This so called hospital, it the worst example of a hospital, I have ever seen. They are just here to collect a paycheck and go hiking or play golf. And dont really care about patient care. They changed there name,hoping that people will think that it will be different. Still run be the same parent company. Nothing has changed. You would be better going to Spokane Wa. Or anywhere else. This hospital sucks . Do not get hurt.

This past summer I had significant head trauma. Through this challenging experience, I was able to experience several departments of the Kalispell hospital system and I have to say, every single doctor I have worked with have been absolutely top notch. I was able to experience the ER, ICU, recovery room, Neurology, physiology, cardiology, and medical fitness center so I have interacted with a lot of people. I credit my life being saved and the amazing recovery I have had to God, however, I think part of that was having the amazing doctors from Kalispell Hospital system being put into my life. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I have been with my multiple doctors. They listen to my issues, are patient, and even push me in a good way. They dont rush me but are very encouraging to push myself in ways that will benefit my healing, they dont just prescribe a bunch of medicine. Even all the imaging technicians read over my chart and knew exactly why I was there, which has not always been true in other hospitals Ive worked with. The only negative thing I can say is that when I have appointments with my doctors and they tell me that their office will contact me about setting up a follow up appointment, I usually have to be the one that calls in to schedule after waiting a few days and not hearing from the office. But I dont count that as too much of a negative as I can advocate for myself and call. I am always helped right away when I do. Other than the offices being a little slow, I have been absolutely pleased with every part of this experience. Dr. Krass, Dr. Harmon, Dr. Zeider, Dr. Siemos, all the assistants, and the imaging techs, thank you so very much for the help you have given me, you are all truly a blessing to have.

Unbelievable. They charged me and my wife $2200 to try to flip our breech baby, Unsuccessfully. the doctor tried for about 10 minutes. And they would not give us any self pay discounts. Absolutely disgraceful.

If I could put no stars at all, I would. They are the worst when it comes to billing. I’ve been calling for a very long time trying to pay my bills or set up an auto pay arrangement. NO ONE calls you back. I can’t ever get ahold of them or have them call me back. Simply because no one there does there job. If you can avoid them, do. They’re not worth the trip for any reason, any other hospital will be better than them.

This medical facility will do everything to screw you over when it comes to billing.... They feel it is appropriate to send you to collections even if you have been making payments..... If you go to them watch your bills like a hawk.

Beware of the unethical billing practices at KRH. I have had payment arrangements for almost a year and every month I have to deal with harassing phone calls where the billing department tells me I don’t have a payment arrangement made despite having one or they tell me I’ve broken my arrangement by not making my payment despite making my payment in full before the due date. They have told me that breaking a payment arrangement or not having an arrangement will result in being turned over to collections. Today they added a do not call note to my account because I was rude about the harassing calls. This means that next month when they falsely believe I have “broken my promise to pay arrangement,” they will according to their policy they could turn me over to collections. I spoke to a supervisor last month who told me i wouldn’t have to worry about these calls anymore because he would take care of it. They called again today. I am at the end of my rope!!

Billing department is extremely rude and not at all helpful.
