Office staff used to be really friendly but over the years many of them have been rather rude to deal with. The disregard to the tone of their voice or the echoing of personal information is what is most concerning. After complaining about the matter and dealing with financial short fall from Covid I was advised they wouldnt see me as a patient anymore after nearly a decade as a patient. The disregard to the patients and community they serve is unfortunate however I understand because no one works for free. In the contrary I would have assumed that they would have shown me more empathy and worked out a plan of some sort. I give the 2 star rating not only on this incident within this year but due to the set up of the cramped office and rooms. The lack of concern or privacy of patients is another huge reason for the 2 stars.

Dr. Lintecum is wonderful. I wish I would have found him years ago. I was quite traumatized by an ob-gyn student at KU, and left bawling. A few months later I looked for a gyn again. I made an appt. with him and he put my mind at ease. He is so nice and makes you feel comfortable and that he really cares about you. I dread the day he tells me he is retiring.
