I love this place!! There prices are amazing. The staff are awesome and so friendly and nice... there product is the best I have had. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for good customer service and good product :)

They changed their staff up and it’s a lot better and comfortable. They know there stuff, very much enjoyed the black and strawberry blond haired girls. Very sweet and super helpful.

What can I say! Bloom will always be one of my favorite dispensary’s. I am a new card carrier, so I am still learning a lot. I can tell you, EVERY TIME I have been there, I have been met with nothing but warmth, patience, and bud-tenders who seem to genuinely enjoy educating and caring for their clients. I can go in there on my worst day, and always leave feeling better. The product is quality, edibles are AMAZING...

Where to start... so with the untethering I wanted to try a different dispensary. So bloom looked promising lots of locations good reviews, cool. So I walk in and immediately felt a little uncomfortable, maybe because the bud tender didn’t say hello or even acknowledge me until I asked where the concentrates were and pointed in front of her. I asked a few different questions about the products and she could never answer my question about that specific product but she would start talking about a strain completely different than what I was even asking about. Being a medical mj patient in Montana for 5 years I have never had such a unhelpful bud tender ever. I end up spending too much on a half g of mid grade wax & bought an eighth for $35 (expecting it to be fire because it tests at 33%) only to get home to smoke some and it literally tasted like I was smoking hair... I thought maybe it was my own and I burned it with my lighter... oh no I looked in my grinder to find 3 curly beard hairs THREE. Absolutely disgusting! The strain is kens og kush.Now MAYBE JUST MAYBE, I hit these guys on a bad day with the service but the hair really pushed me over the edge. I do not recommend.

I was only in for alittle bit to see how to get my card, but I was extremely pleased with the place! It looks really nice and comfortable inside, your displays are gorgeous, and the crew there is so friendly and sweet! I believe the boys name was Corey, but he walked me through everything I would need for my card without making me confused, and answered all my questions about the product as well with a very sweet and patient and demeanor, while I was really nervous and confused about all of this he helped me figure it out. There were also some young ladies in there that were very sweet as well that kept me laughing, cant remember there names but one was blonde and the other was brunette and wore glasses. All in all ive never felt more comfortable in a dispensary like I did here, I will definitely be in soon to sign up with you guys!!

Under the current circumstances I have to give them 5 stars. They have done everything at this store to make sure my meds needs are more than met. They make sure the meds are right, the product is right and the ordering is right. We have ordered off I heart Jane and had some issues. This store has more than made it right. The budtenders are personable and knowledgeable. The product had been fresh. We went to libby and the product has been super super dry, they(libby) didnt make it right or even try to. Keep up the great work durring these hard time we appreciate all that you do to keep us in our meds!!
