I have been seeing Neal Erickson for over twenty years. Im a guy that has always appreciated him but didnt always listen. He continued to care for me and my four kids throughout their youth. This man has such a intellect that he was a natural for this job. He constantly pointed me in the right direction but wasnt until my late fifties that it started to sink in. I am now getting in shape and realizing there is plenty of life left. This doctor is going to see that I get everyday that I deserve. Dr. Neal Erickson is one of the most genuine, kindest professional doctors I have ever met. I am grateful for him and his office. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff or anyone for that matter. I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Erickson’s. His professional mannerism speaks volumes on how awesome he is. I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis in 2015 and, Dr. Erickson NOT only took me as a patient but, he set in motion a mission to save my life! I am forever grateful for him and his staff!! Dr. Erickson is the BEST Doctor I have EVER been to, or had encounters with. My oldest sister was a patient of his before I moved here, and I’ve been a patient since 2006. Dr. Erickson ALWAYS listens without rushing me and if he doesn’t know the answer... HE FINDS IT OUT! Dr. E and his trusty sidekick Jackie are the BEST. I am so happy for them to finally be in a new office location that enables them to accommodate their patients! Every business has that few employees that kill it for them, but get past it and recognize the quality medical care that Dr. Erickson and Jackie provide!

Dr. Neal Erickson by far is THE best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Erickson was my doctor for a little over 10 years and if I didnt move out of state he would still be my doctor. I had to have a procedure after moving and needed my medical records, not only did I get my records super fast but Dr. E called me personally and checked on me. The care I received by him, his nurse Linda at the time and the amazing staff in his office was nothing short of amazing!!!!

Best doctor I ever went to. Was always able to diagnose me quickly and get me on the mend. The staff is also excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Erickson he really does care about his patients.

Dr. Erickson is one of the best doctors Ive ever worked with. Hes very focused, yet approachable and compassionate. Everything you could want in a GP. His staff also serves him very well. God bless you, Doc. Youre an excellent physician and a good man.

I really wish I could share a positive experience. While Dr. Erickson may be good, the practice was extremely disrespectful of my time today. 1:45 appointment, waited until 245 before I excused myself. Their office needs to run a tighter operation so to be more considerate of patients time. Thanks.

Due to Dr Erickson & his staff’s attention to detail I believe they saved my wife’s life. It is truly a blessing that we found him. I never write reviews in fact this is the first one and happy to write it.

I love the new office location. So much easier to get to especially for my mom. A lot more privacy as well. I dont feel like the person in the next room can hear my business and I know I dont hear theirs. The walls in the old office were paper thin. I have nothing but good experiences with Dr. Erickson and his staff.

Awesome and listen to you and he does not rush in and out..Staff members are good as well...The only negative thing is the phone system stinks and always hangs up on you

Very arrogant! Was looking for a new doctor.After learning who my previous doctor was, he said are you here for HIV or high blood pressure. Very offensive in my opinion. Never went back.

So disappointed in this office since they have moved. Their new office is very in personal able, the front office staff is rude, and instead of doing his job he was playing on his phone. No one knows what is going on. Dr Erickson nurse , Sunny, was suppose to call me back that was over a month ago. Dr Erickson is a great doctor it is so sad he no longer has the staff to support him. This is a doctors office, they are suppose to want to help people but they act like you put them out if you need help.

I agree with Kim Marshall in regards to the office move and the administrative staff. Check in process is a hot mess. But hoping as they work out all the “ bugs” and get patient feedback things will improve. I have had for the most part wonderful experiences with the nursing staff. They do, however take along time, if ever, to return calls. My solution to this would be possiblely have an individual sole responsibility be returning calls ???? Idk- but it would be nice if this could changeDr. Erickson is welcoming and attentive to your needs. Bed side manner has always been good, but has improved even more in the last year.

I have been waiting on this office to call me back for over 2 months to refill and talk to my doctor nobody has call me back so i got off early to go up to the office they cant see me they are full i said i just need a refill and some paper work. One of the nurses told me that i needed to go to the emergency room because they were too full if the doctor does not call me back i will be leaving this office

Dr. Erickson saved my life when others doctors didnt have a clue what was happening to me. He helped me through the worst years of my life while I searched for an expert surgeon for my condition.

The only person I can count on in my life I will never go anywhere else he is the best
