This is the second year that I have dealt with this place to get my marijuana card. This year was for renewal. Everything is required of me is listed and explained clearly. They provide ample opportunity and information to answer all questions and concerns even before your appointment with the physician. The physician is to the point, yet warmly personable so I was set at ease. Quick, simple appointment that ends with the physician making sure that all your questions are answered. My approval was quick to arrive by email, along with the web address to go to in order to complete my application for the state. Highly recommend!!

I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience, from booking, receiving help with medical records, sending me appointment reminders to how prompt they where the day of my appointment. I checked in 20 minutes earlier than my appointment and within minutes Dr. Kim was on the video call. He was very caring and was very straightforward and I was very satisfied on how quickly I was able to get through the visit and was immediately told I was approved. Today I was having issues getting my app submitted to the state to issue my renewal card so I called the number on the text I received from MMC.I spoke with a wonderful young lady named Carolyn. She was extremely helpful, very professional, compassionate and friendly. I honestly believe shes the friendliest and most helpful one I have had the pleasure of speaking with.Carolyn was very patient as she helped my husband and I complete the process we had to do. THANK YOU Carolyn for all your help.However I do understand that maybe at times some of the staff have had to deal with difficult patients and may be a little frazzled when I talked to them.

Going here to obtain my Missouri Medical Card was the best decision Ive ever made. It was quick, easy and much less costly than other people have paid for the same thing. I have friends that have paid $225 to obtain theirs & Im very glad that I went through this place to obtain mine. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very courteous & polite. I applied for both a user and cultivator license. Very easy process! Amble information is given before the process even begins, so I was well informed as to what I needed in order to qualify. The form I had to fill out was detailed, but not complicated. If you are filling it out for yourself, and you are being honest, it is a breeze. Staff faciliated every step with clear instructions and the willingness to do the leg work. My virtual visit with a doctor was very comfortable! He asked me questions about the answers that I had given on my initial form in order to get more details. He was friendly, personable, yet very professional. He had the responsibility of making sure that I qualified for the card, and took it seriously. I was notified by email as to whether or not I qualified. I got a surprise of some pretty cool information after I had been told I qualified.

Easy process to apply. Received my green card in a reasonable amount of time. Visited the NBliss dispensary for the 1st time in Feb. Was able to do a order placement online. The staff was very friendly and professional. The building was very clean and all safety protocols were followed. Now, Im feeling groovy!

Only reason I dont give 5 stars is theres not a dispensery within 50 miles of me. But as far their services its a 5 out of 5! Friendly helpful staff! Answered any questions I had & made it easy to get a card that I could carry with me legally. I DEFINITELY will be going back for another card when mine expires!)

It was time for my renewal so I had my renewal appointment the doctor has my file and starts talking to me like I’m a new patient so I tell him after five minutes I’m here for a renewal he has been looking at my file this whole time mind you. Then he says ok well it looks like everything is in order you are all set. So I file online for my renewal and it’s denied because the records he sent didn’t match the original diagnosis so I call and they tell me that there’s a mistake on the states end just resubmit the renewal and got denied again and now they want me to file an appeal. So again I call the office and they say the appeal process is long and drawn out better to file for a new license so I asked am I gonna have to pay for another appointment? Oh no we can use this one but it will cost $25 to the state. I’m fine with $25. So today I ask about how to go about getting this new application done and they are now telling me that I have to set up a new appointment and pay for said appointment. So the moral of all of this is it’s gonna cost me another $200 for their mistake. This whole thing is extortion at it’s finest! What other medicine that you take do you have to pay your doctor $200 to renew your prescription? Or what other medication do you have to pay the state to be able to take?

Liars and thieves. Doctor was very rude and short. I was told to go ahead and renew my card. I had mentioned that it is more than 60 days out and I thought that they could be renewed that far out. I was told that it can be renewed and it wont be a problem. Tried to file it with the state and was told that I cant renew that far out. They are refusing to refund me my money now. Spoke with multiple people on the phone, half of which are not even coherent and. Couldnt even explain the issue to them. This place is a complete joke. I will never return to them.

The whole entire process of working with you guys went very smooth and quick. I was given clear and easy steps on what needed to be done. When I had questions, the staff members were extremely kind and helpful. And also, offered help anytime in the the future if I need it. They answered my questions thoroughly. Last year, my experence was fantastic. This year due to Covid, I was unable to respond for a renewal card and resubmitted my application and payment.I was hospitalized one week latter again with Covid, this time for weeks due to complications with C.O.P.D. After receiving treatment, and release, you informed me I missed the deadline and had to redo both my application and payment. Im on S.S.I and cant aford the payment again.It will take three months for me to save that amount again. In the meantime, im unable to control my pain as well as Bipolar.Sooooo sadJ.MC.

