The urology department with Dr SaraBeth Martin is fabulous. I discussed various, not scary but annoying, issues with her and she presented ideas I had never heard about. No one has ever mentioned solutions before and I visit a urologist yearly due to past bladder cancer. I am hopeful Dr Martins knowledge is useful to me

Doctors might be okay, but staff is incompetent. Need to speak with someone? Leave a message they wont return. If you do ever get to speak with someone they just pass the buck and put you on perpetual hold. Left a message with triage to try and get results from lab work done two weeks ago, no call back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic because the right hand has no clue or interest what the left hand is doing. One girl in scheduling did try to help me and l wish l could remember her name as shes one of the few who were genuinely concerned. Suggest she get a job with like minded people because Im sure her efforts go unnoticed like everything else there. Meridith helped me and l cant thank her enough for putting in the extra effort. The other helpful person l think was Heather, thank you both.

Cant even be bothered to call people back with their results or calls to their triage line. LOGAN HEALTH NEEDS TO EITHER FIX THIS OR END THEIR MONOPOLY ON HEALTHCARE IN THE VALLEY.

Communication is not a priority. Changed appt without proper communication. Sent my dad home with an infection. Took him to ER the next morning. Competence is questionable here. Be an advocate.

Theres something very wrong and strange here. I was referred by an imaging technician here. Took tests, never heard back. Rescheduled 2x and told dr. Wasnt there when I dropped in. Had no idea what I was talking about when i mentioned imaging they had me do! Why does a doctors office have a sign that warns you if you use foul language you will be kicked out? Also, secretary has a huge sign behind her with a number for security. In a urologist office! Seem weird?

Was diagnosed with Prostate cancer and was seen maybe 3-4 times and my insurance paid them upwards to $10k and and now because I still owe them $1400 they refuse to see me. Only in America is money worth more than your health . 10k paid and I wasnt treated once and now I will die from prostate cancer. They dont give a rats ass about anyone its all about $$$$$. Do you yourself a favor and go to a Urology clinic where they actually care about the health of their patients

My PSA level had been getting higher for a few years and I decided to get serious. In order to get a quick appointment, I agreed to a PA. She was very professional and we decided an MRI was the next step. That showed some questionable spots and we decided to go for a biopsy. I didnt tolerate that very well and was quite sick afterwards. I didnt want to interrupt their schedule and tried to leave but they said I could take as long as I needed. That ended up showing cancer and I ended up meeting with Dr Adams. He gave us all the time we wanted and answered all my questions. He gave us a book to read and scheduled another appointment to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed. Dr Adams did the robotic surgery and everything went great. I am more than happy with everything with my treatment and the wait times for me to see the doctor have been amazingly short.

9/26/19 update: Yesterday, I contacted them to ask if I should take any ibuprofen or tylenol just before my scheduled cystoscopy, and they said no, bcuz they would be applying lidocaine. Well, they were wrong. Despite the small amount of lidocaine they applied externally, the pain took my breath away, and I have had pain and bleeding all the rest of the day. Terrible patient care. I refuse to go back. They wanted me to schedule a follow up appt, but I said no thank you. I am having my results sent down to a urology office in Missoula. The 2 hour drive will be well worth the chance to visit a different office/provider. They need to shutter this place and replace it entirely.9/24/19 update: Had to wait 40 minutes after my scheduled appt time just to be seen. Then had to wait a while in back room.9/4/19 What a lousy experience. I sought care for chronic UTIs. The staff wore dirty, disheveled clothing. I had to wait a while at the reception desk because two staff were busy arguing with one another. I only got to see an RN, who wasted the visit telling me about natural supplements that “might” be helpful. She said I’d be contacted when they got my urine culture results. 2 days later, I could see the results on the patient portal. Those results showed high red and white blood cell counts and also a significant amount of blood. No call, though, so I contacted 2 days in a row and had to leave voice messages. The nurse line states that all calls will be returned by the end of the day. Yeah right. Then I got a voice message stating my lab results came back normal. Frustrated, I finally went to the office, and they tried to schedule me for another appointment, but I demanded to speak to someone. A nurse finally talks to me about the abnormal lab results. She apologizes to me for the confusion. The next day, I get a call from a different nurse who tells me that the RN reviewed my results and that they were normal. I couldn’t believe they messed up twice! I told the nurse that NO, my labs were NOT normal. She gets flustered and says she’ll call me back. Finally I get the medical care I needed: the RN does her job and sees the flagged results, and tells me she will prescribe an antibiotic. Also, this office will send you to the hospital’s Imaging Center if you, like me, need a CT scan. They will tell you it will only take 15-20 minutes, but they won’t tell you that there will be a 45 minute wait, despite a scheduled appointment time, before you actually have the procedure done. All told, that CT appointment took over an hour and a half, what with the long line to check in, long wait to get to a patient room, and then, well, more waiting.

We saw Dr Vassilis Siomos and he was wonderful. Extremely helpful with my daughters issue and look forward to continuing care with him. Wait time was better than most dr offices.

John Andenoro is a saving grace! My husband had a vasectomy from another doctor in town and was still in severe pain after 8 weeks. I sought out a specialist to see if we could try to find him some sort of relief. We met with John, he spent probably an hour total with us that day to try to figure out what was going on and to try to find a solution to my husbands pain. They got him in for surgery four days later after determining that another procedure would likely fix the problem. My husband had the second surgery 3 weeks ago and is in significantly less pain than he has been in for the past 10 weeks, thanks to John. It will take a bit of time to totally heal, but he is back to a point that he is functioning. Considering he spent 8 weeks after the original procedure in so much pain that he couldn’t work, this is a welcome recovery process (he’s going back to work tomorrow!) We went in today for our 3 week “wound check” and I was compelled to give John a hug, he fixed my hubby!! He was so thorough, caring, kind, considerate and most of all he is super intelligent and knows exactly what he is doing. I noticed a couple complaints about people’s wait time, we had a wait today, John was tied up in surgery, but great doctors are worth the wait. Besides the fact that his nurse checked in with us to let us know that he was running behind and kept us in the loop on the wait time. We couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and his great sense of humor, Lord knows when we first visited him that we needed a laugh. I’m not a fan of doctors normally, but I am John Andenoro’s biggest fan! ❤️❤️ Also, you should read Urology Associates reviews on their Facebook page, they are mostly 5 stars.

Four separate appointments for Dr. McKerrow at this off in a almost 2 year period and every appointment I end up waiting 45min to an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Just recently went in for the fourth appointment and had the same wait time. At least this time I only waited a half hour after my scheduled appointment time before someone from the staff told me I would still have about an hour wait. Bottom line unless this is the only urologist you can get to I recommend driving to Missoula.

Never did see MD only PA AND they keep you waiting and dont show up.4 visits and they didnt solve problem. On last visit they didnt show up, I asked them to call and they said they were too busy. HOWEVER, they are very pleasant folks once you get there, and seem competent.
