Not professional they make me take day off for no reason they don’t asked questions before I make arrangements to request day off to attend my appointment only because I have sore throatI understand is for our safety but the have to ask people before we take day off
Horrible service , PERIOD. Unprofessional staff. Staff make the doctors look very bad when staff treat people bad. Do not go here.
I absolutely love this place. Ive been to Dr. Campana as well as Jerica for health issues and I truly can say that they care!
This office was consistently the worst experience I have ever had with a medical practice. Front desk rude. Return calls not timely. Written orders by nursing wrong 4 times for the same order. LONG WAIT when no one in the waiting room.Office manager not helpful. Did not get to see Dr. Chung except for initial session. I had brought another family to the practice when I came. They are having the same kind of experience. Now looking for a caring doctor .
Office staff, professionalism and organization is a significant challenge. There is a complete lack of follow through and misinformation. Doctors are of good quality but office staff and communication is a significant issue that will negatively impact others experiences.
Doctor has always been very nice. Unfortunately, the office staff is very unprofessional at getting their work done in a timely manner. I have been waiting for my referrals to be submitted for almost a month. I have been calling for almost two weeks and leaving multiple voicemails to the person in charge of submitting referrals and the HR manager. One time I finally got someone to pick up the phone (the office manager) and I was placed on hold once she realized I was calling to formally complain about their incompetence. I have expressed how their inability to perform their job will affect my health, but no one seems to care. These are unacceptable standards of care
Beware ....do not let your elderly loved ones be seen by this group of doctors or their incompetent PAs. They are praying on the elderly at nursing homes. Our experience was with Dr. Reininger , Dr. Mehta, and Daphne. All four neglected our mother - horrible. It was next to impossible to get them to do anything , return phone calls , order proper tests or just an exam. On the day that our mother died the PA was on the phone , first time she had ever called me in three months trying to tell me our mother wasnt eating or drinking....duh...shes dying . And like thats mothers fault . Only posting 1 star or else the Google review wont take my information.
Dr. Reininger is an absolute brilliant man! This RN sees how much he cares for his patients!! God bless you!
UPDATED REVIEW: my wife has been going to see Dr. Tan for the past year. The staff issues have improved. I changed my rating to 3 because of the great service she receives from Dr. Tan.ORGINAL REVIEW: First let me say that Dr. Tan is one of the best doctors Ive had the pleasure to know. Now lets review the support staff of this office. I dont understand how such a jacked up operation can stay in business. Every time Ive needed a refill on meds. It has taken 2-3 weeks and 5-10 calls from my self and the pharmacy to get a response from Dr. Tans medical assistant.I dont know if it is a lack of training or just discrimination but the amount of incompetence and lying Ive encountered is off the chart bad.I called the office manager Dianna to find out what was going on She said she would look into the matter and get back with me that same day. Now 4 days later, no response from her. Ive left several messages asking for her to expedite my latest med refill, but nothing......I feel sorry for Dr. Tan. She is a fantastic doctor. The best advise I can give is for her to find a different company to work for. As for me Im going to find a medical practice that provides comprehensive medical service. My advise: Dont waste your time with this medical provider.
Office staff horrible at communicating. I tried several attempt to make an appointment with a specific doctor without providing my social security number and no one would ever get back to me. They kept saying office manager would return calls but never did.
Wonderful doctor who takes his time with patients and always very friendly.
I went to see Dr. Chung a few months ago because my previous doctor moved his practice too far. He was nice but the waiting time was too long. I think his assistant forgot about me in the room after he was done. At any rate, I thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt since we all have off days. I was supposed to get bloodwork a week before my next visit so this past Wednesday I waited on the hallway floor outside their office from 7:30 a.m. so I would be the first one in (office opens at 8) and I could get to work asap. I walk in at 8, give the girl my name and she couldnt find my orders. A lady by the name of Ginger had returned my call to Dr. Chungs assistant the day before to confirm that I did in fact needed to be fasting. However, she didnt return my orders to the right folder. While she went to the back to try to find them or reprint them or whatever, other peoples orders were given to the guy that works at the in-house LabCorp. I asked him one of the times he came out if he had them already since I was the first in line and now several people had gone in before me and he said he didnt. I immediately went back to the window and spoke to the original girl and she got up and went to talk to him because she was sure he had them. I hear from behind the wall: oh, I got them and he says my last name. After a while he comes back out and I start to get up since I had been skipped several times by this point, and he now had my paperwork and he knew I had been first in line. Does he call my name? No! He calls yet another person. I asked him why I wasnt next since he now had my papers; he loudly and rudely said: Im just going by the paperwork. At this point Im done so I just turn around and start to leave. I stop at the window to tell the first girl what had just happened and she just shrugs. I said I would not be coming back and would be writing a review and she just said, with a shrug again: ok. So, needless to say, I will never go back. I have never been to a doctors office that is so disorganized, or dealt with such careless, incompetent and rude staff. Not surprised their ratings are so low.
