Very rude to my grandma! People at the hospital are supposed to be nice and helpful and not rude. Don’t work there if you can’t even have a good personality and be rude to the people that need help. Do Better!

Fast service they dont make you wait. The bad news Is they are rude and stuck up. If your legitimately In massive amounts of pain dont count on getting anything while your there let alone prescribed. Other then those cons seemed professional.

This was my first time going here. I went to the ER because of severe abdominal pain. There was no one in the waiting room, so I got right in. They thought I mightve needed appendectomy so I got admitted and met with a doctor fairly quickly. Everyone was pretty nice and I got results back very quickly from my CAT Scan. I had to get my appendix out. I got into surgery earlier than I thought, but the surgeon and nurses were all very helpful. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands. Keep in mind though that I havent gotten the bill yet...

The doctors and nurses where friendly enough. I went with my mother to get a previous incision checked to make sure it wasn’t infected. Total time with the doctor was 2 minutes (which is what we expected, so that was fine). Total time with the emergency room was 3 hours though and no traumas came in while we waited. They had to enter all her info and insurance when we checked in and checked out, which I thought was odd. The people that entered the same info at the end seemed not to know that they already collected it as part of their process at the beginning.

Was in for 5 days. Huge lack of communication. Nurses blamed each other for it. Kept me in for 2nights for tests they ended up not doing because of info in my file THEY had told me about 3 days before. Meds were always 1-2 hours late. Very frustrating when you need them for pain. Nurses liked to talked very loud to each other in hall late at night. Breakfast was great. Lunch and supper were very nasty. I always canceled. they assured me I wouldnt we charged but was. Horrible experience overall!

I know it’s December 24th and to wait for 3 hours in waiting room with only 1 person ahead of me...total stupidity. Why not let us know how long is the wait?

So I went into their ER with severe Abdominal pain. I had insurance for a change so I thought maybe o might be treated with some dignity and respect. But nope I was treated like a homeless junkie upon arrival. The registrar was surprised to discover l had a job. The radiology girl was rude. I laid there in pain for 2 hours asked several times for pain meds but they just strung me along. They didnt even have the balls to tell me no. They completely ignored most of the stated symptoms and did the standard St Lukes stabilize and dump. A little customer service could have saved them from an expletive laiden rant. Shoot even a halfway concise diagnosis would have helped but the doctor appeared about as interested as she was useless. And Im not another junkie crying because he didnt get meds. I havent been to the ER for pain in almost 7 years and still they cant cough up a vicodin before they subject u to painful tests. Worst part is they didnt test the area I told them hurt the.most. in mu Top 5 worst hospital experiences.
