Dr. Sandoval is wonderful. She’s a good listener and assist us with our foot needs. The medications she’s prescribed has done wonders and has really helped my husband and I feet. Staff is also very polite and nice. We are really happy with services.

Awesome service and super friendly doctor and staff! You can say, I GET to go to this foot doctor rather than I HAVE to go see the podiatrist. Thats how much I enjoyed Dr. Sandoval and her perfect executive liaison. Dr. Sandoval also educated me on important, interesting, and some fun facts about foot care. Dr. Sandoval offered great advice and advised me to reconsider my original medical request in exchange for a different alternative, even though the different alternative was less expensive. Obviously Dr. Sandoval sees her patients as ordinary people and not as dollar signs. I recommend visiting Dr. Sandoval and the full Katy Foot Care team!

Doctor took the time to explain what my problem was and was patient, seemed caring and not rushed to get me out the door. I appreciate the few minutes she took to explains the x-rays detailing what my bone is suppose to look like compared to what she sees. Great experience!

I had a surgery on my foot more than five months ago with Dr Jacob’s and I still having same pain I had before. I had appointment with him five weeks ago to discuss the pain and he suggested that I should get a Amniotic Fluid injection on my foot which needs proof of insurance. The visit was Monday and he said I should have it by Thursday. I wait for a week and no update for it so I called the office and left a message for Christina. No response. I called five more times between five weeks then I went to the office and spoke with the supervisor (Staci). She promised me by end of the day she would solve the problem. I am still waiting to hear from her.

I was able to make an appointment for the same week, not months out! The staff was very nice and the office was very clean. Dr. Gómez was patient and took care to listened to my problems. He was able to use the digital x-rays to make his diagnosis and treatment plan on the spot. I’m glad that was available.

Had a visit with Dr. Sandoval, and I honestly wish I hadn’t. She walked in and not once asked what I was experiencing, instead started going into what she thought was wrong. So focused on one issue, and not being interested in what brought me into the office in the first place, she completely missed the fact that i had other pain she had yet to acknowledge. When I tried to tell her what brought me in, she had the audacity to tell me I was getting ahead of myself. I can’t say that she was rude because she wasn’t. She was more dry if anything, not very welcoming, and more so treated me like a number being pushed down an assembly line rather than a person in pain. Again she did offer resolution for some of my pain, but long term healing is what I’m interested in, not a quick bandaid. Will not return nor recommend.

I just love Dr Jacobs. He is always available if I need to talk to him. I really like the katy location its so nice and clean and the Staff is Wonderful.

Honestly I wanted to love this place because of the overwhelmingly good reviews I had read about it but instead I am never coming back here. Everything leading up to the actual appointment with the doctor was great. I didn’t have to wait for long, everyone was very cordial and polite but Dr. Shams seemed like he couldn’t wait to get out of there. I told him I didn’t know what was wrong with my toenail, didn’t know if I had hit or if it was a fungus, he says “it doesn’t look infected, you probably hit it,” he then proceeds to buff my nail down and in the process cuts the skin around my nail, I’m bleeding and he says nothing, okay great, but then he prescribes an antifungal medication? I thought it wasn’t infected? He doesn’t ask to see my other foot, only asked me if I had pain. I had an appointment at 4:15 and the clinic closes at 5. I don’t know if it was a time issue or the fact that I was paying out of pocket, regardless I’m paying for a service and if you don’t want to work till 5 then maybe get a job where you don’t have to?

We called the Katy office and got an appointment the same day where they xray’ed and confirmed she had broken a bone. I was so pleased to receive a referral to Total Foot Care Specialists for my 93 year old mother who is in Memory Care. When I called for an appointment they were able to get us in that day, and were able to take taken of my mother s ingrown toenails that had been neglected due to the lockdown at her facility. They also set up her next appointment to prevent this problem in the future. Thank you for making a trying situation a little easier to bear.

First thing, the tech tried to give me an x-ray and I told her I might be pregnant so she stopped. Went into the exam room and the doctor said there is no treatment for my foot since I might be pregnant. Who knew women who may be pregnant couldnt be treated for a foot injury? They couldve asked me that before I showed up to the appointment. Also, I thought it was standard to ask before giving an x-ray? What a waste of time and money. Now Im stuck with a bill for an appointment where all I got was a come back if youre not pregnant and two disposable shoe inserts.

Continuous is always behind on appointment time. The always make you wait at least 20 minutes. I come evert 3 months to get my toenails cut and never waited less then 20 minutes. This is the last time I will coming to this doctors office.I can cut my own toenails

I am totally amazed!! I scheduled a surgery for this week with another doctor back in October. The doctor is in my insurance network, however, the surgery center waited until 2 days before the surgery to let me know they are not in my network! Not only am I in pain, but I’ve met my deductible and out of pocket for the year, which meant I have a week to find someone who will not only be willing to squeeze me in for a consult, but be able to perform the surgery. I called Dr. Jacobs’ office and they bent over backwards to help me. I was able to go right over for a consult and within 2 hours of leaving, Kim had my surgery scheduled for Friday! From the first phone call, the checkin process to the exam and scheduling it could not have been any more pleasant nor could anyone there have been more kind and helpful. I was not looking forward to meeting a new doctor, but I loved the professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Jacobs as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jacobs and his staff. A blessing to me for sure!

I had a wonderful experience at Total Food Care Specialist. They prescribed tropical ointments that helped my pain and inflammation to the point of actually tanking it away form my feet and helping my bad hip and the wounded area of a permeant injury on my leg from a car wreck. I highly recommend Total Foot Care Specialist.

Dr. Gomez did amazing on my sons ingrown toenail. Ive checked on it and it is growing in beautifully as if it never happened. He was immediately walking although he sat out of his Athletics that week.

It was truly puzzling to me why my doctor (Dr. Ali Shams) showed clear impatience, very unwelcoming.Later, at the front desk I remembered that Dr. Shams and I had not discussed my other foot, which the Xrays were done for as well. When I requested to speak with him again, his impatience grew to expressed frustration. I found that very unprofessional.I genuinely believe the Katy community deserves better service.

I had an in ingrown toenail that was very infected. I called Total foot care and explain how I had been suffering with this issue for 2 months and that I have seen two doctors previously and neither of them could cure it. Total foot care was very understanding and gave me a same day appointment . Dr. Shams was amazing. He explained exactly what he was going to do. The procedure itself took about 10 minutes to do. I was told I would experience some discomfort once the anaesthesia wore off and could just take some Ibuprofen the next day, but during the night, I woke up several times in A LOT of pain. All was a great experience except not providing me with pain medication.

Dr. Sandoval is so helpful and caring. She has taken care of my sons ingrown toe nails 3 times and is always very gentle with great expertise. I so appreciate her care and the flexibility, understanding, and kindness of the staff as well. Thank you!!

My 15 year old daughter had an ingrown toenail removed, the care she received was great! Dr. Rivera made her feel comfortable & eased her fear during the process. The staff was wonderful & I would definitely recommend their services! We will definitely return should a need arise!