The experience was a breeze. The Doctor was knowledgeable and patient with me. The Clinic did an excellent job in collecting my medical records and walking me through the process.

Very disappointed in the roll out of available product at the dispensaries. Did the Dr. appointment, was approved and received my card. The problem was that there was nothing open in my area until after my card expired. The pandemic was used as an excuse to drag out the approval and openings. That’s fine but don’t take $150.00 and have nothing available. That’s just a poor business model by the State of Missouri. Now you want another $150.00 to renew. I let my card expire and not to excited about giving you more money. I would give you zero stars if possible...

It is a little confusing at first. You have 2 different places you have to go to. The Dr you go to is great! The website- you need to read the emails they send for step by step directions. They are great when you apply- very informative and great customer service! They really give you the sense they are there for you and no question is a stupid question.

I think its a big rip off. Having a Dr. Ive never seen go through my medical chart to see if I qualify and charge me for it when my personal physician can verify that information for free. Charging people for a card to get the medicine that they need. When it becomes recreational people will be able to buy it without spending the money on a card. What is the upside to getting a card? I know some states are charging as much as 39% tax. Do I have to pay taxes on Medical? If not, then maybe it would be worth a card in the long run. I am confused as to what you want reviewed...

I got my 1st card and it was easy to do. The doctor was pleasant, understanding and easy to speak to. His evaluation was straight on and he explained everything even questions my wife asked. I recommend the service to all who need a cannabis prescription.

I dont think that i have ever had a company work so hard on the behalf of their patients. The team did just about everything for me from scheduling the appointment to actually relaying the money from my account to the state the hardest part for me was remembering where I put my doctors paperwork diagnosing with my qualifying condition. The doctor WAS very helpful with explaining EVERYTHING to me and was VERY knowledgeable about my condition and his (bedside manners) were second to none. If youre interested in getting your Marijuana card this is the ONLY company that you need. I WOULDNT TRUST ANY OTHER COMPANY to handle this business for you!!!!!! It was great up till it came time for us old people to fill out the Missouri application. But we got it done!! The doctor was very nice!

My prescription card was up for renewal in February. I decided not to renew due to no dispensaries being open for business in my area. The amount you have to pay was wasted. I would have liked to tried as an alternative for pain management, but may try when available. I can not smoke it because it makes me sick. I was interested in the edibles for my chronic pain. The cost is not covered under insurance, so until available in my area, I find it a waste of money with still no relief.

My experiences with any other type of medical professionals (and their contemporaries) seemed robotic, non personal and verbally repetitive in their Q&A.......I guess thats why they call it a practice huh 😄-----But this group was different in the fact that they didnt appear to be just doing their jobs or treat me as if I was a burden upon their civic superiority and duties. They in a way came down to my level to really make me feel comfortable and cared for. They couldnt have made the process any easier. I was out of town for my scheduled appointment time. No problem, they set me up for a facetime interview with a certified doctor. I called the Doc a bit early, he was ready and waiting for my call. After what couldnt have been five or ten minutes, all the questions were answered, the Ts crossed, the Is dotted, my card was approved. Easy, painless, the rest was computer related through the portal, meaning its time to pay, done deal.

Every time I spoke with a representative they were very professional and helpful in booking an appointment. Over all everyone was friendly, efficient and made the process very easy.

I dont believe Ill renew my card at this time. I received my card March 2020, no product til Nov 2020. Them they sold out and then I paid 22.00 for a gram prerolled. There was only 2 strains, plus I have to drive 100 miles. Missouri new it was going to pass med marijuana, we know they grow it for some special people for yrs. If a dispensary gets closer to me and has product that the Dr suggested for my condition then Ill renew. Thank you for the updates! V. Gilbert

I thought the process of working with MMC was very professionally done. I was apprehensive to begin with, but quickly realized I had made the correct decision in choosing them to assist me. The doctors visit (telemed) went smoothly, and by the time I connected with the states registration website, the physicians report had already been uploaded. The process went very quickly and MMC answered all my questions and has followed up afterwards inquiring if there was anything else I needed.

Been a bit of a confusing application process and the 30 day limit had me having to reapply, have doctor resubmit my paperwork, and more waiting. So from my original appointment in May til completion in August, til dispensaries opening in February....its been a long and frustrating process. But customer service has been extremely helpful!

I had a successful interview 8 days ago and have still not received my certificate or any notice of what to do next.
