The person administering the covid 19 tests was incredibly rude and disorganized. I will never go to this CVS again because of her. The emails, texts, and phone call to confirm the appointment all say to wait in your car until the tech calls you on your cell that your appointment is ready. She never called, instead opened the emergency door and stared around, at the ground, back inside. Didnt wave me in. Didnt do anything. After a few minutes I got out to ask her if its my appointment time or what. She just nods. Never spoke. Nothing! If you have never gone to this cvs for a test make sure to just walk into the emergency exit without direction. Or better yet, dont go here.

Edit: When someone called to give me my results, they first asked me a bunch of questions about my medical history: Rxs Im on, my recent medical history, if I had allergies. A bunch of questions that made me worried I was positive. Then they followed up with, okay, youre negative. I just needed to ask that. Incredibly unprofessional and caused me needless worry.Arrived for a test and couldnt remember the next steps. They didnt have instructions posted so I tried calling; got stuck in an endless loop of automated messages. Finally got a test 10 minutes after my appointment time. Then I missed a call from the minute clinic; they didnt leave a call back number. Tried calling the store and again got stuck in an endless loop of automated messages. I actually got ahold of people several times and they just referred me back to the automated messages. Frustrating and confusing.

After waiting in the drop off lane for 20 min... literally for the canister to drop off prescriptions and go I finally sent them in and then waited to make sure it was received. Woman came across asking when I needed them and I said that my son had just had the surgery and needed his pain pills as soon as possible she then replied it would be several hours because there were 6 prescriptions. I was trying to ask if I could get the pain pills for him because he had literally just had the surgery and she barked back he aint the only one_ and hung up. The service at the CVS has gone so downhill. Bottom line, I get that you were busy but to make your bad day mine and my sons problem was uncalled for. You could have shown my CHILD some compassion while he was in pain.Time to find a new pharmacy.

I had recently changed several of my prescriptions and I called the pharmacy to get help to see when my newer prescriptions were due. I spoke with a lady named Jackie from the Vivian CVS, Kansas City, MO and she was the nicest, most helpful person I had spoken to and customer service in many years. She did not act irritated or bothered by my questions and she seemed genuinely happy to help. If I had it my way I would give her a raise. However, to anyone who might be her superior, please at least give her a pat on the back and a thank you from a very thankful customer who is very confused and frankly scared by the pharmaceutical issues that are arising currently. in my opinion if more pharmacies have people like her then they would have a better retention rate of customers / patients because of Jackie I will continue to go to that same CVS and hope I deal with her every time I go.

Been going to them for years. They have been helpful and quick. Never waited on the phone. If the drive thru line is long, I just go in. Sounds to me like the issue might be w the customers..

No STARSVery disappointed in this locations staff. With the exception of Doug, hes kind.Were here yesterday and the woman that helped us was rude, didnt want to honor coupons that were only 3 days old. I understand that is policy, but they really need to have their coupons last more than 5-7days. Especially if the coupon is for items that you have bought recently. Who goes though meds that quickly. Besides that, they kill trees with how long their receipts are.No longer supporting CVS.

I went in looking for some medicated gauze to help heal a burn I have that I’m having problems with. The pharmacist went to the aisle with me and explained what I needed. They didn’t have what I was looking for, but she gave me something better that has already started healing my burn. She took the time to explain the different products and suggested one and explained why. I really appreciate her attention to my ailment and the willingness to help!

I have been in the drive through now for at least 45 minutes only to be told a REQUIRED medication that I called in FOUR days ago will no longer be carried. No call and no meds. SHITTIEST PHARMACY SERVICE EVER. If I could give a ZERO star, I would. Oh ... and then AFTER paying for another script, she says by the way ... thats the generic brand. Are you fing kidding me? NEVER GOING BACK. I will be transferring all my scripts to a different pharmacy. Thats crazy.

Been on hold for over 13 minutes so I drive there. Pull up to the window as I am still on hold and no cars are in the drive through and no customers at the counter (can see it from drive through window). I show the lying clerk my phone and how long I have been on hold & ask her why they don’t answer their phone. She says OH & thats it. As I sit here on hold i can here there recording inside telling them they have a call on hold! I ask her if she says they have a call on hold & she LIED & said No. And I called them earlier today to be sure they had a medicine in stock and they say yes. Well guess what! They dont! What a bunch of lying idiots that work here and this is NOT the first time that I have had to hang up from being on hold for over 20 minutes because no one answered! I feel like I am talking to children here! Wouldnt even come here if my insurance didn’t FORCE me and their customers to use this pharmacy bcuz they own CVS.

By far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve had in recent memory. Rude, unprofessional staff that didn’t seem to have the time to answer a couple simple questions regarding my prescription. If I could have my prescription transferred somewhere else I’d do it today just to avoid ever walking in there again.
