After using many pharmacies in the past, I was referred to cannon by family and friends and could not be happier! They delivered after my surgery several times without A problem. They even called from driveway to give me time to get to the door.. will not use any other pharmacy! Thank you cannon!!

I was about to post my personal experience when I noticed that the owner apparently only reads and comments on the best reviews and ignores the bad. That tells me that they really could care less about learning from their mistakes, being better or what they can do to assist customers in the future. If you want proof, all you need to do is read through the reviews that are 3stars & below, youll notice the customers have pretty much been saying the same things for YEARS and theres been no acknowledgment of their reviews and more importantly no mention of an apology for their experiences or even an offer to change and to do better going forward!!

They use to care about their customers. Not sure what has happened but no care there anymore. They dont even try to help. They say they take all insurance but thats not true only if they make enough money do they take it.They call say rxs are ready but when you get there they are not. Not sure if its different owner(s) or just a bunch of terrible employees. After 12 years I will be moving to another pharmacy. ANY place will be an improvement!!

Some of the techs act like they cant be bothered, at least the ones I talked too over the phone. How ever, the ladies that helped me at the drive thru, were very nice and helpful!

My wife and I went here to get our flu shots, it only took us 15 to 20 minutes. Derrick did a great job giving our shots! ie very little pain😊 Update: this should be Cannon Pharmacy Main.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This pharmacy has literally NEVER had my RXs when needed. Ive used them for the last few years and overlooked everything but its an ongoing thing all the time.. Even the things that I would get on a monthly/regular basis. They are always out of stock on everything thats needed or only can do a partial fill and then cant tell you when the rest will be in. I will not be doing business with them anymore and I would not recommend this pharmacy at all!

Great pharmacy and havent met a staff member yet that isnt friendly. Not only can you wait on your prescription right as you drop it off and they have it done in usually about 10 minutes so youre in and out. But I also can only take a certain brand of a medicine I get from there and they have no problem letting me know when I call ahead of time just to make sure they have it. Ive had bad reactions to another brand, and they dont act like youre putting them out by looking it up for you, as some other pharmacies do. Been using them for almost 3 years and will continue to do so if they keep it running like this.Edit - They also took care of my prescription money wise last month simply because it took a little longer than they said it was, which wasnt even a big deal and I have good insurance so I was fine with paying for it but they insisted and didnt make me pay a dime out of my pocket. Now thats customer service above and beyond and you wont find that anywhere else.

Very helpful, understanding and good southern hospitality. There was no judgement due to the kind of medicine you are prescribed unlike Moose Pharmacy whom just completely thru us to the wolves and was completely unprofessional . This Pharmacy I would recommend absolutely.

I wish i could put a negative 50 on this business. I have had nothing but problems even with today. They once issued me a prescription of 18 pill which the doctor ordered me to take 1 tablet every day so the knowingly didnt left out the 12pills. They were given my Credit card on file but told not to use with out my permission but the billed it anyway. Today was last straw I asked to speak to office manager in reference of ending my business with this company and the girl stayed on phone just to tell me the other pharmacy needed to call to get my perscriptions

Cannon Pharmacy is a great choice for your pharmacy needs. They go the extra mile to get your meds for you at a price you can afford. They know all of the Medicare ins/outs and help you navigate the system.

I havent used them yet as a pharmacy, but they deliver to some of my neighbors. The delivery guy is always really kind and gave my puppy a treat when I walked by the last time he was here. Will 100% be using them when I do need a pharmacy.

What’s not to like about cannon pharmacy north. They work their hardest to meet all your needs and are always so friendly!

The store is always very busy which makes getting personal service hard. I always feel rushed away. I do like the free delivery.

Filled prescription very fast

I’ve lived in 5 different states and have had to take meds most my adult life. Cannon Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I’ve been to. Yes they are busy at times but I see that as a positive.One strong negative is there app sucks. It’s useless and I travel a lot, I was going take a star off but customer service and pricing is that good for meds. I’ll give example the app shows the North strore is closed on Saturday and Sunday, which they are notCannon please fix/get new appBryan

TERRIBLE!!!! Only gave a 1 star as it would not let me leave none. I have had nothing but problems here. Not to mention the people that work there are as rude as can be.One time they fill my meds 3 months at a time the next time they say they are not allowed. Just today the rx was more than normal and I asked why and they said the insurance did not pay it but I could pay and it would be cheaper and then got bad that I wanted to do that. REALLY????Looking to transfer all my meds ASAP!!!!!

Still the best pahrmacy in town. Great people and great service. They deliver your meds right to your house or workplace.

The employees are very friendly and treat you like family.

A lot of very young teenage girls, some are friendly others not so much. Its always slammed in here with people every where but for the most part their pretty quick.
