Dr. Metteren spent a great deal of time patiently explaining procedures and making sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. There was no pressure to make any quick decisions. I feel comfortable working with Dr. Meeteren and feel he has my best medical interests at heart (no pun intended).

Great Doctor; very knowledgeable was able to take care of the issue I was having promptly. I will use his services in the future if needed and would recommend him and his associates very highly.

Personally believe that without Drs. James, Eschol, VanMeeteren, Samuels, MaryKay and the entire staff of ICU and PCU at Centerpoint and consult with Research my husband would not be with us today. With divine help, their knowledge, surgery skills and the Impella 5 he is on the road to recovery. Dr Van Meeteren took the time to explain all procedures, expected outcomes. .

The staff, nurses, NP, and Dr. Van Meeteren were outstanding! I happen to have a very difficult condition to treat (since I don’t respond to medication ), but Dr. Van Meeteren & Dr. Koerber have offered me not only a surgery that will fix my problem, but the dug deeper and didn’t turn me away like several doctors of the past have. Dr. Van Meeteren & Dr. Koerber are definitely life savers, restoring my quality of life & they’re the MOST compassionate physicians I’ve ever met & they know every essential detail to what needs to be done for ones own set of issues & they explain everything they’re going to do so that you can understand. Outstanding one of a kind physicians!!!!!!
