My mother, who lives in an assisted care facility in Ohio, wanted to come to Charlotte for my uncle’s funeral and to see her sister and nieces, who she hadn’t seen in several years. We could not have been more blessed to have her respite stay at The Landings, where the staff treated her with incredible care and kindness. They welcomed her with open arms for her short stay and treated her as if she were one of their own. She cannot stop talking about the amazing experience that she had there, and our family is forever grateful to the staff and management for going out of their way to make her stay so special.

This assisted living community is absolutely the best place for your family member to live! My grandmother moved in there recently and could not be happier. When we FaceTime her we can see that she is getting the best care from the most amazing staff! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs the help!

The Staff goes above and beyond to care for the residents. The facility is very clean and well kept up. Management is very nice and respectable. If y’all are looking for a place to put a loved one to help with Activities of Daily Living this is the place!

Wonderful staff with great customer service. This place is beautiful inside, and out. Their Admissions Director Lois, did a fantastic job answering all of our questions, and was very friendly. I highly recommend this community for your elderly loved ones.

This community is very beautiful with a lot of love. The staff truly cares about the residents who reside there. Each time I come to the facility I am met with very kind, gentle, patient, and helpful staff. The atmosphere is phenomenal! This is where I would live after retirement.

This community is one of the best in the area. I had a virtual tour and was able to get a feel for this community. I met different department managers during the tour, which made it a very personable experience. I would absolutely recommend this community!

This is a fantastic place for anyone that is looking for a family member who needs assisted living. My uncle is very happy there. The staff is extremely dedicated to the care of everyone that lives there. We have been able to do FaceTime visits with him and they are always available to answer any questions we have. I have been following their Facebook page and it is great to see all that is happening on a daily basis!

It is a very beautiful community, and great staff. Lois is exceptional and very professional when I spoke with her on the phone yesterday. I would recommend anyone to this delightful community.

This community is absolutely gorgeous and staff are very helpful. I currently see two residents in this community and am very impressed with the way that the staff responds and relates to the residents.
