I love coming to bowl at Foxfire. This is definitely a no frills bowling alley, but it is super affordable. I came on a Saturday night and for 2 of us to bowl 3 games with shoes and drinks I spent somewhere around $40. Bowling alley is always clean, staff is friendly, and the equipment works. Great place to bring your family or friends.

This is still a great bowling alley that hasnt caved to the gimmicks. Its great for the amateur or the pro. Its even great for kids with the automatic bumpers that are programmed per bowler.

Family day with my sons. This is a task bowling alley not a place for people who looking for video games to play. Loved the family fun atmosphere. Ill be back. Cody was very helpful and kind in the proshop.

I know its sad but this was my first time ever bowling and I gotta say my kids and I really enjoyed it, definitely gonna go back!! Employees were knowledgeable and friendly, thanks for a great first experience ladies and gents!! Btw my 2 year old daughter beat us TWICE 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

The lanes are clean and well kept and the staff was definitely friendlier than at most bowling alleys. The food is typical, but good.While its not the best bowling alley around, its good fun for very reasonable prices compared to most in the area.I would definitely recommend they modernize the interior and brighten it up in general. Adding some new games and a better selection would also be a big help.

It was a lovely time. They took covid seriously and had measures in place so you had a lane in between each one and a divider to even further help. Would definitely recommend if youre looking to go somewhere during the pandemic.

Dont call and ask for a wait time. Youll get told they cant give you a time all they can tell you is how many groups there is & be snippy about it.. Which I dont understand, because as soon as I got off the phone with them, I called stars and strikes in Concord & they told me two hours AND suggested reserving a line for the following day if 2 hours was too long. Will definitely be spending my time (and money) at stars and strikes. Not this damn place. 😒

Perfect set up for social distancing. Great selection on balls, and they give everyone a glove to pick a ball so everything stay sanitized.

This is the worst bowling alley, go somewhere else. You wait for an hour and half to get a lane on a weeknight. When people bowling against each other are using their own lanes. Customer service also is awful.

Good place to bowl and if you like privacy while you are beside another group, youll love their Covid setup; theyve put a translucent plastic barrier between each section making it actually very nice.

Typical bowling alley with new balls and nice, attentive staff.Heres the 3 star situation:My family and I came at 2, paid and before looking at the kitchen asked about food. Informed that they only serve nachos, ice cream and drinks until 5. Felt the need to provide the kids something more filling for a late lunch, I left and picked up burgers and nuggets as it was close and our game had already started. Upon bringing the food in, I was immediately met and told to take the food out and outside food isnt allowed despite the fact they dont serve any prepared food, yet, they are a small business and depend on the revenue.In short, I can understand not allowing the drinks in as they do offer them while the kitchen is closed. But, to have me take the kids lunches to the car because outside food isnt allowed when your kitchen is closed ...This was difficult to get the kids to understand while they were super hungry.

Great time and everything was nice and clean. Great lanes for bowling.

We had my daughters 16th birthday party there with 11 people total. We purchased the group package for 2 hours. We brought her cake and candles and sang happy birthday. Everyone had a blast!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We will definitely be going back. The place was really clean and very nice. All of the employees were very helpful and very nice. A really great place!!!

Loved this place! Decent pricing, tasty food, fun atmosphere. Came for a birthday party and loved it! Fun had by all ages. They can even set it up for the bumpers to come up for certain players automatically. We had fun bowling and eating here.

First i felt reasonably safe with there covid19 precautions. A lil pricey on the bowling time . Clean , fresh decent bowling alley food . Family fun ,had a great time with son n granddaughter .

A little less than a year ago I took my grandson and great niece bowling at Foxfire Lanes. A nice lady there told me about the youth leagues that they have. They started bowling in the youth league that starts mid-August on Saturday mornings. Foxfire has great coaches that work and teach the youth. All the coaches are certified and have background checks performed on them before they work with the youth. Both my grandson and great niece qualified for the Rising Star Tournament. Just for qualifying to go to the tournament they won scholarship money for college. My grandson made it to the Regional. He placed 1st in his division. He won 1800.00 in scholarship money for college. Not only are they involved in a sport they love, they win scholarship money and are coached by qualified coaches. This all happened before a year has passed. My grandson and great niece love bowling at Foxfire and love all the people that work with them.

So awesome!!!Had an informal birthday party for some kids who missed out due to Hurricane Florence. The staff was super friendly and helpful and just made it a great experience. The food was delish and so many affordable deals. The best bowling around.

The party we had there was great! Clean alley great customer service. The food cook time can be a little better but overall it was a great time. We will go back and that is our new bowling spot for good!

A fun, clean, and family friendly bowling alley. They recommend women go a half size down on their bowling shoes. Prices to bowl are very reasonable, with group rates for parties of 4 or more. Id suggest calling ahead so you dont have to wait too long for a lane. They have a snack bar with a variety of foods from pizza to breakfast sandwiches.

