People are very friendly except for the optometrist who wasnt the nicest one Ive ever met not much of a bedside manner, but the folks who work up front and help you with your glasses very nice the doctor could learn from them on how to treat people

They were one of my favorite places to go and get my glasses But just recently last week I was trying to get some new pair of glasses as usual I call make an appointment and ask to make sure if my insurance still covers everything, the lady told me it only covered my eye exam but not my glasses and than she suggested to call my insurance and make sure if its only the exam or the glasses too! I call mt insurance and they tell me that this optical accept my insurance and it will cover both things!.. I call back in and tell them what my insurance said and a lady had the nervous to tell my that they knew what there job was and how to do it and they knew my insurance wouldnt cover both! To stop calling and to go somewhere else that accepts INSURANCE because there they only accept cash,credit or checks

Love it purchased my first pair of contact lenses here bilingual staff excellent customer care.

They are very sweet and helpful! They even have me back up glasses until my real glasses aerive!

First time in this place and last ... Dr. Ryan Miles is one of the most despotic and grumpy I have ever met. The girls in front were attentive and polite but the doctor ... The worst Ive ever met.
