Although we take precautions seriously and we’re vaccinated against Covid we learned our friend who we visited a few days ago had developed symptoms and had a positive test for the Covid virus. This was in spite of her being vaccinated and taking precautions seriously!The news came as a shock to us that we were potentially exposed and needed to be tested. To find a local site so quickly online and to schedule testing so easily and quickly really helped to allay our anxiety! Thankful a caring and available healthcare worker was at the ready and providing the most reliable (PCR) test. Where would our society be during this pandemic without the commitment and dedication of healthcare professionals to public health? I am afraid to even imagine the answer to that question. The folks at the KMed Pharmacy were great about working myself and 2 others in after the SOLV software failed to let them know we were coming . Even though that system confirmed us. We were all new to KMed. Forks there were very polite and accommodating.

Setup a Covid vaccine for today. I specifically searched for where the Pfizer vaccines were available. They have both Pfizer / Moderna vaccines on hand. When I arrived and asked to confirm which vaccine I would receive. Told me it would be the Moderna. Asked to receive the Pfizer instead and they refused with the reasoning they save Pfizer for the kids. This isnt how we get more shots into arms. This place is not where you want to be. Thought a smaller pharmacy would be great but you get what they want to give you. Dont go here, please. K-Med please dont reply back about this as nothing you do can make a difference (except for going out of business).

Got a covid test in short notice there (and on a holiday weekend no less). Bree, the technician, was very nice and explained the process clearly.

Me and my Husband had the best experience. They were very helpfull when we needed it most and everybody else just said no its not posible K-med made it posible. We got our covid tests back in time to catch our flight. I will recomand them everytime. You guys are awesume.

I’ve previously used K-Med to purchase vitamins, but I recently needed to fill a new prescription for my dog and was in need of a vaccination for myself. I gave K-Med a call and was able to speak directly with the pharmacist Abe. He advised I could walk in and they would be able to accommodate both needs at the same time. I went the next day, walked right in and was able to take care of both. There was no wait at all and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My prescription was ready for me to pick-up and Abe himself administered the vaccine. I was also informed that for future refills of my prescription that they would be happy to mail or deliver it to me for free to save me the trip. K-Med is a great pharmacy with friendly, professional & knowledgeable staff. I’ll happily continue to give them my business and would definitely recommend their services to everyone!

I needed to get a COVID test and registered with K-Med Pharmacy. I was able to be get a test same day and the process of testing itself was so easy and fast - in and out in less than five minutes! K-Med Pharmacy is one the best place to do PCR test for Covid 19. The pharmacy staff are very professional and kind. On 01/06/2021 I had scheduled my PCR test for travel purpose and on 01/07/2021 I got the result, literally with in 24 hours. The return of a pharmacy, personalized service. Cut the cord and left Walgreens, one on every corner giving poor service, and had Lynette transfer my scripts, with no hassle. She mailed to the west coast, two day delivery to my door. Thats service. Abe the pharmacist is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answers all questions and concerns. Prices are competitive IF NOT LESS! I found this out when I priced script post cataract surgery. Couldnt believe how much LESS. When local pharmacies had a six month list for shingles shot, K med had supply, no appointment needed and painless 😁There is plenty of parking, easy location and FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT STAFF, which is soooo important when it comes to your health.

K-Med pharmacy is great very friendly staff. They will text you with a reminder that you have a prescription ready even help you with saving money. I switched from going to the family health center. Only thing I wish is that I switched sooner

This is a very nice pharmacy. Not only is the service great and you are able to have a one to one experience, the pharmacy its self has a calming! With that being said I am relaxed knowing my prescriptions are in good hands and the environment is not too busy!

First, I would give them 6 stars if they existed.I started doing business with them right after they first opened. My mother had started using them and suggested I try them. I cannot be grateful enough to her. They have risen above and beyond every time I have had an issue, albeit of my own creation. For this alone I must commend them. While I am a really nice person, I can be the most challenging when it comes to just, fair, or right or wrong... by my understanding.I had the occasion to question the pricing of an item, somehow it seemed wrong. The young lady jumped through every hoop I presented with substantive evidence and kept her smile the entire time. I left upset. I am also extremely self reflective and called them to apologize after verifying everything.Yesterday I called in for a refill. I have minor transportation problems so I asked if I could have it delivered. She said yes and the driver comes in at 2. She added she did not know the time assuming I had no time constraints. I said no. I should have said yes since it is a daily med I can only refill after the last one is gone and it impacts the clarity of my thought. I called later, 1? 2? hours and asked when it would come. Long story short I wasnt going to get it till much later. I became quite argumentative and eventually hung up on her. I called a little later to demand they refill it again and I would come get it. She said she had already called the driver and he was on his way here. Oh... he showed up while I was on the phone with her. I apologized for my extremely bad behavior, took responsibility & thanked her with my meds in hand. It all worked out.Post Script, When I pick up my scrips, I always take 3 dum dums from a jar which they have out for customers. When I opened the scrip bag, 2 dum dums dropped out. One cherry and One grape. My two favorite flavors. They remembered.In a time of poor customer service from many, these people go above and beyond to satisfy, nay please their customers. I can think of NO reason to not become their customer.Oh, their service IS quick and friendly and they DO go above and beyond to help each person out. They are more like friends. Do go there. You will not be disappointed.

Independent pharmacies like K-Med are SO much better than big chains. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes in a pharmacy, they really are considering so much when they fill a perscription for you. On top of that they offer really amazing services like free delivery and blister packaging, AND their cash prices are amazing which is great if you don’t have insurance. I recomend K-Med to everyone.

Friendly and helpful staff. Will go out of their way to get insurance to cover meds if applicable. Home and mail delivery available. Works with Dr. Offices for pre-authorizations. Accepts most if not all insurances. Immunizations available for flu and pneumonia and shingles. Out of stock meds in next day. Public restroom clean and inviting as well as lobby. Definitely a much better option where you are treated like family instead of just another customer like the larger pharmacies.

Everybody is so friendly and its a great place to get your prescription, they send you a text when its ready and theres delivery!

In an effort to support local business, I switched all of my prescriptions from Wallmart to K-Med about a year ago and I am glad I did! Service is much quicker and friendlier here than at Walmart or any of the other pharmacies that I have tried (Meijer, Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid). Never have I ever been this impressed with a pharmacy and their staff! Not only are they friendly, intelligent and professional, they have also saved me a bundle on my prescriptions.
