The Providence Medical group is a outstanding group of physicians experienced in all kinds of medical services. I needed physical Therapy and they did a spectacular job so that I could continue on without any problems.

Dr Parra has been great! Highly recommended!

Just had labs done and the bug-eyed- beatle- juice looking lady snapped on me cause I was SENT to the nurses area to find my nurse. Yeah, I can see why this office gets bad reviews now. One bad apple will spoil a bunch. She could have handled that better

I loved having Dr. Allen. She was always so friendly and attentive. The male nurse was awesome too. Overall they provided great care. I felt very comfortable and every visit was great. I would most definitely refer her to anyone or if I got pregnant again she would be my obvious 1st choice. Truly she was amazing.

Never had a problem with this office, as a matter of fact, they’ve always been very efficient, very professional and I’ve been seeing them for over 25 years.I would recommend Dr. King to anyone! He’s a fantastic doctor and has a sense of humor!Thank you Dr King and nurse Christina, you have helped me many times!

I have spent years, with Dr King...my mother and father! A+. Nurse Christine is A+! Nurse Raquel has treated me for over a year, that she just wants to we work and heck 4the patients!!! I have never had that experience, b4 her!! She has treated me poorly in the time I have been there!!!!!! I am a 3rd generation patient of Dr King and if he keeps allowing her to work my chart....I will leave and spread the truth.

They truly deserve a no star. I use to love the office and doctors. You have to play phone tag with the rude receptionist and they decide if you have an appointment and with who. It takes an hour to schedule. I could go on. But it is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Definitely looking for a new office. It is just too bad this is how you are treated by people in the field they are in.

I cant rave enough about this office. From start to finish its a great experience. They take very good care of our family year around. Dr. Simmons, Michele, Joy.... are absolutely stellar in their care factor and professionalism. They respond fast and efficient. Dr. Simmons is down to earth and a great Doctor. We are extremely satisfied with care we have received.

Dr. Parra and Dr. Simmons are both great doctors however getting an appointment usually takes more than a month. I scheduled myself and my son an appointment that was over a month out and my daughter who would be a new patient couldnt be scheduled for more than 2 months. If the wait to be seen is that long I almost feel like they shouldnt be accepting new patients. The long wait on top of the fact that the office staff is constantly scheduling me with the wrong doctor or simply just being unprofessional in the way they handle their phone calls and patient questions is almost enough reason to switch to a new doctor and facility. I give this place 3 stars strictly for the doctors I named above.

Still struggling health wise. May be crazy but it is more worth it, not to try and go to this office and continue how things have been.. just rude. Always on hold. I still have no answers and keep being denied services I once received. I pray this office gets some major help. The manager is no better when trying to bring an issue to light.

I should start by saying I love the doctor we have there but have had so not so positive experiences with other doctors in the group. Even knowing I love my doctor I cant say I like the place because it takes forever to get an appointment. I called today to get my kids in and it will be a month and a half. That isnt helpful when you have a kid who is having headaches on a daily basis and one that has failed his hearing test twice this year.

I have never in my life written a review but this place definitely deserves one . I have never been treated so badly or dealt with someone as rude as the receptionist here. I wanted to become a new patient so I tried to schedule an appointment. I just moved in town so I have been trying to find a good doctor. I currently suffer from hypothyroidism as well as issues with my heart. I was told that once i became a patient I couldn’t switch to another pcp. I let her know that I’m allowed to chose who I would like my doctor to be seeing that I am the one paying the insurance, after being “put on hold “(which she thought I was on hold but I wasn’t) for fifteen minutes while hearing her talk to her co workers about me I came to the conclusion that this doctors office has incompetent people working for them. I am Highly disgusted with this place. I myself are in the nursing field I could never see myself talking to patients the way that woman talked to me.

Yolanda is sweet but the other lady that checks you in is down right rude. The office is constantly changing the way the office is operated, such as checking out. Do not open window to speak to staff they will bite your head off and give you dirty looks an scream at you to stand in check in line to get out of the office... Be prepared to wait at front desk longer then it took to see your provider aka Doctor. Service staff outside of doctors and Dr. assistance attitudes need adjusted to handle the patients. The office Manager should be ashamed of her Staff.

For over a decade I have dealt with this office and Im going to tell you run for your life this receptionist they have is rude un helpful and insecure. I told her I had a lump of significance size behind my ear since brain tumors run in my family and my sister confirmed that was the same place my brothers was found she told me to make an appointment. I called in and was told that I could not be seen since we are changing pcp in October. That has nothing to do with the fact that right this moment my pcp is in their office. I have been treated so badly and honestly I am thinking they have some insurance Froud going on considering I received a print out and they charged 100.00 more every appointment for being seen for the same thing.One office visit level 3 207.00the next visit level 4 304.00 the next visit level 5 407.00 the next visit I scheduled they made with Dr. Simmons my Dr is Dr Allen she didnt have an opening I was in a bad flair with my fibromyalgia and the same receptionist calls me and tells me I cant be seen by Dr Simmons even though my insurance still covers all Dr in that office. I was pissed in torture from pain I told them I was going to look for a new Dr any way because we live 45 minutes away. That was no reason to deny me healthcare today period my whole family goes here and I swear if it takes my last breath I will make sure every one of my family members change from this office and the receptionist that answered my call needs to be fired period she has no business I mean No Business denying care to anyone.

Took awhile to get to me but after that nice Doctor forgot her name appointment was at 1:00 got there at 12:47 left at 1:54 so I say all and all good experience