It is a bowling alley and fun. Cheap beer, unhealthy food, friendly employees, and working scoring machines. What else would you need. 5 stars for sure. Good times.

Been going to this place since I was a little girl, even bowled on a league here. Now I just enjoy the Friday nights and the saturday night light shows. Its always a good time.

The lanes were fun, but for three people it’s over 25 dollars for ONLY two games. $4.50 a game is overpriced as well, so I hope y’all will change the price. I’m really disappointed in the pricing! I wouldn’t suggest going there..

Its now 7 pm. My 2 sons and I have been here since 4 pm. Spent a good amount of money. First time and last time here. In our third and final game, my sons personal ball came back from the return destroyed. The ball was purchased 2 years ago but has very little usage on it. I took the ball to the front desk along with my son who was in tears. The 2 ladies there seemed concerned but a male who appeared to be the manager came over with zero compassion and dismissed my complaint right away stating the ball was already cracked which it definitely was not. The balls are taking 5 minutes to be returned. I worked for AMF in Garden City Long Island New York for a while so I know when equipment is probably out dated. This alley is 30 years old and it appears the equipment is as old. I know my wife will be very upset when we return home with this ball....We will not be returning here ever again. Also some of the 5 star reviews are from employees that are here this evening.

Very friendly staff, nice clean atmosphere. Slick lanes that are very well kept. There is a bowling alley right next to my house but I make the 17 minute drive to come here Everytime.

Had hoped for better...kids next to us vaping...other bowlers very loud...spent 60 bucks for my 72 year old mother to be told she couldnt bring in my birthday cake she brought from 50 miles away...wont be back...and when I asked for bumpers on my lane as I have 2 special needs kids and it keeps the game fair the guy behind the desk questioned it and made me spell it out for him why. We paid our money and its our choice to use bumpers or not. Who ever he is, someone else should handle the customer service because his attitude isnt made for it

We had an amazing time at Foxfire Lanes! The staff is so friendly and polite. The lanes worked great and there wasnt a single problem with the ball return or the scoreboard, which is a miracle! Will definitely be going back with my family!!!!!

I like the place in general, nice food selection, lots of lanes, obviously, and just in general, pretty good. You can hold partys there, and there is different sales dependent on a specific day of the week, so that could save you a couple dollars, a pretty good touch for all places to incorporate into their establishments honestly. It pulls the attention of more people, so, yea. Pretty good overall.

It was ok. I did enjoy the free game if you Get a strike when the red pin was in front. It just wasnt totally racially equal but it may reflect may reflect the surrounding area.

I recently had my son’s 11th Birthday Party Here, I can’t say enough about how great Mrs. Marilyn was from day one giving me details about the party packages, to set up then communication up into the party. The day of the party our hostess Sarah was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We had a personal situation with my mother who wasn’t feeling well and again Mrs. Marilyn & Sarah went above and beyond! Im going to go ahead and say that Im a biased review but Ive never had a bad time at Foxfire Lanes. Its a classic bowling center for fun and competition bowling.

We attended a birthday party at Foxfire Lanes. The staff was on top of things. Food is pricey. We always enjoy bowling here.

Lane 1 did not have any pop on the pins. I was throwing a 15 lb roto grip hyper cell ball at 16 mph. Just was not getting that sound you hear when u get a strike. No thunder!! Frustrating when u spend 50.00 dollars to bowl and after the first game u know something was not right. I do love how they keep their lanes oiled. Plenty of Movement on the ball.

My family and I thought we would come here for a nice night of bowling. When we entered we noticed that people were just sitting around. There was a guy walking around with a clipboard. I noticed that he looked at us several times but never stopped to say anything. The young lady at the register kindly greeted us and made us aware that they just had a power outage and that things should be up and running shortly. She said the guy with the clipboard would take our name and that’s the order we would be called. No problem at all! Well we stood there watching the guy with the clipboard pass us several times with no acknowledgement. The young lady even asked him to take our names he replied I will in a minute oh no actually I need to get the people in the game room. I look at the game room and no one was in there he approached a lady standing outside the game room who stated we’re already on there. He stands over there and still doesn’t even acknowledge us. At that point we kindly walked out. It’s 2019 and I refuse to spend my money somewhere my family is clearly not wanted. It was beyond ridiculous and disrespectful. We will never go back and I will make sure I let any and everyone know about the amount of clear discrimination we experienced at this place of business!

Its a nice clean, up to date bowling alley. The employees are polite as always.

VERY RUDE!! Visited on a Field Trip with classroom of kids. All the children are special needs and have Autism. The staff was extremely rude and accused us of lying and not supervising our children. I WILL NEVER ATTEND AGAIN.

Bowling was great. Kids had a good time. Food was decent to eat but the staff had a terrible time getting anything right. Drinks, hotdog toppings... Geez. How hard is it to listen and produce the proper result? Well try it again.
