who pushed it through.To give a better timeline... My stone was discovered in December last year by Dr Zockazock. On January 19th, specialist said my gallbladder was infected and I needed it removed asap. I had my first appointment with surgeon February 5th WITHOUT the referral ihealth promised me. And I couldnt get the actual surgery till March 2nd.Also, they never noticed that my white blood cell count has been high every time we tested all these years. Theyve also always known that I have mental disabilities that require a well trained service dog who was taught how to save my life. And they still sent me into depression and panic attacks so severe that I had to miss work and triggered my self harm behavior so I had bruises on my head for a week. I was suffering both from the stone and from how I was treated by the clinic especially Christina that was just absolutely unnecessary.Dr Beatrice and Dr Zockazock are great. But because of all of these things, I was traumatized and had to switch PCP. Ive been with my new PCP for about a month now and already got 2 referrals sent out the same day they said they would.

Dr. Zockazock and his staff were absolutely amazing. Professional, kind, and friendly. They all listened to my concerns and I did not once feel like I was being rushed. Very efficient caring services. Dr. Zock is very knowledgeable, he takes time to address your medical issues He is very patient. You walk into the office and you feel like you are going to get better the staffs are real nice they always make an effort to ensure that you visit is warm and welcoming

My elderly mother is a resident of a rehab facility and Dr. Beatrice (Dr. B) has been seeing her for some time now. Dr. B has never hesitated to call me at the first sign of my mom being sick. She always has a plan already in place for her recovery. Dr. B is always cheerful and kind. We appreciate her so much more than she knows.

This review is for NP Beatrice Nkwelle. She has taken care of my mother for several years now and we have worked together on strategies that I personally believe has kept my mother alive all these years and my mother will be 89 on July 13, 2020. Thank God for Beatrice as her skills are beyond exceptional. She listens, she comes up with a plan, and she makes sure those plans are carried out by the staff at Solera West Houston.

Ihealthclinics is a topnotch clinic for my family. Highly professional and detail oriented! Dr Zock takes his time with his patients to walk them through their health journey. My Aunt has been receiving care from this clinic for a while now and it’s a 5 start from us.

Dr. Beatrice Nkwelle Dr. B has been instrumental in the care and healing of many patients through the years. I have known her for five years now and she is always a phone call away. She continues to serve so many with a servants spirit and takes time and dedication for anyone she cares for, individual patients and families. Dr. B is an active educator for her patients, their family members and the other members of their care teams (nurses, CNAs, CMAs, etc.). She is a valuable resource from the smallest of things to the most significant. She has actively participated in emergencies including a victim of an explosion. She took charge to make sure that safety was number one and that others were taken care of. She has a calming presence, when Dr. B is around you can breath a little easier. I would recommend her to anyone and would support in any endeavours she chooses to pursue in the future. Through hard work and dedication has influenced so many for the better, as a mother, a nurse practitioner, an educator, a mentor and friend.

I just want to share my experience with Dr. Beatrice Nkwele (Dr. B). I am a registered nurse at a long-term/skilled nursing/rehabilitation facility; Dr. B is our staff DNP. For one, she is seemingly always on call, and if she’s not, Dr. B doesn’t hesitate to act as if. I have texted/called on her throughout the night and have had to follow up on things during the day and as long as I’ve worked with her, she responds in a timely manner. She is quick to help, to treat, and to answer questions. Dr. B is educated on the latest research, treatments and preventative measures. This was ever so evident during a COVID 19 outbreak at our facility. Without skipping a beat, she ordered a regimen for our residents – as a prophylaxis for those exposed, and treatment for those positive/presumptive positive. Of course this had to be individualized due to allergies, whether one could swallow, etc. But she had alternatives for them as well – again, without skipping a beat. She checked in multiple times a day, even video calling when an in person visit wasn’t feasible. I was one of the covid nurses. We all worked seemingly endless hours caring for people and carrying out orders. I saw so many of our residents decline so fast. And then, they started to heal. To my amazement, over 90% of our residents recovered fully or never got sick (many of them elderly with other health issues). Almost a month later, many of our residents are back to functioning at their highest potential. Part of this success is credited to something greater than us. Part due to the everyday care, compassion, skills, critical thinking/action of the clinical staff and medical provider, Dr. B.

Great place! Friendly staff and a homely environment.

Literally tried calling to make an appointment and I was put on hold immediately after calling. This continued 3 times before I finally gave up. She would disconnect the call and then I would have to call back just for her to put me on hold and disconnect the call after2 minutes. I’m not sure what kind of office is being ran here but that just deferred me from even trying to get seen by anyone here.

I am a patient of Dr. Zocks and this office is professional and has awesome service. And Dr.Zock is an amazing friendly Doctor 🙂

Dr. Zock is one of the finest physicians I have ever met. He save my life. I had recurrent knee pain and weakness for years and have had multiple doctors visit with no help. I was given pain medications and physical therapy in the past. I was seen recently bt zock in katy for a condition that was undiagnosed for five years . Dr zock found the solution to my problems in two visits. My condition is very and manageable on current medications. I will strongly recommend this doctor to anyone who is struggling with an un diagnosis problems.
