This facility was amazing, so inviting, very informative and relaxing. I went in for neck and back problems. They did xrays before performing any adjust to see what we are working with and answered so questions. I left feeling 10 times better and schedule another appointment. Highly recommended them!!

My 9 year old had a neck issue. I’m glad we found Dr. Bala. He was very kind, spent time talking with us, and appeared to have a lot of experience with children. He did a great job fixing my child’s issue. Also, there was minimal wait time to see him. The facility was quiet and clean as well.

I’ve been suffering from chronic tension headaches every single day since August 2017 .. I’ve seen multiple neurologist, surgeons and no one was able to really explain to me what was the cause of my headaches. I did multiple theraphy sessions, Stem cell Injections , PRP, spent over $10,000 and nothing seemed to work. My neurologist had me on a ton of daily medications 5 pills everyday and that still didn’t take away the pain completely he even advice me to get surgery. I found Dr.bala because my sister had neck pain and she started to get treatment sessions with him and was seeing great results. I went here Friday to get an assement and adjustment as needed before running my halfMarathon and i must say this place was amazing. They made sure it wasn’t a lot of people in the facility and you could see them sanitising everything. More importantly they were efficient and effective. I was the no more than 30-45 minutes and I’m that tome i received X-rays, an adjustment, and my feet taped. They were so friendly i would recommend and will be back.

My chiropractor Dr. Bala help fix my back pain, I call him my miracle doctor. I have been experiencing back pain over 20 plus years. I have 7 children and I would sometimes get them to walk on my back for me to help relieve my pain but it barely helped me. Years ago I use to work as a C.N.A nurse and some of my job responsibilities consisted of me lifting the senior citizens up, bending, pulling, and pushing them in wheelchairs. I even fell on ice and injured my back before. About 10 years ago I went to a chiropractor and I was very disappointed in the results the sessions did not help me. However, when my sister Marilyn in Dallas, TX made an appointment for me to see Dr. Bala she convinced me that the pain I was feeling would help if I go to the sessions like Im suppose to. I am thankful for my big sister she talked me into going to see Dr. Bala. After my third session with Dr. Bala I immediately felt better, I started crying tears of joy I could not believe I was pain free. I started praising God and thanking Dr. Bala. After years and years of taking pain pills that did not help me at all I can finally say I am feeling amazing. Before it was like I had put a bandaid over a sore that would never heal. Doctor and staff walked me through steps, they did tests and xray... then doctor did the therapy for me. I heard my bones moved and feel totally different after first treatment. I am sure my body parts are together. Now I feel alive and would love to go with any further treatment doctor advise for me straight cervical spines.Love this place so much.

Dr Bala is the best Chiropractor of the 6 I have visited in the last 7 years. For instance, he listened, looked at my x-rays, and quickly explained his diagnosis and treatment plan. His explanation was clear, insightful and easy to understand. His affordable treatment plans are all about healing, verses some scheme to just keep you coming back for more. And the staff and front desk support are great as well.

Great experience! Initially I went for their for massage therapy for help with shoulder pain with limited my range of motion. Heather is a great therapist who has improved my shoulder tremendously after just a couple of visits! I met with Dr. Bala who was very professional, made an adjustment which assisted with the neck discomfort. As a medical professional I am particular where I go, this office delivers great patient care from a staff that is both friendly and professional.

The whole staff is great! Ive been having back, rib, shoulder, and hip problems my whole life and was where I couldnt be active for more than a day at a time, even just to grocery shop! I bought a groupon deal for 3 Swedish massages at this place and tried to book an appointment. This is what I found.They do not take appointments from the customer. They will call us whenever they get to our name on a handwritten list. They are always completely booked for the entire month. They cannot give you an ETA on the next available appointment; They cannot tell you what position you are on their list.In short, you are expected to sit in the dark, twiddling your thumbs, waiting for the phone to ring.And this to me is ridiculous.You have been warned