Dr. Chung is satisfactory. Ive been to see him a few times and he was fine. I am changing doctors though b/c of the staff. Ive called 3 times this week to try and get an appt and cannot get a return call. On another visit, I was sick and saw the dr. He said he sent a prescription over. I got to Kroger and they had no record of it. Somebody in the office must have dropped the ball. Of course they would not answer the phone so I had to drive BACK over there. Then, it was almost closing time so they did not want to let me in the door. I had to get rude and they finally let me in. I should have learned then that customer service is definitely not their strength.
Dr. Reininger is a Miracle worker!! I support our family and dont have time to be out of commission. I have know him and many of the of the other doctors at Katy Internal Medicine Association for about 10 years and cant speak highly enough. This day and age many people dont stop and take a moment to say something GOOD, but when then have a bad experience they a VERY QUICK to post negative comments. So I wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation for Dr. Reininger and his staff who are all so friendly...
This practice has very poor communication! I asked to verify insurance at the time of first appointment which was canceled the day of because Dr. Called in sick, which happens. Upon showing up for the rescheduled appointment which I had to leave work early to make. I am infirmed on arrival that this Dr. is NOT covered by my insurance afterall!. Had to wait 3 weeks to hear that info. Very disappointed! !!! Waisted my time and lost pay from work.
I really like Dr. Chung. He is knowledgeable and takes time with patients. My complaint is the office staff. I had gone for a check-up and to get meds refilled. When I checked with my pharmacy a few days later, they had never gotten the refills. It took me 5 voice messages to get to Dr. Chungs nurse. I finally got a call back. However, the refills were not complete when I checked back with my pharmacy. I called again and did get the nurse on the first call. We discussed the meds and she assured me that everything was complete. At this time, the pharmacy has all of the meds to refill. I also had blood work done and havent heard of the results now going on three weeks. I called and asked but was told that the doctor was reviewing them. Now my husband made an appointment about three weeks ago. He took off work and went to the 11:00 appointment. When he got there to check in, they had no record of the appointment. The receptionist said that he could be worked in tomorrow, but of course he cant take another day off. They didnt offer to try to work him in today since he had taken off. There was no apology for the mistake. In fact they made him feel as if it was his fault. Needless to say, we are looking for another doctor who has a better organized office.
I have interacted with the office staff here on multiple occasions and have never been treated politely. While the doctors here are good, the abysmal experience at the front desk has forced me to find a new doctor. This practice has gotten too big for its britches and you are treated as such.
Bad doctor, no doubt about it. I ask this doctor about getting a colonoscopy at the age of 55 and he said quote you dont need that. Three years later I was in the ER for diverticulitis and a month later had part of my intestines removed. Please pull this doctors license.
Only reason im leaving a one star rating is because of the customer service. The Doctors do great and are very professional. Phones, email, messages. its a way of communication right? Well with 10+ people in the office it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human being or much less get the phone answered when you call.leaving messages, your lucky to get a call back within 5 days if you even get a call back after leaving 10 messages . I just dont get it , its like calling a radio station to win a prize ,you have to keep calling and press redial for at least 15-20 min. With this kind of service it makes me feel like they just plain do not want to talk or deal with patients. Come on people, answer your phones or call people back. Your a business, its time to start operating like one.
Dr. Tan is good and thorough. The office staff is a bit rude but I will get past that.
Horrible communication. Everyone is polite when youre there but are very unresponsive to calls. Good luck if you have a question or need help with something. Annoying and unprofessional
My appointment was made more than 3 weeks ago..i was in informed 48 hours before i was due to come in that the doctor does not see patients on that day pitiful service i will take my business elsewhere
Bad staff.........more about money than providing care.
We couldn’t schedule a family members apt due to not having the social security number in hand to pass over the phone the receptionist said if we don’t have a social to give to her for billing purposes she couldn’t schedule .. so we didn’t very interesting this has never been asked for any doc office we schedule for .. and personally I wouldn’t give anyone my social over the phone just saying ..
Idl it it’s not fun for my kids
Best doctor in the world!!
