I highly recommend Cloud 9. The facility is clean and well kept. Brandon, the owner is very pleasant, personable and accommodating. I havent tried the float yet, but I love the infrared sauna. Studies that I have read say, infrared therapy is good for decreasing inflammation. My registered nursing training tells me that most major disease processes are caused by or exacerbated by systemic inflammation, which I feel our typical American diet adds to. So, I signed up for the monthly membership with unlimited visits at a reasonble rate. I book at least 2 sessions a week. After only 8 sessions, I was able to sleep with the windows open at night without allergies increasing for the first time in years.: ) Lovely... esp with all this high heat lately. Speaking of heat... I dont generally handle heat well, but the infrared sauna is a different heat. It penetrates your skin and is not so much a severe high air heat. I like having my own shower in room, and I always see Brandon cleaning the shower as I am leaving. You should give it a try : )

Cloud 9, the name really says it all! Being somewhat skeptical about self deprivation therapy myself, Brandon clearly stated all the benefits for this truly amazing relaxation experience. The online booking was very user friendly and easy to use. I also thoroughly enjoyed the infrared sauna they offer as well! Clean facilities and a prompt, courteous staff makes for a great overall experience at Cloud 9!
