Definitely, my new place to get a massage! Not only the drive towards the place was magical but the location is beautiful, very relaxing and Pier!!!! He has the hands on an angel! I just had a two hour massage with him and he’s absolutely one of the best ones! He used the technique of deep tissue massage with relaxation and the result is totally worth it!!!!! I recommend this place 10 stars!

I love being a Massage Envy Kaneohe member. Ive been coming here since I used a gift certificate about 2.5 years ago for a 60-minute facial and was hooked! The monthly facials are my guilty pleasure, I look forward to this self-care time every month. Ive even had massage a few times and let me tell you each therapist has their own perfect style that soothes & relaxes my body + soul! My husband tried a massage (members can gift family one of their own 60-minute sessions every 6 months or so for a small transfer fee) & loved it, so I got him his own membership, which is discounted monthly! The only slight bummer has been related to government ordered lockdowns and my standing appointment canceled, but as long as I keep my membership current, I have credit built up to use once Massage Envy reopens at any of the stores. I recommend this business because you and I deserve to take care of ourselves, and feel pampered, relaxed and happy -even for an hour- when it seems life is a bit crazy out there. Be blessed 💜

I decided to treat myself for my birthday a few months ago and have been getting monthly facials under their 3 month package plan. Im now in love! The Murad products are amazing and I see Caroline every time. She has such a gentle touch and you can tell she really loves what she does.The front staff is great! They always inform me about current promotions and are always friendly. Today they had a summer promo of a nice glass Murad water bottle with the purchase of Murad skincare. This water bottle is so cute and I really think that the ladies at the front desk should have one too!! They should all be reppin the product!Its a bright yellow-orange color and it just brings a smile to my face!

I was never interested in massage until my Daughter gave me a free visit for my birthday. Now Im totally hooked! I see Kristen and shes super good, very friendly. I enjoy our conversation during my massage. I always feel invigorated and relaxed when I leave. My Daughter also sees Kristen. The staff there are all very nice and Kristen is awesome.

I am very satisfied with my Massage Envy membership. My massage therapist, Nick, is incredible. He is genuinely interested in getting to know the individual beyond their physical pains and ailments, and he took the time to demonstrate stretches that would aid in my running gait and plantar fasciitis. A huge shout-out to the fantastic front staff - Noelani, Sarah, and so many others have made me feel like part of the family....clearly this location has a great managerial staff and takes care of their people. This helps the employees take care of us customers!!!

I really didnt expect the exceptional service I received when I was scheduled for a facial with Sierra. The Massage Envy back in the states is so different that I kinda didnt want one. But I am so glad I did. This facial was way better & relaxing than any Ive had. This place is what its all about. If they were all like this one, I would have signed up a long time ago. Friendly & attentive staff. They really explain everything that youll get when you arrive. Not pushy either.

Love this place. I have been to several massage places in Hawaii but always left disappointed because they could never do it right until I came to massage envy. I like the shiatsu which means the pressure point style and I was so happy that I finally found a place that could do it right. My heck, shoulders, and back are always in pain and stiff because of long hours in front of computer and it is really helpful to relief the tension from time to time. I would totally recommend everyone to give it a try. Just make sure you know what you want so you can find the right person for you.

Excellent place for massage services, Best deal after first massage is the one year plan! $60 a month includes 1 massage and is valid at multiple locations nationwide. You can always get additional massages for $50 per hour. They are usually booked so best to call and get an appointment but can be at least 2 days out

Let me start out with its probably not this location specifically as much as it is the company as a whole. The staff here is professional and friendly and I have always been treated with respect even while they help me resolve problems with our account. I gave them 3 stars because its not fair to hold this location solely responsible for their companies policies.But with that said do not sign up for a membership! I did so years ago at another location (in Florida) and Im pretty sure that getting rid of an STD would be easier than cancelling or managing your account here. Nothing can be done purely over the phone you must sign paperwork. Military beware, this company has no understanding of Power of Attorney so if you are deployed, dont expect your spouse to be able to help out. When I tried to suspend my account it took paperwork, three months, and phone calls from me specifically while on TAD before I stopped getting billed. Then to full on cancel my membership again took paperwork and two months to get right. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for the massage because the membership is a trap.
