Dominique is always the professional , who provides a welcoming environment filled with positive energy. The service is always A-1. I hope she never leaves KC because I will not patronize another. I have been patronizing her business since 2013. This I my second set of locks, and they are healthy and beautiful.

Ive been bringing my daughters here for a year, or more and we have Dominique as their stylist. Since coming here, with damaged hair, the girls are living out loud with lustrous curls, educated on their natural textures and how to properly care for their hair. We used to experiment with perms, and blowouts and it was a nightmare in the end for their scalps and hair grade, but now...I feel so happy for them..I got Queens in my mist...they were always my babies but I see this pride and distinguished aura about them..so we are a mainstay at Naturally Unique..they are Magic for Black Haircare.

Tammy was wonderful! She was professional and warm. She set me up for a consultation right away and helped me to figure out the best plan of action for my hair. They do everything there. I am so happy to have found this place.

We had an amazing time with Dominique and my girls are already looking forward to their next trip to Naturally Unique Salon. The vibe of the salon is super friendly and just like my girls said, it feels like home. She took her time to explain processes and products with each of my young girls and gave us realistic options on how to maintain their hair. Great place that provides excellent service for natural hair and the atmosphere took me back to my childhood beauty shop. I felt right at home. Plus they offer snacks and drinks. They do need more beauticians though. Their schedule being booked out that far is ridiculous since I love them and I would totally go back and give them more money if they had available slots when I needed

My scalp and hair feel AMAZING! Ive been going to Dominique for about 7 months now and Im VERY pleased! She is very knowledgeable about hair. Ive followed everything she had told me to do when I was having issues and every suggestion and product has worked. Stop fooling around with these Youtube beauticians and take yourself down to the Naturally Unique Salon!

The shop is great, has a nice atmosphere and Dominique is excellent. She takes her time to explain products and her work is gorgeous! My first time here, I got my hair chopped off and was scared that it wouldnt be as cute as I envisioned but it turned out to be even better than that. Cant wait to go back!

My Sisterlock consultant Deidre, is AWESOME! I am very tender-headed. She is always mindful of that and I never have problems with the integrity of my locks, for example the middle of your lock thinning out! This is a key skill for healthy, beautiful and strong locks!!

No judgement environment. Professional ++! Prices are best for the quality of services. Only down side, the booking process. Too many people liking the salon gives people like me no wiggle room to book an appointment that’s not a month ahead.

Naturally Unique Salon is a great place for women with natural hair. All of my appointments have been on time and expertly managed. Tam did my sisterlocks install, retightenings and she was full of information and guidance. I really enjoy going here and I wish this establishment many more years to come.

I wear locs and have had a hard time finding a place I was completely satisfied with. This was hands down the best re twist experience Ive had during my two years of my loc journey. Professional staff, bright, cheery, and spacious atmosphere. They have a system down that gets you in and out without feeling rushed. Ive found my people!

This place is a joke. I went there with my childs hair all tangled. I was told to cut it, thats the only way. Lets just say that I took my time and detangle it myself. These salons are so money hungry, no patience..
