Dr. Laurent is an amazing dermatologist!I visited this facility for a consultation regarding hyperhidrosis. I was able to secure an appointment within a week which was awesome because of my busy schedule. The waiting room time was minimal, the checking paperwork was also minimal. The Physician was friendly and engagement. He reviews the therapy I had tried in the past and made his recommendations. The following week he administered a new treatment and less than a week later I noticed significant improvements in my symptoms. Dr. Laurent is a caring physician who listened to my concerns and provided an excellent treatment. I highly recommend him!

I went for in for a medical procedure and saw Dr. Filberto.Great experience, wonderful doctor and staff! Always following up in a timely manner and addressed all my concerns.

I had a emergency as a result of a fall last night! I called this morning and was told to come right away. Dr Filiberto Cedeno Laurent M. D. Saw me right away and remove bandages, cleaned my wounds, injected local Anastasia cauterized vessels to stop the bleeding, applied medication and re bandaged. He gave me printed directions as to how best to care for my wounds. He then ordered medication for me and instructed me to return in two weeks. He is not only my doctor; he is my friend.

Dr Laurant considered my other medical conditions before giving me a prescription. I have confidence on his diagnosis.

I had an unbearable allergic reaction to a deodorant and could not find a dermatologist located near me to schedule me in until late July. Luckily, this office had virtual appointments to see me the next day. I am very pleased to receive some advice from a medical professional. Dr. Laurent was very thorough with how to treat my allergic reaction and provided me with many alternative, cost efficient OTC medicines to use.

Dr. Cedeno is nice. His nurse is the rudest one I have ever seen. I went there in the middle of May. After treatment, she drove me out of office very impatiently. I tried to ask her about information for next treatment as doctor said, but I had to follow her from the office to the front and keep asking a simple question three times to get her answer.

Doctor fade me feel very comfortable and welcome, and the procedure was extremely fast as well!

After two conflicting diagnoses by a general practitioner and pediatrician, we were desperate to seek the medical expertise of a dermatologist before planning to go out of town and risking exposing extended family members to what possibly may be a contagious rash. NOBODY was available last minute except for Dr. Laurent via FaceTime- and we couldn’t have been more pleased! He patiently and articulately addressed every question we had, gave us a confident diagnosis, and he empathized with us in our desire to conservatively administer antibiotics if needed. With new and accurate prescriptions in hand, he then wished us well in our weekend travel plans! We now consider him our family dermatologist and look forward to visiting him in person (or FaceTime, if needed) in the future!

Dr Gildo Micheletti is a great and caring professional. The nurse staff was super nice. Took my baby daughter for a dermatology consultation and was very happy with the attention in houston dermatology and plastic surgery clinic.

Dr Micheletti was so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with issues I’ve had for years that I’ve seen multiple dermatologists for previously. He was also very very kind. I’ll be coming back to him for all of my dermatology needs and will definitely recommend him to my friends!

Dr. Gonzalez has been such an amazing surgeon, Erika the receptionist (sorry if I have her title wrong) is always so kind and reminds me of all my appointments! They are super understanding when I’m coming in a couple minutes late and always welcome me with a great smile!

It’s my first visit and I can say I like the atmosphere and staff. Everything is so organized and clean. Their very responsive and professional.

This was my first visit, wasnt sure what to expect since i was just going on my Private physicians word that Dr. Michelletti was the most knowledgable dermatologist he ever met. without knowing anything else about the practice or even where it was located. Had no idea how far away it was from me and ended up being almost 45 minutes late after driving almost an hour and a half with the traffic. I had called from my car after realizing there was no way i could get there on time The staff there was very friendly but said I probably would have to reschedule but to hold on and they would see what they could do. They said I may have to wait a long time but they would try to fit me in between patients or possibly at the end of the schedule. If they could i was willing to continue driving the rest of the 40 mile drive. Anyway, i was very impressed with the friendly knowledgable staff and completely blown away by Dr Ms expertise, efficient excellent and precise care, and treatment plan. The experience was the best and felt very comfortable because of such a remarkable staff! (Too much i know but its so true!)

