Terrible service, they wont answer the phone. I have been trying to change my address for 2 months. Now I guess I have to show up in the office to get a copy

I have had my insurance with Reliable Insurance for only a few months now; when i got a quote is was simple, easy and fast. In and out with a policy in minutes. The staff there are very lovely and always are attentive to what is going on when I call in. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a honest company that knows how to get stuff done.

If there is zero star i will give this people.you have the worst customer service and also the most unscrupulous marketer nickels.i got a quote as an agent from venture for 461 sent it over to nickels which he acknowledged in email and said he was going to process it bcos i couldnt process it directly online being a new agent. He asked for my card details which i did give him in my email with him.after processing this guy processed a wrong policy for us altogether and billed me 144 for just one month whereas i had submitted a quote for 461 for six months.i wrote him immediately to call his attention.no replies,i called marketing severally no one took calls.i wrote anna the lady who proccessed my agency application she replied that she has forwarded my mails to nickels.this is three days now no response to email or call.i just want to let you know that this is imaj insurance one of your new agents and i m going to raise a consumer complain with every place necessary if you dont remedy this situation and return my money back to the card you took it from.

Spam email saying I was referred to you, and didnt offer an unsubscribe. They werent referred to me, so lying is not a great way to start trying to do business with someone. After reading other reviews, I wouldnt even give them a chance. Not that Im even in the market.

Because someone did not complete their job, I ended up paying the price. In trying to back date a cancellation 60 days, Reliable ended up with me having double coverage (illegal...) and double payments. After a dozen or more phone calls, no one owned up to the mistake, no one offered to make it right. After being with this company for 15+ years, I was surprised that absolutely no one responded to the situation they created nor did anyone respond to emails. When presented with the issues I was facing, I was told since I no longer had a policy, they would not help rectify the problem. Reliable is interested in what Reliable can get in their pocket. They are not interested in customer service or resolving problems they create.

Poor customer service. They wont show you the policy, or any policies until it is bound and you have paid. If its wrong, thats apparently just too bad. Agents cant answer basic questions and eventually just ignore you. I never paid for anything here, but I wouldnt trust them after the experience I had. Avoid.

Very bad experience with this company. If I could give NO STARS I would. RYAN NICKELS was very bad agent and very incompetent. I was LIED to from the very beginning, all statements were MISLEADING, and to say the least he has INFRINGED the TDI BILL OF RIGHTS. He makes the insurance company I was with look TERRIBLE. TDI here I come!
