I have been to Dr. Subrt a few times over the past 10 years and he was always nice. He is knowledgeable and kind. Yes, he is efficient but that is not a bad thing. He takes care of things quickly and doesn’t try to get you into anything that you don’t really need. Today I was seen by his son -Dr. Adrian Subrt- and he was a sweetheart. Very kind and nice. He also takes care of business without trying to sell you into any treatment or stuff you don’t need. Front desk staff ladies were nice and kind.

Always so pleased with the service. No nonsense. No trying to sell you stuff that you don’t need. Just extremely talented group! ♥️

I was happy with our experience there. I was looking for a plain ol dermatologist that acted like a medical doctor-- NOT a dermatology clinic that felt like a spa and tried to sell you on a million cosmetic product and procedures. I found him to be professional and courteous, and Ill definitely return to him should the need arise.

My family and I have been going to him for years. Hes a doctor that listens, assesses, then takes care of the issue. No nonsense and on target - which is exactly what is needed in the profession. Hes very knowledgeable - courteous, too.

Will get you in and out as quick as possible (in a bad way). Uncompassionate and acted as if he didnt have time to hear my story or anything about medical history. Made split second diagnosis and hurried me out. Ive still had the same issues for over a year now. (due to the fact I was given the wrong diagnosis) Kind of felt like (heres a script, now get out so I can quickly rip off another patient) Luckily, I found a great dermatologist who actually cares. ****STEER CLEAR of this place!****

I personally like Dr Subrts no nonsense, get her done, style. An experienced dermatologist can look at your skin and pretty much know if its cancerous or not. If hes not 100% sure, he will biopsy. He saved a family member from melanoma after a different physician said it was just a fungus. Yes, you have to wait to see him but dont you think if a doctor is any good at all, youll have to wait? I have taken all my immediate family members to see him. I think that speaks volumes.

Heavy set lady with glasses and dark curly hair at front desk did not have good customer service skills. Arrived at 1030 am appointment and 4 people ahead of me...at 10:30? Cant imagine they would be that far behind this early. Sounds like they really over book their appointments. However, I did like the doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Subrt on and off for many, many years. I see other reviews about the long wait/rude staff...this has not been my experience. Today, I only had to wait about 15 min in the front and no less than 5 min once I went back to the room. He was friendly, chatted with me, froze off my moles, inspected for any others, asked me if I had any questions, and communicated precisely and clearly. The front office staff was friendly as well. I definitely recommend him.

I was in and out of there so fast, it was amazing. Before I could blink he numbed, cut, cauterized, wrote a script, and I was done! If you want personal attention, seek someone else, but if you want someone who will get it done with no BS, then hes your man.

We used to go all the family for years, today it was the first time with his son and he was ok too.But I was really surprise with the bad service and bad actitud from the person in the reception and in general the administration people. They have to improve on that.I gave a bad review today not for the doctor but for the receptionist, she doesn’t care to be nice and try to give a good service.

Great doctor, very knowledgable! Have been taking my kiddos to see him for years, we are always seen in a reasonable amount of time & he is very thorough. He also removed xanthamas on my hubbys eyelids, in office, after we were told by spa style dermatologist that he would HAVE to have them removed by a plastic surgeon. We paid around $250 to Dr. Subrt, versus estimated $4,000 to a plastic surgeon.

I went to Dr. Subrt for around 15 years and wish I never had. As a child I guess I never noticed the problems when my parents were driving me but after a couple visits in my twenties I’ve never been back. The first issue is waiting room time since the overbook constantly. You will spend a minimum of 1 hour after signing in before being called back to see Dr. Subrt. Once you finally get in the room with him he will spend a maximum of 20 seconds with you before leaving so you better have an elevator pitch ready to describe your issues. I really don’t understand why you have to wait in the lobby so long for him since he only spends a couple seconds with each patient what else is he doing back there that takes hours? My final appointment with him I was sitting in the lobby after signing in for about 1.5 hours when I reached my boiling point, got up and left never to return to his horrible practice. My parents and brothers have also since switched to different dermatologist due to Subrts horrible service. I even had my allergist tell me he went to Subrt only once and never again because he felt like a cattle being herded and did not trust the guys advice since he only spent 15 seconds in the room before diagnosing the problem.
