I have been going to Luanne for both massage and facials for many years. She has always been responsive, friendly, highly professional, and has attended to what both my body and skin are in need of each time. Her studio space is always clean and calming, with warm lights and soothing music. Her price is very reasonable for a 2 1/2 hour massage and facial. I have referred people to her, have given gift certificates to friends and family and highly recommend her services.

Luanne is amazing. I’ve been going to her over a year. She is professional and always on time. It’s such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. There is also a parking stall so no hassle trying to find parking. I highly recommend her.

I had a great experience here today and I am not a typical facial person (I love massage!) but It was exactly the pampering I needed (Im 39 weeks pregnant). Luanne was very kind and professional, and the great thing is you can treat yourself to a facial and massage at a very affordable price (esp for Kailua). I enjoyed a 75 minute treatment with a refreshing facial and a great massage to take me to an even deeper state of relaxation. When I left, I felt like I was glowing. I also liked that she doesnt push products on you!

Ive been going to Luanne for half a decade. I first found her spa through a comprehensive web search of estheticians around Oahu that provide microdermabrasion. Since I started seeing Luanne, Ive never gone anywhere else for my facials. She offers superior value in that the prices are among the lowest Ive seen for a 90 minute treatment, and additionally, she pampers you with a foot and neck/scalp massage during the facial. Heavenly. I always look forward to seeing her, melting into the sheets and emerging a couple hours later looking refreshed and bright.

I have been seeing Luanne approximately once a month for the past year for facials, and could not be more pleased with her services. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and is alway easy and accommodating regarding scheduling.She has taken the time to assess and understand my skin and its needs, and reassesses each session. I have had various types of facials/treatments from Louann, all with a positive outcome. She has provided me with many great samples to try, with no pressure to purchase any products (though she has been happy to promptly order anything I have requested).She takes her time during each session to provide a quality treatment, and includes wonderful hand/foot/neck massages while the facial products are working. The facial massage as part of the treatment is also wonderful.Because her location can be a little tricky to find the first time, she made sure to provide me with detailed instructions in writing as to how to find her. In addition, she has purchased a parking space for her clients’ use, which is very convenient and prevents having to find and have change for parking.I cant recommend Luanne highly enough, and have starting making appointments for my husband, as well. 3 weeks ago I got a chemical peel and Im trying schedule for another one within the next week or 2. I texted this person to set up an appointment and she turned me away because she doesnt know my skin and doesnt recommend peels in the summer. So, Im assuming shes not providing peels for the entire summer, yeah?? I gave her ALL the information she needs because Im experienced with chemical peels, the pre/post procedures, and I know MY skin. Guess what? She turned me AWAY! She suggested me to go back to the place that did my recent peel, yet I only went to that esthetician that one time and she wasnt helpful either but I knew exactly what I was doing when I got the peel because Ive had 3 peels overall. Anyway, who turns someone away for NO REASON?? That was obviously very rude and not helpful at all whatsoever. Thank you once again for your terrible customer service and thank you for not even suggesting me to come in for a skin consultation too.

Do they do a good facial job ?

Called the spa which directs you to either text or leave a voicemail. I texted today at 10:38am and still haven’t received a response. Horrible customer service. At the least, you should receive a response within 30min. or have someone answer the salon spa phone when you call.

I have seen Luanne several times for a facial and massage treatment and loved it every time!My favorite is the Half Lotus, 75 minutes of pure bliss; it includes not only a facial but also a foot massage, back, neck and shoulder massage!
