I’ve been seeing dr Hagan for so long I can’t remember how long. But today wasn’t your best!I called the other day to make sure of my 6 month check up, low and behold somehow it got canceled. Funny since I go every 6 months like clockwork. So I scheduled an appointment. Get there and after waiting 1/2 hour and seeing people just come in and go back I got upset. Found out apparently they scheduled me for a different time than they told me. I rescheduled because I do have other plans.Then they call me after I left to tell me they were actually supposed to see me at my appointment time and do a field vision test. Guess we’ll see if I continue to be a dr hagan patient tomorrow. Hate to leave a great doctor but if this is the new way of doing business I’ll check around.

Best ophthalmologist I have ever been seen by. I suggest that anyone who is looking for an ophthalmologist to see Dr. John Hagan at Discovery Vision Center on North Oak Trfwy. I have excellent care from check in to check out. Dr. John Hagan and his staff are amazing.

Love going here! They are always prompt and professional. I’ve only ever seen Dr Hagan but he is great! He is nice and explains everything in detail with you and makes sure you understand before he leaves the room.

Dr. Hagan come in and did a exam found a problem immediately talk to me about the issues and referred me somebody else at another Discover I feel the concern from dr. Hagen very good doctor. The staff was very nice his nurse was very good as well