Went to see Dr. Filiberto for a specialist opinion on feet itch concern. The atmosphere is welcoming and the place very tidy. The people working there are very professional, caring and respective; which to me is rear in a dermatologist office. My first time there and will definitely recommend the place; especially, Dr. Filiberto.

I had a virtual visit with Dr. Laurent. Let me explain how awesome these guys are.My appointment was for 10am. Someone called at 8:40am to collect my insurance payment and then a nurse called an hour later at 9:40am. The nurse got most of my information about why I needed to see the dermatologist in less than 4 minutes. He told me the doctor would call back around 10am and we will further discuss my symptoms and go from there. The doctor called at 9:49am and we were done discussing everything before 10am. THAT IS FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE :) I loved that it was smooth, quick, and easy. I have never done a virtual appointment and this was easier than going fully to the doctor’s office. Saves everyone so much time and convenience. The staff were extremely friendly and understanding. I will always book with this dermatologist.

Looks like most of the 5 star reviews are from native residents, which makes me even want to leave a negative 5 star to this clinic. Because I believe that those 5 stars are their real feel and then I will doubt why the staff including the doctor in their office treat foreigners so different.The service is not bad because I was just visiting the clinic for removing the wart, the problem is their charges and fees.I was told that my insurance has a high deductible which actually is not true, because my son visited another dermatologist office with the same reason and we only paid $40 co-pay for the specialist and we do not need to pay anything else. One more reason is I have 3 children and as the parents you must know, nobody will choose the high deductible under this situation.--While the doctor told me that I have to pay $160 in total since I didnt meet the deductible, so I talked with the front desk lady and confirmed with them that as long as they can get any payment from the insurance company they will refund me the whole payment except the $40 copay. But I waited two months and get nothing, when I checked the information online, it shows theres no claim from their clinic at all. So I called the office again and they promised me to submit the claim to the insurance company ASAP.I forgot how long I waited again, checked my insurance account for another time and found that the payment has been made to the clinic at least 1 month ago, so I have to call them again. But they denied that theyve been agreed to refund me the $120 and provided a looks like reasonable bill to me and refund me less than $100. To be honest, I was afraid that if I disagree with what they said I will get nothing, so I have to accept the check and deposited it immediately.Its not about a $20, its about the honest, the respect, the way they treat the patients. Anyway every time whenever I saw others seeking the dermatologist, the only words I can tell them is, I dont know which one is best and whoever I will recommend, but I will definitely NEVER RECOMMEND Houston Dermatology & Plastic Surgery to you.

First impression is the best impression . Great experience with Dr Cedeno. He himself checked me in as I reached the facility early. He paid attention to the detail and prescribed the medication . He listened and explained every questions and concerns I had. I was able to come out in 15 minutes.

Such a great staff and the dr is a very good listener. He takes the time to hear everything and always gives options along with a complete printout of everything discussed and new plans for treatment.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Gonzalez, Monica and the rest of the staff at Houston Dermatology & Plastic Surgery. Dr. Gonzalez performed breast augmentation and lift. Though I had this previously with a different doctor 10 years ago, this experience was completely different. Dr. Gonzalez was very informative pre-op and post-op. She aims for perfection and with me, she achieved it. During surgery I felt safe in her hands. She and Monica both were quick to return communications and be thorough in their instructions. I am planning to use this facility for other services, as they have made me feel at home.

The doctor was able to see me and my daughter at the same time and the procedure he performed on me right then in the office was not only seemless but painless. Everyone was practicing proper masking and distancing as required, in fact they met me at my vehicle and welcomed/escorted me in to be sure that proper safety standards were in place. I found Dr. Laurents office through my health insurance provider. They were able to see me for a consultation within 24 hours and had my procedure the day after that. Dr. Laurent explained everything in detail ahead of time. He was also very professional and attentive during my procedure. It went better than I expected. Im so thankful I found his practice. He was head &shoulders above a previous practice I consulted with. The staff are excellent as well.
