I went for years shuffling between one Psychologist to another. No one seemed to care much less listen. I know God lead me to Maria Russell. She is soft spoken, so kind, but knows how to get you to really open up and think deeply. I have never been steered wrong. I could spend all day telling you why I love Maria and the many ways and times she has pulled me through my worst days.I HIGHLY Recommend Maria or anyone in her Group.. You will Never look again for the help they can give to you.

Maria Russell is a fantastic therapist! Shes a great listener and her clinical skills are very strong. I underwent EMDR therapy with her and the process was productive and incredibly healing.
