I had a wonderful first visit. Doctor took time to listen to my medical concerns and was very thorough. The staff was very helpful and patient with me. They made my first visit less stressful. Very thankful. Highly recommend!

Dr. Janecki is a great doctor. He listens to his patients, and explains everything very well.His office staff, however, leaves much to be desired. My wife and I were both told that they accept our insurance (Aetna). I had a procedure done in February of 2020 (I was told to wait until I turned 50 so it would be fully covered by insurance). Just this month (October, 2021), I received a bill for >$700. My wife received a bill for her procedure for >$900.00. In both of our cases, we were charged our copay.....only to be slapped with a HUGE bill afterwards. In my case - a year-and-a-half later.I called and spoke with his billing service. The woman I spoke to said she would speak with a manager and would call me back. Not only did I NOT receive a call.......I received another copy of my bill via email.This is not the way a medical office should do business. Its unfortunate, as Dr. Janecki is a very good doctor. He should probably look into restructuring his office staff - as the manner in which my wifes and my situations were handled is unacceptable and unethical.

Great experience! Ms. Natalie, Nurse Practioner, was very thorough in my initial appointment. This was very important to me because of my previous bout with Lymphoma and breast cancer. She got a complete medical history on me and did not rush at all. She explained everything about the procedure as well why we have a colonoscopy and answered all my questions. They worked with my schedule for both this appointment and my procedure date. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

Don’t think that one could find a better doctor. Whoever is selecting staff is doing a stellar job - impressive. They are helpful, friendly and professional.

Everybody that i encountered was very professional!I didnt meet the dr just his nurse practitioner! The only thing I have a problem with is that I dont remember getting a call or email of a reminder. They said i got an automated call 4 days before my appointment but dont remember getting oneI would suggest a couple of tries or a call and email.

Dr Janecki and team including Rachel, Catherine, and Monique all take extra care to listen to your needs and address it at the earliest.One can easily tell that this team truly cares about the patient when one receives such focus in care. There is a family feel to the place. Dr. Janecki went as far as sharing his cell phone with me in case I needed his support on the weekend. I am glad that care this level is available in Katy.

Where do I start? The whole process was simple thanks to Dr. Janecki and his staff. They take pride in their work. Natalie, Claudia, Monique, Rachel, and Katherine walked me through the whole process about my turning fifty procedure. They excelled with their amazing customer service skills, and they were just pleasant and nice. The staff down at the surgical center were amazing as well. I do not remember everyones names, because they put me under. They also possessed similar and amazing customer service skills. I walked out of the surgical center. My first thought was that these people care. Thank you Dr Janecki and his whole team! You provide an excellent teamwork experience, that keeps your patients HEALTHY and HAPPY!

I’ve been a long term patient of dr. Janecki I’ve always liked him and felt he cared and I felt listened too, however at late I’ve noticed his practice is being ran by his office manager and nurse practitioner. I waited 3 weeks for a televisite that was scheduled with him, only to end up gettn his NP. I did not feel listened to I felt it was a scripted phone consultation which was driven by his office manager. I felt somewhat talked down too. When I received a notification to leave a review I pondered on it awhile but decided to let others know that this practice has changed it’s not being run by the DR but by his staff, very disappointed, I’ve been a patient for nearly 20 years and his new NP debated even that with, me stating repeatedly, he’s not been a dr that long! Hmmm

Very disappointed in the works of the office... I work for a medical office and know how things work. First the MD was late for a telemed visit by well over 30 minutes, then they charge the insurance incorrectly as I had to question the submitted charges. I was told they would get back with me in 24 hours but they haven’t as I had to call two weeks later to check on the status of my problem and it was resolved but nobody called me to notify. Then my husband was scheduled for colonoscopy and endoscopy and had special diet for 5 days and then the prep the day before and only clear liquids . I had to request the day off work to take my husband to the procedure. The morning of the procedure i got a call from the surgery center that the procedure was canceled due to some emergency with Dr Janecki and the office will call you. The procedure was on Monday, we were up at 5:30 am! The office didn’t bother to call the patient until Thursday afternoon!!!! No apologies but offer to reschedule until my husband got very upset. I am sorry but this is not how you should do business! No matter what the problem is, you should contact the patients that got canceled that morning and apologize for the situation. That’s how you try to recover the situation but even that ship has sailed. Definitely notified my practitioner about this to be aware when we refer patients.

Can not say enough of how Awesome the office staff is, they are all so excellent and a pleasure to deal with all the way through. They actually care about people and are so helpful, such a pleasant change. Of course Dr Janecki is incredible with his communication and thoroughness. He is an example of what a Dr should be, actually cares about his patients and takes the time to really talk through your issues.

Dr Janecki is very caring and understanding and really listens to me. He took the time to go over everything and come up with a plan of care as to where to begin. I trust that he will do his utmost to help me feel better. I highly recommend him.

My family practitioner referred me to Dr Janecki. He was informative & friendly, immediately suspected what my problem was and ordered tests that confirmed it. He then referred me to an excellent surgeon who fixed me up. I checked out both of these doctors credentials beforehand and they were excellent.

Dr. Janeke and his staff have always been helpful to me. I have been a patient with a chronic condition for over 20 years and Janeke is very thoughtful and through. His staff always helps me when the doctor is not available. I highly recommend him!

Rude. He may be a great doctor, but there are other great doctors around Houston. Quite condescending to patients, as if we don’t have the same capacity to understand as he does. I switched immediately after a rude comment he made. I’ll give my money to someone else!

This doctor was only concerned about prescribing medications even when they didnt work. He would not listen to me and actually told me that hes the professional and I should just do what he says. He wouldnt run any other tests when months and months passed with no answers and he could not diagnose me. I asked many times if we should consult with another doctor and he refused. I had to fire him and found a doctor at Baylor who listened to me and ran the tests he wouldnt. I just got the tests back and its more serious than we thought. I would have never known if I just listened to this doctor who thinks because hes old he knows everything. Ive been a patient with RA for 15 years...I think I know my body better than him.

Tried to make an appointment with this office for my mother in law. The staff was NOT helpful and very hostile. I decided that if it was this difficult to make and appointment that this was not the place for my family.
