I saw Dr.Levert after being in the hospital for a pulmonary embolism. I was so pleased with my experience. I was scared and he put my mind at ease. My experience was so positive that I had my husband see him and my son will be going next week! Amazing!
I started seeing Dr. Levert during & post COVID, due to my other PCP being out on vacation. He was so attentive and very helpful with my questions, treatments and getting me referred to other specialist needed for my care. I ended up just staying with him, and had my husband switch to him as well. We are very happy and cannot say enough about Dr. Levert.
Dr. Levert is a dedicated, knowledgeable and concerned professional. He takes the time to address all of your concerns and explain all aspects of your condition and treatment. He is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. I have not had this quality of treatment in 65 years and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Good doc, feels trustworthy and listens
MILITARY FRIENDLYI was looking for a primary care manager. I had been looking for one for some time now. I saw two different internist at different offices and was treated horribly ( UTP and local dr).I went on Memorial Hermann website and requested an appointment. The process was extremely easy. I selected the time and dr. and filled out the information. I received confirmation and a phone call from the medical staff to verify appointment. I received a text the day prior for a appointment reminder.I went to Memorial Hermann for an appointment with Dr. Christopher Levert. From the moment you enter the building, safety is first and foremost. A mask and hand sanitizer is given before the first question is asked. My temperature was taken and then directed to the drs. waiting area. The receptionist verified the appointment and had me fill out documentation because I was a new patient. After the paperwork was returned, it wasn’t even five minutes when the nursing staff called me in and took vitals.I was asked for my medical history and asked how I was feeling today. I didn’t feel like i was on the assembly line.Dr. Levert came in and we talked about my complete medical history. He answered my questions and discussed health concerns and goals for our next visit. Labs were taken and it was an in and out process. It took longer to sign the clip board and take a seat. Before I knew it, my name was called for labs. Dr. Levert and his staff’s professionalism is second to none.By the time I left the appointment my prescriptions had been called in and the pharmacy was waiting for me to pick up. After 23 years of service in the Army, this was truly a great medical experience that retirees deserve.
