This is my third stay here at Miller! Having stayed at two other places, I wouldnt go anywhere again except here!The staff here is caring and helpful! The food is top quality!

The staff is caring, competent, compliant and kind. I work up North in more southern Chicago suburbs and refer people to this location regularly. They were 5 star rating prior to covid and have done a wonderful job managing and caring through the pandemic. Every family that I follow up with has been grateful for their care. Worth the drive from up north to have peace of mind your loved one is in good hands!

I do not recommend this care facility to anyone. My father stayed for a little over 2 weeks. He dehydrated once and fell several times (that we know of). We would hit the call button for help to use the bathroom and no one came day after day. The nurse working on F hallway past the nurses station on March 8 in the evening should be ashamed of herself and definitely doesn’t deserve a job working in any care facility. She stood right outside his door listening to us needing help, never bothered to assist. I then asked her specifically for help and she told me the CNA was helping someone else. She never offered to help...even after 20 minutes...and to top it off...she wouldn’t make eye contact or even look up from her computer while I was asking her questions. She was extremely unprofessional and very rude. When the poor CNA did come out of the other room...she looked like she was 9 months pregnant. She was very nice but how could she help a very unsteady 220 lb man? Belittling for a grown person let alone the elderly that desperately need help. I would NEVER recommend using this nursing home to anyone.

Well I was there about three weeks and it was a very pleasant experience, everyone of the workers there treated me with much respect, and kindness, they were so caring! The servers in the cafeteria, wow, kudos to them! They work above and beyond there duties. The C.N.A.s were very sweet and always there for me, they were very helpful!! The Nurses were always on top of things, their patience and kindness were so appreciated, Ive never seen Nurses so busy yet make time to see how I was feeling and making me more comfortable. Thank You Nurses and God Bless !! I will definitely recommend Miller nursing. Thank you to PT., speech therapists and occupational therapists. Thank you to the drivers for keeping me safe on the rides.to all my appointments!!!

My poor mother would ring her bell for 15 min at a time & no one would ever respond forcing her, on several occasions, to hold her urine all night because no one would come help her to the restroom. This is unacceptable! She is a paying customer & deserves to be treated with dignity & respect ! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My husband was in the hospital 7times in 8 month aids hide dont help patients, if you look for someone its like a ghost town they know exactly where to hide. they cant get a better job so they are their only to collect a paycheck.

My father has been rushed out without a call from staff. When I demanded answers they all lied. Please know your rights when dealing with this facility.

My dad went there to recover from a bacterial infection and they gave him a bed sore then tried to blame it on the hospital but unfortunately for Miller the hospital took pics of it when he arrived there when he needed to be treated for another infection crappy crappy crappy service push nurse light and one time took over 45 minutes for someone to get there rooms where he was at was dirty and never was cleaned I watched the same piece of trash on the floor stay there for 2 weeks before I finally said something and what do u know room was cleaned but isnt that supposed to happen everyday

Not the best place that I have seen..Didnt have very much support from the rehab they did not want to work with my mom or have any compassion..the floor in her room remained dirty the entire time she was there..ended up transferring my mom to a different facility..
