I walked in asking if they would do a haircut for my 18 month son and one of the ladies was asked if she would like to do it… mind you there was nobody there and she was sitting doing nothing her reply was OH NO! Mind you my 18 month old doesn’t do the best when it comes to haircuts which was another question they asked but regardless he needs a haircut…. Not professional at all… what place of business turns away customers

I will never go to this place again. Showed stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair cut which is how I normally get it cut just wanted the length to be right and not to short. The girl cutting my hair totally scalped me, I literally look like a boy thats how short she cut my hair, no where even close to what the picture looked like not even a little bit. I am so pissed will never go back to one of these places I should have listened to my gut on this one which told me to just wait till I could go to my normal place where I get my haircut and it is always perfect which is at the haircut place in Walmart they are always GREAT.DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS EVER.Not the first time I have had this experience.

The lady was very nice the problem is the haircut I get is very simple and it turned into a nightmare. Now I look like a 6 year old with a bowl cut back to the hat cant go to work looking like a d×÷+# bag!!!

Had my daughters hair cut here over the summer. Just a little trim and it was uneven, stray pieces longer than others all over. The lady was older who did her hair and I dont recall her name. It was an easy trim, straight across and she cut things all jagged. Very dissatisfied. Had to do it myself when we got home .

Some of the stylist are very knowledgeable in hair care and styling while others seem to lack q bit. Beware on whose chair you sit in

My boys had a haircut today. one cut was done and the stylist asked me if I want his hair shampoo no charge. So I said okay. Second one done was worst than any rookie stylists or self home cuts you could get from your own grandma. upon check out, I was charged totaling $26 because $5.98 was added for shampooing. will never go there again.

Only one person working when I went there. I stood there for 10 mins before she even spoke. Looked at my daughters hair with disgust and said it would be a 2 hour wait before she could get to anyone else but went by 30 mins later and she had other customers she was working on. I dont know her name but was working July 26 at 11am.
