Love my doctor here however, every time I call the ladies at the front desk seem rude and are not very friendly.

This office operates the way all doctor’s offices should. Dr. Cramer is probably the best doctor in the Northland, if not all of Kansas City! I have 5 children, and one of them is always coming down with something. The office staff are so patient, take really good care of our family, and I always look forward to my visits there!Another thing is the waiting room. It’s comfortable, quiet, and I never spend more than 5-10 minutes waiting. I’ve been in other doctor waiting rooms where I sat for over 45 minutes. That’s never the case in this office! Once you’re in the patient room, the nurses are super friendly and happy to listen to any and all details you relate. Then Dr. Cramer is in to see you before you have to wait more than a minute or two. I’ve spent so much time in other doctor offices where you wait forever to actually be SEEN by a doctor, that it’s a relief not to feel like there must be hundreds of other rooms, all full of sick patients, that are waiting for the same doctor. He makes me feel like I’m his only patient.I couldn’t recommend Dr. Cramer more. He cares more about my health than I do, never asks me to repeat answers to questions that I just answered for his nurses, and is probably the smartest person I’ve ever met. If you don’t love your experience at your current physician, I recommend you give this office a try. You won’t regret it!

Friendly staff, nice office, very thorough care. It shows when doctors genuinely care about their patients and Dr. Cramer is one of those doctors, he does a great job! I recommend this practice to anyone seeking great quality medical care.
