I like the doctor that I see. They try hard to make sure that you are doing good. I really liked it when we could do virtual office visit.

Dr. Dunbar has been a fantastic doctor. I had seen dr. Campabasso my entire life. I started seeing her several years back, she had the hindsight to check me for an autoimmune disease, that is often overlooked. Ive since been in some wonderful specialists, and am in much better health. She actually takes the time to listen to her patients. She will be my primary care provider as long as she is there.

This place is a joke, they have a full staff working there but because of covid-19 it is impossible to see my Dr whom I have used for over 20 years. You call and the person answering the phone cant even make an appointment. They transfer you to a message line and then simply dont call back. They have other drs but they wont let you see them, this is ridiculous.

I had been seeing Dr. Dunbar for about 5 1/2 years. She was great but I only go once a year for my physical. She started not giving me refills. I only take Blood pressure medicine that just started a year or so and Flexeril for my bad back. She would not give me refills. The pharmacy had to call every time. I just retired and am moving to St. Louis and she refused to give me my refills until I come in for my yearly which was 2 days late. I ended up with no NO BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE FOR 8 DAYS. CALLED NON STOP FOR A WEEK. Her nurse told me they would only call in 2 weeks. I must COME IN THE OFFICE, even though I told her I am quarantining so I dont give my 91 year old mother the VIRUS.MOVING IN 2 DAYS; CAN NOT GO TO OFFICE!!!! Horrible

I give you a single star from the time Covid started. Phones dont get answered, or you get hung up on or appointments are discouraged. Peoples health is at stake. Phone calls are not returned to us the patients with results of tests/questions. Pharmacies arent getting return phone calls in order to release prescriptions to patients. Finally insisted on appt and got to see Dr in person, facility seemed staffed well. Why cant things be done as they should be. Covid needs to stop being used as a crutch. Precautions are great, but now is the time when patients really need their healthcare provider. Step it up.

Efficient and caring office. Dr. Dunbar is helpful and spends time with her patients and the staff is always able to find an appointment that is right away if necessary. Ive recommended to a number of friends and will continue to be a patient.

I see Dr. Braden Dunbar as my primary care physician and she is the best! Branden really listens to me as I share my issues and she takes my health very seriously. I am looking at a long-term relationship with this doctor. The staff at Meritas Vivion is professional and courteous. In my opinion there is only one setback. For some reason, on the Meritas Health website, office hours are not posted, I find this quite annoying since I am an early riser and I have to wait a few hours before I can call in for a non-emergency appointment. BTW, Meritas Vivion opens at 8:30am.

Been seeing DR.John bout 40 + years & my gr.parents went to Dr.Johns family etc.I like the fact doc doesnt claim to have all the answers & does his best to send you to someone who does for things out of his specialty. I only gave a 4 because Meritas went digital now getting an appt.is bout like asking for tickets to see the Beatles impossible . 👍

Ever since Dr. Jacobs left the place has been a complete nightmare. My children have been going there since they were born which with my oldest means (12yrs). We all loved it until Merits took over from Northland Peds. Half the staff left or was fired including the best doctor. This means our children were just thrown to the next doctor who already has a full plate and no time for our kids. Its hard to get into see them, they treat you like cattle, make you wait for at least 30-45 minutes to be seen, awful about listening to the parent about their kid, in fact our doctor pushes his own beliefs on to our way of living, and much more. I have taken notes, gave them to the office manager and emailed the office and nothing has been done. I am now leaving this office to try something different and wont look back.

Refused to help me. And Dr. Dunbars assistant is the most disrespectful woman Ive even spoken to. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
