My husband, my kids and I have being going to this facility for over two years. We are very happy not only for the great job they do, but for the kindness of all the staff. They are very professional but yet you have the feeling We know you and you are important. I highly recommend them.

This clinic is by far the most beautiful and friendly I ever been to!I called in for a little direction the girl that works at the front desk is super friendly and informative.The stuffs as soon as I got called in she’s very friendly and very carful and smoothly handled you with care.Dentist actually listen to what you have to say!I would recommend anyone that’s want their smile fix please come in and try to talk, for consultation is free!

Dr. Umansky is a skilled and professional Dentist. The office is beautiful ; and the equipment sterile. They are taking the highest precautions to ensure everyone’s safety during this pandemic. I really appreciate how thorough the staff and dentist are here. As a nurse practitioner, it means a lot when an office does a fantastic job taking care of their patients! From the front desk, to Daniel the hygienist and Dr. Otten -- phenomenal job! My kids both love coming here too, Daniel is great with kids and did their cleanings. They are reasonably priced and never had issues with their billing, thank goodness! I expected a long appointment for redoing 5 fillings, but it was quick - painless- and a very pleasant visit to the dentist. Thank you CR Smiles!

Clean, super friendly, and very attentive. They do a great job and keeping you at ease and walking through with you your options for any procedure. Even took the time to explain how they would do it different from other dentist.I like how I never felt rushed or encouraged to do anything. They would advise and leave you feeling more informed to make your own choice.

After 6 years, still rate them the best dentists I have ever seen....entire staff is so friendly and helpful. I have a dental phobia, but I must say the worst part of going here to have my teeth cleaned is the tickling of gums when they polish my teeth.I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. After living in Katy for a year and having bad experiences with 3 different dentists, I finally found a great dentist. Extremely friendly and honest staff, made me feel right at home and felt I could actually trust them to tell me the truth. Solved my issues at a much lower price than offered by other dentist clinics, and gave me hope that I may be able to keep my teeth for a long time yet. Doctor spent a lot of time explaining my options, and both he and hygienist were extremely gentle and aware of my needs. Best dentists ever! I have very problematic gums and teeth as I had the dreaded gum disease very early and therefore have had a lot of gum recession and very sensitive nerves as well as fear of dentists. CR Smiles have gone above and beyond to treat my teeth.

I had the BEST experience with Dr Umansky and her staff. I am so picky about my teeth. First, I was cold, so of course they had a nice warm fuzzy blanket for me. Second, I have sensitive teeth and they were so gentle with me. Third, I hadnt been to the dentist in over 2 years bc I fell out of love with my other dentist and didnt know what to do.....This choice was by far exceeding my expectations. I had 2 fillings that needed attention and one on watch. I said no, please take care of all 3 now! Guess what? They did!!! I never felt over sold, in fact, Dr Umanansky said that she couldnt believe that I hadnt been to the dentist in over 2 years and that I was doing a great job, and to just relax. Then Finally, they even gave me a gift for coming!! Wow! Dont miss this Gem, its all brand new with the latest equipment. I will be back and will refer my family and friends!! My appointment was scheduled for 11am and I arrived at about 10:55. Was greeted very pleasantly by the receptionist. She knew me by name which was a nice surprise. Before I could sit down I was called in by the dental hygienist and it wasnt even 11:00 yet. My cleaning went smoothly and quickly. Dr. Otten then came in and did his check up. He was very though and thoughtful of everything I needed to know. I was out the door by 11:25. I would recommend this dental office to everyone. Thank you CR Smiles

Highly recommend this place. Easy scheduling. I had high anxiety before coming in, but the staff and Dr. Vakil were very comforting. Nice new office too!

The service was not bad. However, I was overcharged for the cavity filling. When I got my insurance statement I called and explained that according to the insurance EOB I overpaid approximately $120. The lady on the phone said she would let the doctor know and send me a check of the over payment. Yet a month passed and no check...I emailed the office again and this time there was no response. It has been another 3 months since then. They used to text and remind me when my teeth cleaning was due but of course this time there has been no reminder...

Avoid going to CR Smiles at any cost unless you are willing to go pay a huge amount.CR Smiles performed a procedure for my wife mentioning this is payment and this what insurance pays.Finally i got a huge bill saying insurance did not pay. I asked cathy to send the documents they send it to dental insurance she never responded. i called insurance they are saying we did not get enough supporting documents for the procedure as soon as we receive the supporting documents we will re process it.I called cathy at CR smiles she says its more than 90 days we are not doing financing here please pay first and then we can talk. i asked about the supporting document she says all of them already sent to insurance company ( insurance company says they did not receive enough documents to process my claim). When is asked her about the more than 60 days back till now i did not receive any documents and she was rude on her reply saying we are not doing financing here please pay immediately.Edited just now

Great individual care by the actual dentist! This place is not like other dentists offices where you mainly see the hygienist and then the dentist for the last 60 seconds before you leave. The actual dentist cleaned my teeth and performed as majority of the later services (cavity/crown) which is nice. I have seen both dentist (Vakil & Otten) and both were very nice and explainitory.

The staff here are all wonderfull! Both Dr. Otten & Dr. Vakil are very professional, will answer any questions and concerns you may have, and will try their best to help you feel at ease. They try to explain the different options of care with me and are honest about what my needs are. I highly recommend this Dentistry.
